We were so impressed with how clean, neat and nicely decorated our room was. We were busy busy out and about, so we didn't use the pool, but it looked awesome and every time we pulled in or out, there were other guests enjoying it. Any staff that we interacted with were kind and helpful ! I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area !

We loved everything about the property & staff, but my daughter couldn’t take her water bottle into the pool area, which was odd. We respect the wishes, but someone able to smoke in the pool area, but not allowed a water bottle was a bit off putting - to mention, my daughter is 10, so it clearly wasn’t alcohol.

The hotel room is clean and comfortable. No dishes etc in the kitchen. As we entered the pool area the staff told us no bags or cups in the pool fence. We adhered to the rule. We later brought our book to our chairs and the staff came running to chastise us only to discover it was a book. We are older adults, do not insult us. That was inappropriate and we felt uncomfortable and left. We were looking forward to enjoying time to relax. The pool area needs more privacy from the road. Otherwise, nice place.

I love that they have pool specific towels! The owners are respectful, polite, and always have a smile. I always get a great night’s rest here and my toddler LOVES the pool!

My experience here was abit like staying at an Airbnb with Nick Saban. If you take a water bottle it can't be inside the pool area. No "eating, drinking or being merry by the pool". As a matter of fact I've never seen so many signs telling people what not to do in one area. However, they have no problem blowing cigarette smoke everywhere. If you wish to stay in a motel with three extremely nosey and overbearing owners who live insight, get an Airbnb. At least you'll be on the beach for the same price. Matt D

This place was so clean! It was spacious, the mattress is so comfy, shower had nice pressure and warm water, small kitchenette is definitely an added benefit, lots of retail close by if you need anything but not enough to run the beach vibe. The beach is about 1 mile away and is pristine! We loved it!

The property / room were very clean and organized. Gabby at the front desk was professional and friendly. She explained everything in detail and was efficient. It was a little bit noisy from the footsteps and kids jumping from the floor above but it wasn't for long and not a big deal. The only complaint I would have is the mattress...too soft for me but I think everyone has a different comfort level. Would stay again.

Wonderfully huge room with comfortable King bed and great kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Coffee pods and bottled water in room. Incredibly spacious room. Gracious hostess. Close to restaurants and an outdoor brewery across the street. The beach is a five minute drive. I love this place. We would definitely stay here again

Due to a last minute change in plans had to find a hotel for one night in the Topsail area. Topsail Shore Inn had availability and it worked out great- spotlessly clean room, pretty quiet- although it’s along the highway so you do hear traffic in the morning. Room had a small kitchenette- we didn’t need it but it’s a nice feature if your traveling and like to have breakfast in your room.

Room size for two was nice. Bed was comfortable. Room ac worked great. What i didn't like is room stated efficient kitchen Had microwave, keurig coffee pot, Sink, empty cupboards, TWO BOWLS, NO SILVERWARE. Really??? Useless.

The cutest little motel I have ever stayed in. Excellent customer service very friendly staff. Very well maintained inside and out. Has a little kitchenette area. Looks newly remodeled. The best 90 bucks spent. Definitely deserves more than two stars

The room was clean and orderly, but I wasn’t prepared to be in a motel setting. The group in the room next door camped out by our window for hours drinking and carrying on until we had to ask them to quiet down after midnight. We tried calling the office to help but no one answered after hours. The staff was nice enough but the check in was a little unfriendly— there were a lot of warnings about drug use on the property, smoking in the room, etc., which I get because they’re trying to maintain a good rating, but it was a bit much.

I was weary straying from my comfort zone of my usual… Hilton… but when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised. The owners are welcoming and the check-in process was simple. I was very pleased with how clean everything is and honestly it is a perfect setup. I would recommend here to everyone and I will probably be staying here again if the need arises.

We were very pleased with the overall comfort of the room. The decor was pleasant. The convenance to and from our destinations was outstanding. Only complaint was that our key card was in an envelope with our last name on it outside of the office. We felt that anyone could have retrieved one of the keys, gone in our room and waited in the restroom to do whatever. Kind of scared. Also no one was at the desk to see us off when checking out. Not very customer oriented. But overall enjoyed our stay and will most definitely stay again.

Second year in a row staying here. Cozy and right next to a few shops. 1-2 minute drive away from food and about 5-10 minutes from the beach. Excellent place to stay without way over paying!

Clean rooms and nice couple that manage the property. It’s within walking distance to several restaurants and stores. Less than 10 minutes drive to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderfully huge room with comfortable King bed and great kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Coffee pods and bottled water in room. Incredibly spacious room. Gracious hostess. Close to restaurants and an outdoor brewery across the street. The beach is a five minute drive. I love this place. We would definitely stay here again

Due to a last minute change in plans had to find a hotel for one night in the Topsail area. Topsail Shore Inn had availability and it worked out great- spotlessly clean room, pretty quiet- although it’s along the highway so you do hear traffic in the morning. Room had a small kitchenette- we didn’t need it but it’s a nice feature if your traveling and like to have breakfast in your room.

I was a bit skeptical before my stay, I looked at the reviews and they were high so I gave it a shot. I was not disappointed, this place was clean and well kept. The owners/manager lived on site and I felt like the accommodations were actually better than many mainstream hotels. Sure not breakfast but I didn't pay for that either. I was very pleased with this location and would stay there again!

This is a "hidden" gem! The folks maintaining the property live on site and it really does shine through! The rooms are super clean and up to date. Within walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants/bars. The outdoor space is well maintained and inviting. We didn't have enough time there to enjoy the pool, but it also was super clean! Even the day after we had a huge storm with a tornado in the parking lot! Everyone we encountered staying there were repeat customers saying the same thing. Clean, Affordable, Good Location, Pool. I would highly recommend this place!

The best staff ever!! She was able to get us in early and we were so appreciative! 8.5 hr trip and was made absolutely amazing bc of the amazing staff cleaning!

Super clean room, great location, and excellent price. The front desk clerk was comically surly. To counterbalance I started being over the top polite which she didn't seem to appreciate. Glad my wife happened to be in the office as well. We had a good laugh about it. Will definitely stay again. Lots of food options and two breweries in walking distance.
