Location was great not too close to all the shopping street lights but nit too far either. Surrounded by shopping lanes and food options. Room was a little too hot for us, but it was comfy enough. Staff friendly snd helpful, laundry facilities on was free, nice chilled lounge area and the massage chairs are a must try after a long day of exploring.

Room is clean and absolutely spacious. Many dining and shopping nearby making it an excellent place to stay. The drop-off is at the side of the building and thus it's a slight hassle during check-in and checkout when you have luggage. There's no air con in the room during the winter months, making it complicated to manage the room temperature as one has to adjust the windows for it. There's no security for Hotel access and thus it's less safe. Self service laundry equipment is in excellent condition especially the AI drying options.

3年半ぶりの利用ですアクセス最高なのでいつもこちらのホテルを利用してます。初めて7階に泊まりました。今まで6階しか泊まった事がなかったので、やはり6階の方が良いですね。以前は、コーヒーが自由に飲めたのが、飲めなくなって残念です。スタッフの方は、みなさん親切でいつ助かります。ありがとうございました

部屋に無料のペットボトルのお水がついてます。ロビーに給水器と無料コーヒーがあります。備え付けのシャンプーリンス、ボディシャンプーがあります。シャワーヘッドが最新のようでトルネードで細く出て水圧ばっちりでした。窓から景観はないけど部屋はツインで割と広くて快適。とにかく観光に便利で、日本語喋れるスタッフもいる。朝食サービスがなくなっていたのが残念ですが、外食できるところはたくさんあります。

利便性高く、気に入りました。清掃が下手なようで、浴槽の排水口が臭ったり、ガラス戸の汚れがそのままであったりしていた点は、とても残念でした。次回も利用したいので、改善を期待します。

We enjoyed our stay. Only few meters from BIFF and Arirang shopping street. Front desk helpful and very nice. Loved our room, large with comfortable bed and pillow.

29 degrees celsius in the room with no way to lower it except opening the window but that was too noisy. Sound isolation is poor, you will hear doors closing outside your room loudly. Other than that everything was good, friendly staff and nice location etcetera.

Room is very nice & clean, but too warm because the heater is on during fall time. All staffs are super nice & helpful, except one guy working night shift, there was a family sitting in lobby eating fried food, without any problem, but when we brought our fried chicken to eat there, the front desk guy showed us the sign Not allow eating Ramen there ?...even we didn't have Ramen, and made us leave. Very Rude.

いつも利用させて頂いてます。今回3人ということでファミリールームをお願いしましたが、めちゃめちゃ広く快適に過ごせました。お値段も良心的だと思います。いつもテレビの見方だけが分からずイライラします。

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and let us check in early. However, they assigned us the room closest to the lounge, so it was quite noisy. Although it’s not the hotel's fault, the guests in the next room were very noisy, and the sound came through. I don’t think the room has great soundproofing. If you’re assigned to this room, specifically 607, you should probably ask them to switch you to another one.

行きたいレストランの予約をお願いした際、先方が電話になかなか出ないところを、時間をおいて何度もかけ直していただききちんと予約がとれました。そのフロントスタッフのホスピタリティに感激しました。立地も抜群でどこへ行くにも便利です。ここ以外泊まろうとはおもいません。

Staff knows limited English, had to use Google translate. Checked in and asked where the washroom was, he said 8th floor. No washroom on that floor, went to the department store for the washroom. Took 2h 30min to use washer and dryer, not sure why the machines took so long. Shower was pulsating, needs maintenance. Closet was so dark had to use flashlight, safety deposit box doesn't work. Old and dated. Asked for taxi the next day, staff asked if we made reservation, we said no, he said we had to make it a week in advance which was strange. We asked where to take taxi at 5am, he said there are taxies along the street. He didn't even offered to call taxi for us and want us to wake up early and look for one in the morning, not sure if there would be any available. We went to the street to make sure. Flagged down a driver and asked if he could take us to the airport tomorrow morning, he said no. The next day at 3.30am, I went to the front desk to ask staff to call taxi for us, no one at desk from 3.30-4.30am. I found a staff doing laundry, he went to the front counter w/ me, he couldn't find staff and said there should be someone there. It was kind of him to go w/ me but he didn't even offer to call taxi. In the end we used Uber. Definitely don't recommend this hotel!

チャガルチ駅にも近く南浦洞駅へも徒歩圏内繁華街や市場への利便が良くお買い物が楽ですホテルフロントには日本語が話せるスタッフさんが丁寧に海雲台までの行き方はを教えてくださり助かりました。また泊まりたいホテルです。

スタッフの方も大変親切で体調を崩した娘に対しても安心させていただくような対応をしてくださいました。利便性も大変よくなかなか予約を取れないのが納得できるホテルです。次回釜山に行く際もぜひ利用したいです。

The hotel’s location is very convenient—just a few minutes' walk to the train station and close to several bus stops, making it easy to explore Busan. Lotte Mall is also nearby, which is perfect for shopping, dining, or just strolling around. Overall: Highly recommended for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and great value in Busan. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

We enjoyed our stay. Only few meters from BIFF and Arirang shopping street. Front desk helpful and very nice. Loved our room, large with comfortable bed and pillow.

部屋に無料のペットボトルのお水がついてます。ロビーに給水器と無料コーヒーがあります。備え付けのシャンプーリンス、ボディシャンプーがあります。シャワーヘッドが最新のようでトルネードで細く出て水圧ばっちりでした。窓から景観はないけど部屋はツインで割と広くて快適。とにかく観光に便利で、日本語喋れるスタッフもいる。朝食サービスがなくなっていたのが残念ですが、外食できるところはたくさんあります。

Great location and clean, but the room was really stinky. Not sure why. There was a sanitizer/deodorizer machine in the room that help some with the smell, once we figured out what it was and turned it on. Also, no coffee in the room. Tea only.

The room was clean, bathroom is a bit small and the floor can be wet after showers for those rooms without bathtubs. Wet but manageable if use the towel to stop the water sprays. The staffs were nice, friendly and helpful. Some shops are closed by but not much restaurants. Most vista points and tourist locations are far from the hotel except for the Gamecheo village and Busan Tower. By buses, it can take 1 hour to blue sky capsule location or beaches.

함께 여행온 동생이 감기기운이 있어서 커피포트에 물을 끓이려고하니 깨끗하지 못하고 안이 녹슬어 있어서 결국 편의점가서 미지근한 생수와 따뜻한 쌍화탕과 음료를 사왔습니다. 시정해주시면 다음 손님이 불편없이 잘 주무시고 가실거 같네요.
