front desk area is locked. You ring doorbell and someone lets you in for check in. No common area with coffee set up as shown. Room smelled like old smoke and musty. We had to buy air fresheners to be able to stay. We booked two nights but left the morning after we arrived. Room was dirty. Shower curtain smelled like urine. Bedspreads had multiple stains on them. Bathroom had half roll of TP and a used empty shampoo container. The exterior grounds were not well kept. Trash and loads of cigarette butts on the ground in parking lot and around entrance. On a positive note the staff members were very nice and it is in easy walking distance to several food places and shops.

This was okay for a one night stay. It was clean, but rather bare bones. There were packets of coffee, but no coffee maker. The office is kept locked and I never saw any employees after checking in. Its on a busy road which does quiet down after 10 pm.

Hotel is older but under renovation. Being close to I-10 there we’re traveling contractors staying overnight. Many were loud into late night early morning. Electrical outlets worn where plugs would not stay plugged in. Vent fan in bathroom did not work. Biggest complaint was the bed mattresses were extremely uncomfortable making restful sleep near impossible; lumpy and creaky springs. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Convenient parking with several good restaurants & fast food places close by.

The shower had hair in it from a previous guests, the bed frame made an awful noise when you got up fron it. The room was not clean, no matress pad on the mattress. The hotel didn't even have a coffee pot in the lobby even thought it claimed there was coffee and tea in the common area. It was petty quiet there even though it was on a busy road, and it was pet friendly. There was a kitty named junior that was working in the lobby. Will not stay there again.

We had to change one of the rooms. We paid for a non smoking room that smelled like cigarette. On the other hand my room had a dirty toilet that we had to clean ourselves and a dead bug in a corner of the room. The ice machine doesn’t worked, neither the refreshment vending machine.

This place needs to be completely renovated. Office area is closed and you check in through a window after ringing a bell!! The worse Red Roof Inn I have ever stayed in!!! Workers was very nice.

Our stay was Good for the amount of time we spent. The cover for the air vent in the bathroom was missing, the back to the toilet seat was missing, an empty toilet paper roll was left in the bathroom, we had to figure the temperature gages in the bathtub. The beds are listed as queen sized, those were definitely Full Sized. Not even my kids were comfortable. There was a fridge, but no microwave. However, the staff was extremely friendly and professional and the property was well kept. They are also pet-friendly which is a plus ( since we were traveling with our fur baby as well. We stayed two nights and that was enough. The stay was good for the price, but next time I think we’ll pay the extra for comfort and better room upkeep and amenities

The check in was through a window that was open about 6 inches, the room was ok but the bathroom floor was disgusting. Couldn’t get any ice. Stay was due to a weather emergency.

Staff great. Room refurbished. Bare feet were blackened by some sort of soot on the vinyl plank floor. Foam pillows were like sleeping on a brick. TV refrigerator & microwave fine. Noise level OK.

Once you walk in the room you smell the heavy humid air, feels almost like wet. The towels in the bathroom were literally damp. But the worst part was when we lifted the bed cover there was some hair on the bed sheets. So we slept on the bed cover. Luckily we had our own pillows with us. We had a two night reservation but we left after one night although I paid for two nights in advance. And the old blurry tv and tv remote hardly working.

Well I was expecting basic and just hoping for clean.Initially I was pleased with cleanliness of room other than the comforter being a little stained. There was a tile floor which generally makes me feel better about a rooms cleanliness Then I looked at the bottom of my socks after walking around for less than an hour. And you can see the results by the picture below . So I would say if the room was cleaner I would give it and 8 or 9 overall(AC works well, fridge and microwave on room) but it's hard for me to get past how gross these floors are. Other reviews said this was a clean hotel. This hotel was very dirty, inside and out. Certainly you get what you pay for but my 1st room, bedsheets, blood stained, now smoke detector, wires hanging out of the wall, no in room telephone, I changed rooms.2nd room, no blood on sheets but bed didn’t look clean, sheets old and tired, drink rings, uncleaned on night tables, hold punched fist size in bathroom door. Night person very apologetic. Sorry but not a stop for a family. I was solo and had to rest from driving but wouldn’t stop again.

