Struttura grande, con spazi comuni ben curati (piscina, tennis, spa, ristorante, cinema all'aperto). Colazione completa e varia. Cena buona, ma con ingredienti che si ripetono. Pulizia ottima. Siamo rimasti delusi dalla camera che doveva essere vista montagna, invece ci siamo ritrovati con la vista sul parcheggio.

Hotellet ligger på öns längsta strand med bra utbud av restauranger och barer i närheten. Stranden är jättefin, med stora skillnader mellan låg och högvatten. Hotellet har gott om solstolar vid stranden. Frukosten är bra men inte super, bra service. Lunch och middag i a la carte restaurang Gecko bar var bra med service väldigt långsam, men perfekt att ta ett glas vin i solnedgången. Rummet var bra och utomordentligt välstädat. Fanns begränsat med aktiviteter.

Très bel hôtel avec grande piscine chauffée, plage publique juste derrière l'hôtel. seul bémol; le check in est hyper long (attente au moins 20 min avant d'être reçu), ils devaient nous apporter des rafraichissements pendant l'attente que l'on ne les a jamais eus. Dommage !!

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt Renovierungen, sowohl die Zimmer als auch insbesondere der Fitnessbereich. Derzeit entspricht das Hotel nicht den angegebenen Sternerating. Personal war besonders beim Frühstücksbüffet sehr freundlich.

The property is tired and horrendously over-priced. Food and drinks are extortionate and it’s more a 4 star at 6 star prices. Waited 3 hours and 3 phone calls asking for them to find an hdmi cable as the TVs aren’t smart ones…. Gave up in the end. Seems the hotel pockets the service charge and doesn’t pass it on to the staff which is a shame …. Tennis court is not fit for purpose and the pool was dirty with tiles falling off the surroundings.

Elna from the reception upgraded us and was always available for any questions. She made our stay FANTASTIC but also the other stuff were very friendly and helpful, specially all those from the breakfast. Extremly large swimming pool all surrounded with trees and flowers. Well maintained despite hotel is not the newest one and rooms should be refurbished at one point. Beach is great.

Oda guzeldi ama ulaşımı biraz zor, çocuklu misafirler için uygun olmadıgını düşünüyorum. Otel havuzu güzel, cabanalar sadece suit odalar için dense de bir denetimi yok. Personel nazik, bilgilendirme az. Otel imkanlarını ve haklarınızı sürekli sormanız gerekiyor. Plaja yakın, şezlong imkanı var, kahvaltısı güzel.

Servizio piscina ottimo. Spiaggia privata davanti al resort con lettini a disposizione. Buona la colazione e i ristoranti in genere. Ottimo anche il servizio SPA

My husband and I had a wonderful holiday at Savoy. The room is very spacious and clean. The staff is super friendly. The location is fantastic with Beau Vallon beach right there, and a short walk to several great restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the spa and gym as well. Would absolutely come back

Elna at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating throughout the week. All the staff is friendly and helpful. Property nicely maintained. Our room needs a thorough scrub down especially in the bathroom. The corners appear dirty. Room smells musty. They brought a dehumidifier and also cleaned the ac unit which helped.

Room and premises are old and need much repair. My bathroom had mold, shower door did not close properly therefore my floor would be cover in water after our showers making it extremely dangerous. Room had a musty smell even with the air conditioning on. Extremely dissapointed with this hotel. I was also charge twice for a cocktail that now I have to disputer.

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer derselben Kategorie gebucht, jedoch leider nur eines wie reserviert erhalten. Das zweite Zimmer entsprach in keiner Weise unseren Erwartungen: Es war so klein, dass ein Aufenthalt zu zweit kaum zumutbar war. Zudem war der Raum stark von einem unangenehmen Geruch belastet – eine Mischung aus Reinigungsmitteln und möglichem Schimmel, vermutlich verursacht durch die Klimaanlage. Auch die Abflüsse in Waschbecken und Dusche waren verstopft. Unsere Beschwerde an der Rezeption wurde leider sehr unfreundlich vom Manager abgewiesen. Trotz unseres berechtigten Anliegens erhielten wir lediglich die Information, dass das Hotel ausgebucht sei und kein alternatives Zimmer zur Verfügung stünde. Als kleine Wiedergutmachung wurde uns das Frühstück kostenfrei angeboten. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch das restliche Hotelpersonal, das stets freundlich und bemüht war. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der Strandbar: Das Essen und die Getränke waren hervorragend, der Ausblick aufs Meer traumhaft und das Team vor Ort überaus herzlich. Dort haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

