Surpassed my expectations! Breakfast options were all delicious and filling, the staff was very welcoming, kind, and helpful. Martin was superb and I would absolutely come back :)

I really like this hotel. I have stayed here three times since I started visiting Cartagena and each stay has been better than the last one. The location is in the center of the old city and you could not ask for it to be better. The staff is top-notch and go out of their way to make your experience enjoyable. The rooms are a little smaller (admittedly I do not stay in the larger ones) but the hotel size itself makes up for it. I appreciate them more and more every time I stay in Cartagena.

No elevator to climb 3 floors and hotel was not air conditioned. Our room did have A/C.
