Holiday Inn Express Frankenmuth by IHG

All was ok

Okay, I hate to complain, since the woman at the front desk was great. But the room was definitely not worth what I paid for the weekend. The shower still had someone else’s hair in it and so did one of the dresser drawers. The fridge was dirty in the inside. And the beds were like cinderblocks with blankets on them. The pullout sofa definitely was in need of just being fully replaced. I don’t know that I would book again.

My check in was impeccable. An amazingly friendly staff at the front desk and very accommodating. Patrice was also very helpful. However, the hotel has kind of very thin walls and hearing kids running back-and-forth five in the morning six in the morning upstairs was not my idea of a great night sleep. I wish you put me on a top floor instead the worst part of this was to check out whomever the girl is that I spoke to on the phone on the way out had a nasty attitude. They could’ve extended me for an extra half hour, especially since I got in very late and I’m also an IHG platinum member they had rooms available that night so ask for an extra half hour was not a big deal when I had said something about people running around for the past three hours upstairs she didn’t seem to care regardless it’s a hotel and all the noise coming from the fourth floor, the TV the people screaming and all the running back-and-forth and thumping and jumping she could’ve said something maybe there other guest here to try to be a little bit more courteous next time when I say I’ll make sure that I have the same person around check in and I’m on the fourth floor. It’s actually a very nice hotel with a very warming lobby and the perfect location.

The heater was horrible - made super loud noise even after they fixed it… woke me up all night :(