We were not satisfied with our visit. It claims to have 5 stars but the service and quality feels more like a 4 star hotel. Our shower was dirty and we asked multiple times for cleaning but it never happened. We were asked to write our feedback in an email, which they never replied. Overall we are not satisfied with the experience

An sich schönes Hotel in super Lage. Wir waren bereits 2018 einmal da, seitdem ist aber leider nichts renoviert oder erneuert worden. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Servietten etc. fleckig, alt, teilweise zerrissen. Mobiliar teilweise sehr abgewohnt. Schlechte Reinigung, unaufmerksamer und langsamer Service. Kein Vergleich zu 2018. Für das Hotel spricht die herrliche Lage am Strand und die schöne Anlage mit großem Pool und wunderbarem Blick.

The property was very nice in a great location near the beach. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance. Because of the high humidity the room did smell musty. Other than that 5 stars.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und sauber. Das Zimmer, Bad und die Terrasse sind groß. Ein sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit einem tollen Blick auf die Berge. Am Pool war es sehr ruhig und perfekt zum entspannen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Preise für Frühstück 40€ p.P. und Abendessen 65€ p.P. Wir fanden das unverschämt teuer. Die Bettwäsche war feucht und hat muffelig gerochen.

Great hotel overall - the rooms were large and comfortable, balconies are also a nice size. The pool area was perfect to chill and lounge about. Location wise was 10/10. It’s right on a beach with many restaurants and bars nearby. If you don’t have a car, you do have a lot within 5 minutes walking distance. The majority of the front desk staff were wonderful (especially Emma). The only exception was one Russian (I think) man on the front desk who was cold, sharp and derogatory when we requested a late check out. “You know it’s charged?” he said, in a condescending voice. He wasn’t of much help but he thankfully was an exception. Breakfast was decent and I would definitely recommend to include it in your booking. Overall, a good stay.

Great location with a private beach but would not class this as a 5 star resort. Limited food options and very expensive for what is offered. Rooms are okay but again not outstanding. AC in room not possible to get room colder then 22c.

Lovely place to stay, but we did book a Deluxe Ocean side view room – and there was no view of the ocean. Our room also had problems with: the fridge not working, the air-conditioning not working, the basin plugs not working, some lights not working, the TV not working and the double lock to the balcony being very, very hard to unlock [after being locked by staff every day]. All were relatively quickly resolved, but for the price paid, we shouldn't have experienced this.

I had a wonderful stay at Savoy Seychelles! The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed—with a walk-in wardrobe, a great bathroom, and a large balcony perfect for relaxing. The breakfast spread was generous and varied, and the specialty dining options were truly delicious. What really stood out was the service. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special mention to Abdel—ask him anything, and he’ll not only help but offer the perfect solution with a smile. Overall, a fantastic experience. Would highly recommend!

Vi hade otur och fick ett rum långt bort i en mindre välskött del, på detta stora hotellkomplex. Det var rent, men såklart fuktigt och jättevarmt, och AC:n funkade dåligt. Personalen hjälpsamma och trevliga. Vi fick betala en tusenlapp extra för att checka ut kl 18. Frukostbuffén var gigantisk, och i jämförelse med annan mat på Seychellerna stod den sig bra. Poolen är superstor och det var härligt att simma runt. Hela hotellet, poolen och alla faciliteter är nötta och slitna, i behov av renovering. Precis nedanför ligger en av seyschellernas populäraste stränder, som var mer folktät än andra vi besökte där, vilket inte säger mycket för det var ändå glest och luftigt. Det var heller inte den vackraste stranden, men det är endast i jämförelse med andra vi besökte i landet. Det är ändå en drömstrand på en drömplats. Vi hade velat stanna längre!