The staff was friendly. The place was acceptable but needs some work done. The room had a hole in the bathroom door and the shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed because the curtain rod was messed up. Otherwise my stay was good.

The front desk lady was soooo sweet. But we had to switch rooms 2 times because the AC in the first room didnt work. The second one the water ran and made everything wet from the humidity. But she was so nice about it and moved us to another room. With great AC but the beds were hard. The outside of the place was dirty looking. Iv never stayed at red roof that was like this. Usually they are the best iv ever seen.

We stayed two nights and that was enough. The stay was good for the price, but next time I think we’ll pay the extra for comfort and better room upkeep and amenities
Our stay was Good for the amount of time we spent. The cover for the air vent in the bathroom was missing, the back to the toilet seat was missing, an empty toilet paper roll was left in the bathroom, we had to figure the temperature gages in the bathtub. The beds are listed as queen sized, those were definitely Full Sized. Not even my kids were comfortable. There was a fridge, but no microwave. However, the staff was extremely friendly and professional and the property was well kept. They are also pet-friendly which is a plus ( since we were traveling with our fur baby as well. We stayed two nights and that was enough. The stay was good for the price, but next time I think we’ll pay the extra for comfort and better room upkeep and amenities

I stay here about once a month and as a solo female, always feel safe. Building is old but rooms have been renovated and are clean. Comfortable beds. Great staff. Owner lives on property. Restaurant in the parking lot and lots of food and Walmart within walking distance.

The front desk lady was soooo sweet. But we had to switch rooms 2 times because the AC in the first room didnt work. The second one the water ran and made everything wet from the humidity. But she was so nice about it and moved us to another room. With great AC but the beds were hard. The outside of the place was dirty looking. Iv never stayed at red roof that was like this. Usually they are the best iv ever seen.

front desk area is locked. You ring doorbell and someone lets you in for check in. No common area with coffee set up as shown. Room smelled like old smoke and musty. We had to buy air fresheners to be able to stay. We booked two nights but left the morning after we arrived. Room was dirty. Shower curtain smelled like urine. Bedspreads had multiple stains on them. Bathroom had half roll of TP and a used empty shampoo container. The exterior grounds were not well kept. Trash and loads of cigarette butts on the ground in parking lot and around entrance. On a positive note the staff members were very nice and it is in easy walking distance to several food places and shops.

This was okay for a one night stay. It was clean, but rather bare bones. There were packets of coffee, but no coffee maker. The office is kept locked and I never saw any employees after checking in. Its on a busy road which does quiet down after 10 pm.

Right next to Walmart and restaurants within walking distance. Not a bad place at all. Stayed a night on our way through to Panama Clean and good shape. No complaints here. Check in was easy. Stayed in 208.

Hotel is older but under renovation. Being close to I-10 there we’re traveling contractors staying overnight. Many were loud into late night early morning. Electrical outlets worn where plugs would not stay plugged in. Vent fan in bathroom did not work. Biggest complaint was the bed mattresses were extremely uncomfortable making restful sleep near impossible; lumpy and creaky springs. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Convenient parking with several good restaurants & fast food places close by.

The shower had hair in it from a previous guests, the bed frame made an awful noise when you got up fron it. The room was not clean, no matress pad on the mattress. The hotel didn't even have a coffee pot in the lobby even thought it claimed there was coffee and tea in the common area. It was petty quiet there even though it was on a busy road, and it was pet friendly. There was a kitty named junior that was working in the lobby. Will not stay there again.

Room was not clean at all! Had to go to Walmart to buy pillows and bedding just to feel somewhat comfortable. The bathroom was definitely not clean and also had to buy towels and wash clothes because the ones in the room were dirty!

I really was disappointed with the lack of pool part but overall know vending or ice machine i don't believe I noticed a laundry area or any activities for the customers to do something to occupy the free time shall it not be sleeping a gym or some kinda extra thing that helps the great services they offer stand out for the public and the amount of people who would bring in more revenue for there company

The place was nice. The staff was very awesome and helpful. The young man at the front desk check-in KUDOS to you! The rooms was good, but needs some updating. No issues and highly recommend this hotel. They take pets and have an area for them.
