Bed cover got a stain when we came, kindy curious how the room service could have missed a very obvious stain spot like that (we requested for a changed out the next day and got new/clean cover). The room was a bit dated: old caulks and shower curtain need to be replaced. But I do commend on the foods available in the front of the hotel at night! I ate mostly at the next-door malls and only tried the hotel foods on the last night, which were really good (have I known earlier, would have eaten that instead of the mall foods {weren't great at all}). Service staffs are great, super friendly. I would come back for the staff, very kind/nice ppl.

I especially enjoyed the breakfast in this hotel, so many variety and the foods were tasty. The service in this hotel was excellent, very accommodating. The room was nice and clean however the bathroom especially the shower could use a little upgrade.

It looked good in general, except that the hotel failed to allocate me to a higher floor (in my advanced request) a small room in the 2/F.