Mitarbeiterin Gulnur an der Rezeption ist so unfreundlich, dass man lieber später wiederkommt als sein Anliegen bei ihr zu platzieren. Beim Frühstück kommt der Kaffee oftmals erst wenn man fast fertig ist - dann lieber einen Automaten aufstellen. Pfeffer und Salzmühlen sind aufgrund der Witterung alle defekt, stehen aber trotzdem jeden Morgen auf dem Tisch. Hier übernimmt niemand für Missstände Verantwortung und ändert Dinge. Wir hatten am ersten Tag Baulärm aus dem Nachbarzimmer. Uns wurde versprochen, dass er nach 3h beendet sei. Am dritten Tag gingen die Bauarbeiten aber dann einfach weiter. Das Zimmer an sich ist schön. Wir hatten leider Blick auf den Parkplatz. Und ich habe in 40 Jahren Reisen noch nie eine so komplizierte Klimaanlage erlebt. Jeden Abend stand man fünf Minuten davor und das Einstellen war reine Glückssache. Klingt alles nach Kleinigkeiten - aber von einem Hotel dieser Klasse und mit diesem Preisniveau muss man mehr erwarten können.

The hotel staff are excellent. We had Chef Prasad at buffet dinner looking after us, Chef Betty during breakfast whi was really nice, Abdul at reception (along with Denis and Nelson) who was very accommodating and then many other hotel staff (don't know all their names) who were always smiling and being friendly. This made our experience truly memorable being around kind people. It's people (like the names mentioned above) that really made us happy. They also did a few extra things due to it being our anniversary. The hotel facilities are fantastic and the location was the best as it was right by Beau Vallon beach!! We could literally walk out of our room and be by the beach within a few mins!! Beach and hotel is surrounded by green mountains. Sea is shallow to swim with some nice waves. There are also a few diving centres nearby along with some water sports options. Other restaurants along the beach too if you want to try different options. Weather is a little unpredictable but generally it's sunny and hot with the occasional rain now and then. Many fellow guests had travelled a very long way to get here. 1 family changed 3 flights to spend their holiday in Seychelles!! Overall Seychelles is expensive but it certainly is a memory worth having as a couple or as a family. At Savoy we had everything we wanted within close proximity with very friendly hotel staff!

Séjour en famille pour notre anniversaire de mariage. Accueil froid dans un hôtel propriété Russe. Erreur de chambre qui a nécessité (après insistance de notre part) un changement. Coffre fort hors service malgré 3 interventions des services techniques. TV hors service les jours de pluie. Aucune attention le jour de notre anniversaire de mariage alors qu’il était organisé avec la réception. Tarif des excursions établis à la tête du client : séjour à Mahe Praslin vendu 190€ par la réceptionniste, annoncé 180€ sur la brochure de l’hôtel et au final vendu 140€ sur la plage pour la même excursion. Clés de chambres bloquées 3 fois dans la semaine et accueillis par des soupirs de l’accueil. Compliments malgré tout pour l’équipe de cuisine et les house Keeping. Bref, un hôtel Russe, destiné à une clientèle Russe.

The hotel has a gorgeous setting and superb rooms. The service however was far below expectations. Our bags were left in reception for 2 hours after check in and even then we ended up collecting them ourselves. We waited over 30 minutes at the café to buy pastries for lunch and eventually went elsewhere. Towel service for the pool began at 8am (odd in itself when sunrise was 6am) I waited 15 minutes and again no staff were around. Food at the gecko restaurant had to be returned as it was served cold, both rice and chips.

