It would be wonderful to have two chairs on my deck to enjoy the lovely view. This addition would make relaxing and taking in the scenery even more enjoyable. The breakfast selection offers a nice variety of bread, though adding a few healthy protein options would make it even better. The pool is a great spot for photos, though the saunas feel like a wasted opportunity and space. Replacing the saunas with a real bar or restaurant would better use the space and offer a fantastic view.

This hotel is in a great location in Niteroi with absolutely stunning views of Rio. The pool was a hit with my kid and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms were modern and nicely designed though there appeared to be some minor water damage throughout. I would stay here again and would recommend.

Sem dúvidas, a melhor opção em Niterói: café da manhã e localização excelentes, áreas comuns e piscina de muito bom gosto e renovadas. Por outro lado, o serviço é muito ruim, pouco prestativo e pouco simpático... começando pela recepção e se estendendo até o restaurante, o bellman, tudo... os quartos também deixam muito a desejar em termos de conforto (travesseiros duros, maleiros que não funcionam para o que deveriam, toalhas velhas) e aconchego (quarto razoavelmente grande, mas vazio, sem mesa para refeições, sem uma decoração que lhe traga um toque mais humano e quente de aconchego).

The staff were all very accommodating. Friendly, spoke English, helpful, patient, and cared about our well being. Breakfast was EXCELLENT. The hotel itself was a bit lacking. Out hot water didn’t work on day 2, the window in the shower didn’t latch closed, the bed was hard as a rock. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

property was set just near the beach and close to a number of restaurants (15 min walk). room was nice and we have a great view of ocean and beaches. very nice breakfast was included. toilet was challenging at times. very nice shower. we asked for a wake up call to room and it came 75 min late.

We have stayed several times- it is the nicest hotel in Niteroi - this trip was a let down- I needed to have a business meeting - I was told by one person at the front desk no problem - later I was told I would need to rent a meeting room- after meeting with them about the meeting room I was told they would get back to me with a price No one ever got back to me and I was not able to have the meeting Quite disappointing

Considero que minha estadia no hotel foi muito boa. O hotel e os quartos estão muito bem cuidados, bom atendimento, ótimo café da manhã, boa localização e vistas incríveis do quarto e do rooftop. O único ponto negativo ocorreu no check-out, que demorou muito - não por ter várias pessoas saindo ao mesmo tempo, mas sim uma demora significativa durante o meu atendimento. Poderia ser bem mais ágil.

Considero que minha estadia no hotel foi muito boa. O hotel e os quartos estão muito bem cuidados, bom atendimento, ótimo café da manhã, boa localização e vistas incríveis do quarto e do rooftop. Wow! I stayed at the Hotel Niteroi from 2/12-2/17. It was absolutely amazing. The hotel staff from the front desk, dining hall, security, cleaning ladies and pool bar were absolutely outstanding. The view from the ocean rooms are incredible! The rooftop infinity pool view was spectacular and the pool water was warm!! The front desk staff are amazing and very helpful. The only negative at this property is that the bartenders at the roof top pool are not very welcoming. They almost seem grumpy. The service staff at the pool were great but the bartenders were not.

O hotel tem um padrão ótimo. Todo o pessoal foi cordial e nos recebeu muito bem. Fica bem localizado e tem várias facilidades por perto. A vista é deslumbrante. Tem uma praça para as crianças em frente e um mercado ótimo ao lado até as 22:00.

If you want to visit Rio De Janeiro this is the perfect hotel to stay at. It’s not that far from the city of Rio and also, Niterói is a wonderful city too. Niterói is fun and safe, with good food, malls, beaches and great views of the Contemporary Museum, Sugar Loaf Mountain and when the weather is clear you can see Christ The Redeemer and other mountains. They have two beach I would recommend going to Praia de Icaraí and Itchicotiara. Make sure if you go to Brazil (Brasil) you know some Portuguese; it really helps you out while you are there. Brasil is wonderful with great people, so whoever reads this I hope you enjoy your future visit. The H Hotel in Niterói is wonderful! :)

If you want to visit Rio De Janeiro this is the perfect hotel to stay at. It’s not that far from the city of Rio and also, Niterói is a wonderful city too. Niterói is fun and safe, with good food, malls, beaches and great views of the Contemporary Museum, Sugar Loaf Mountain and when the weather is clear you can see Christ The Redeemer and other mountains. They have two beach I would recommend going to Praia de Icaraí and Itchicotiara. Make sure if you go to Brazil (Brasil) you know some Portuguese; it really helps you out while you are there. Brasil is wonderful with great people, so whoever reads this I hope you enjoy your future visit. The H Hotel in Niterói is wonderful! :)

It would be wonderful to have two chairs on my deck to enjoy the lovely view. This addition would make relaxing and taking in the scenery even more enjoyable. The breakfast selection offers a nice variety of bread, though adding a few healthy protein options would make it even better. The pool is a great spot for photos, though the saunas feel like a wasted opportunity and space. Replacing the saunas with a real bar or restaurant would better use the space and offer a fantastic view.

We came to this hotel because of a wedding. The hotel is conveniently situated near a supermarket and a drugstore. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff at the front desk was accommodating. The pool bar service was incredibly slow and our server did not speak English or Spanish, which made it difficult to communicate. He only spoke Portuguese. The breakfast buffet had many options and was definitely worth it.

The hotel itself is excellent. Staff is not very friendly though, at least at the rooftop bar and at the restaurant during breakfast. And they charge an extra fee if you hire a hair and makeup stylist only for them to come up to your room, which was advertised nowhere, and they offer nothing in exchange. Be aware just in case.

breakfast is very good for you Rooftop Bar was okay closes early. the room shows signs of significant wear and tear but was clean. we had booked one room and then theoretically upgraded to another room which I think is a little bait and switch as it was not facing any significant part of the water looking at you condos out front which was not what we had anticipated. reasonable value .

The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient especially the front desk staff in general (Markiel was great and very helpful ) and the valet parking staff. My room was very clean and they made my bed and changed my towels every day. The breakfast had a lot of variety and all the staff super attentive. Although I did speak the language fluently, they always looked for a way to communicate with me. The hotel is in a very good location and close to everything!
