This is a quaint yet comfortable Inn. It has old world charm in addition to all modern amenities. We felt welcome and at home for our two night stay. The beds, linens and towels were fresh and comfortable. Our hostess - Kimberley, gave us a gracious welcome and was available should we need anything. Overall, the ground floor, good off-street parking and use of two sitting rooms was very convenient for us. The breakfasts were amazing! I recommend the Emmilyville Inn at Campbellford without hesitation .

I needed a place to sleep after a long day and this inn was absolute perfection. Wonderful communication and easy check in and the fluffy white robe in the room was just the treat I needed to lounge in before I fell asleep. Recommend to anyone looking for a quaint B&B.

My wife and I stayed there for a night in the Honeymoon room. Amenities were great, Kimberly was extremely welcoming and accomodating. She texted ahead of our stay to ask about our meal preferences, and was available and replied promptly to any questions we had. Our room was clean and private. There was a nice little rooftop patio that we very much enjoyed hanging out on to end our evening. The home itself is charming and beautiful. The breakfast was far beyond our expectations. Amazing meal- and we will try our best to recreate those potatoes! If we are ever in that area again we will certainly be staying at Emilyville Inn. Had an amazing stay,

Large comfortable room with the full use of a sitting/TV room & private bathroom. Wonderful hot breakfast & friendly hostess. Also, we were able to walk from the accommodation to a lovely closeby park by the river.

We really loved this place. It’s an old house with plenty of character. We were impressed with the hot water on demand and wall air conditioner/heating unit…and unlike many other places we’ve stayed, it was quiet! The house itself is on a fairly busy road, which we are not used to. We just made sure we had ear plugs to deal with the traffic (something you probably would never notice if the city is your home. It’s well within strolling distance to the downtown area (enjoyed the Farmer’s Market on Saturday morning) and stocked up on pastries, chocolate and cheese before coming home. We were offered choices for breakfasts (nothing to complain about there!) and dinner at Antonia’s was amazing. Our host, Kimberly, could not have been more welcoming and anxious to ensure we had a good stay. We would gladly come back!

Very comfortable beds. Lovely bathroom. Awsome breakfasts with lots of variety. Kim is a great cook! Outside grounds need the gardens weeded, outdoor furniture was very rusty, building needs painting badly. Makes the property look run down. Inside is lovely and very comfortable.

We were doing an two day basket class at The Branch Ranch and needed to be close. We decided to stay at the Emilyville and so glad we did! Lovely property, super clean and great breakfast! Kimberly, our host was lovely and provided us with lots of information for our next stay which will also be at Emilyville! Thank you for everything Kimberly, you went over and beyond!

The stay was great, much too noisy as 30 feet off busy main road hwy. 50-38. Her...Kimberlys courteous manner was exceptional. She made a huge breakfast the next morning. Would recommend but bring earplugs for bedtime.

The Emilyville Inn is a gorgeous old home. The wide plank pine floors and antique furniture were impressive. Kimberly, our hostess, was very welcoming and friendly upon arrival. She showed us around before taking us to our room, which was just lovely. We had a great night's sleep and a wonderful "full" breakfast the next morning. I highly recommend a stay here. Thank you, Kimberly!

Had such a wonderful stay. Kimberly went above and beyond to make myself and my dog feel welcome. My breakfasts were amazing, and even an extra slice of bacon was cooked up for my dog! Such a cute heritage home. River park is directly across which makes for a lovely little walk. Highly recommend staying!

Had such a wonderful stay. Kimberly went above and beyond to make myself and my dog feel welcome. My breakfasts were amazing, and even an extra slice of bacon was cooked up for my dog! Such a cute heritage home. River park is directly across which makes for a lovely little walk. Highly recommend staying!

We really loved this place. It’s an old house with plenty of character. We were impressed with the hot water on demand and wall air conditioner/heating unit…and unlike many other places we’ve stayed, it was quiet! The house itself is on a fairly busy road, which we are not used to. We just made sure we had ear plugs to deal with the traffic (something you probably would never notice if the city is your home. It’s well within strolling distance to the downtown area (enjoyed the Farmer’s Market on Saturday morning) and stocked up on pastries, chocolate and cheese before coming home. We were offered choices for breakfasts (nothing to complain about there!) and dinner at Antonia’s was amazing. Our host, Kimberly, could not have been more welcoming and anxious to ensure we had a good stay. We would gladly come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, no complaints! We had the Cannonball room which was a comfy king bed and ensuite bathroom. Room was nice and cool when we arrived which was appreciated (it was hot hot hot out!). The host was attentive and made us a delicious and quite elaborate breakfast in the morning. Location was perfect, right near the restaurants and opposite the river.

My wife and I stayed there for a night in the Honeymoon room. Amenities were great, Kimberly was extremely welcoming and accomodating. She texted ahead of our stay to ask about our meal preferences, and was available and replied promptly to any questions we had. Our room was clean and private. There was a nice little rooftop patio that we very much enjoyed hanging out on to end our evening. The home itself is charming and beautiful. The breakfast was far beyond our expectations. Amazing meal- and we will try our best to recreate those potatoes! If we are ever in that area again we will certainly be staying at Emilyville Inn. Had an amazing stay,

The Emilyville Inn is a gorgeous old home. The wide plank pine floors and antique furniture were impressive. Kimberly, our hostess, was very welcoming and friendly upon arrival. She showed us around before taking us to our room, which was just lovely. We had a great night's sleep and a wonderful "full" breakfast the next morning. I highly recommend a stay here. Thank you, Kimberly!

Very comfortable beds. Lovely bathroom. Awsome breakfasts with lots of variety. Kim is a great cook! Outside grounds need the gardens weeded, outdoor furniture was very rusty, building needs painting badly. Makes the property look run down. Inside is lovely and very comfortable.

This was a boutique hotel that has been well kept. The manager was very communicative and made sure we had all the information we needed. The room had charm and was very clean (we stayed in the canopy room). There is a rooftop area with chairs and an outdoor seating area. The breakfast was a great start to our day. I would highly recommend a stay in this hotel and a tour of the town of Campbellford.

Great little place. No complaints. Had a nice breakfast with other guests that were staying there graciously provided by the host. Would definitely come back sometime. Expect a charming rustic vibe with comfy, contemporary TV/wifi set up. Breakfast was really great, everything pretty much felt at home, though we only stayed on night. Only weird thing was we had difficulty getting the bedside lamps to turn on.