We booked Savoy for its great location and 5 start rating. Unfortunately my wife get extremely sick the day we arrived (from food she ate at the airport on our journey to Seychelles) and eventually needed hospitalisation in an emergency situation one night - an extremely stressful and worrying experience, especially being so far from home. However, the hotel staff were truly incredible and became our family away from home. When my wife needed hospitalisation during the night, the night managers made all of the arrangements for us to get to the hospital as quickly and safely as possible, and were physically present during our emergency. One of the restaurant staff also came with us to the hospital after her late evening shift due how ill my wife was and concern with the situation - she stayed with us in the hospital until 4am and went to and from the hospital with us, which we are incredibly grateful for. When we returned to the hotel at 4am, the managers were on standby and ensured that the chef had prepared specially made meals for my wife, which they also did throughout the remainder of our stay. The staff were incredibly attentive, caring and gave us incredible service to ensure they did everything they could to make our stay as good as possible in the circumstances. A very big shout out to Abdullah (reception manager), Armia Moussa (night manager) and Gaelle (restaurant staff) who all helped us during our emergency - they went above and beyond and we are forever grateful!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff exceeds expectations. We encountered a challenge during our stay, but the staff was able to support us during one of our toughest moments in our lives. I would like to send our deepest gratitudes to whole the staff for helping us, especially Armia the night manager. Thank you!

Friendly staff. They try to accommodate anything for you. Location is absolutely perfect. I travel By my self and this was right in front of the beach. Restaurants and shops are minutes away!

Savoy on Mahé was a very good choice. Close to the beach and short distance to almost everything.

Property not on the beach like the neighboring Story Hotel. You need to cross a street where local foot traffic is and it is nowhere as safe as the Story. Similar pricing per room but I would not stay there again.

From the Garden View Room you have quick access to the pool and beach. The overall service staff though were very nice, always trying to help and very engaging without being too much. The hotel is located right at an amazing beach with sunset view and a little touristy shopping and food area right at the beach.

Très déçu par cet hôtel . Matelas déchiré avec ressort qui m’a blessé. Petit déjeuner très cher pas bon. Café horrible. Piscine agréable mais les transats et les matelas sont tachées ainsi que les serviettes. Bar de plage très cher et hamburger pas bon.

Het Savoy is een schitterend hotel waar je heerlijk in de watten gelegd wordt. De service is goed en het personeel vriendelijk. De menukaart kan iets aantrekkelijker en het is prijzig (maar dat geldt voor de hele Seychellen)

Positives Rooms were lovely and well presented. Pool facilities were fantastic and nice lounges for relaxing. Food at ge most bar was great. Cons Noisy drilling on first afternoon. Arrived early and we're told we could check in early but actually then had to wait 5 hours until 10 minutes before actual check in. This was fine but had it been communicated we would not have hung around the hotel. Evening meal at pescado restaurant was poor.

We had an amazing honeymoon, staying in a 'standard' double at the Savoy, which far exceeded our expectations. A walk in wardrobe with a glamorous standing bath and double sink, a king size bed and an outside seating area with twice daily room cleaning. The highlights were the food and the beach: the food at the main hotel restaurant was fantastic, with a different theme each evening and various options cooked to perfection, with impeccable service by chefs and waiting staff. The hotel has a walk directly onto a beautiful beach, stretching the west coast of the island, with a second restaurant Gecko Bar handily located with food and drinks available to order direct to sun lounger. The Gecko bar is also great to sit in, with excellent lunch and cocktail options and, again, very friendly service. The main pool at the hotel is also fantastic, with great facilities and ample sun loungers, and there is a separate spa area with a second pool and spa area for additional services. Highly recommend the hotel and general Beau Vallon area for anyone considering the Seychelles as a holiday destination!

Lovely hotel , great rooms. Nice swimming area & in front of the beach . The only thing that we did not liked is food. None of restaurants would get 5 star hotel service .. breakfast very poor ( as well no AC in breakfast ) . Restaurants as well lack of international choices . Even they don’t know how to make pizza ..

Great hotel in North of Mahe, visited 3 times. Nice rooms and great pool area with a beautiful beach infornt, close to other restaurants. Downside is the dinner buffe, they should replace it with a la cart instead, buffe is expencive and almost no one goes to it.

Hotel was very clean and good quality however after upgrading to half board was shocked to find out that this did not include drinks and also if i wanted to eat in the restaurant, after paying to upgrade to half board was only entitled to 3/4 worth of the value in credits. Buffet food lacked flavour but chef did give free lunch after receiving feedback

A huge property that is well maintained but rather soulless. Buffets are huge. Smaller restaurants have decent offerings. Room service is a relative bargain.
