WiFi was not working TVs was not working Was not able to access the pool Had to go out to get cell phone service

Staff was super nice. The bed was decently comfortable. It was quiet. The shower was hot. Parking was behind the gate. Though clean, the actual facilities were meh. The doors were hard to close. The toilet ran all the time. The patchwork on the walls looked like a ten year old did it. But the cheap price was worth the 10-15 minute drive to the French Quarter. Overall, it was an easy and quiet place to crash for the night.

They need a gate key card.

Nice and clean and gated parking was a bonus. Great rate and available on short notice.

No elevators had to drag all luggage up the steps

My first room was dirty and the 2nd room I had, had burns in the cover and also the covers were dirty. I did like the area and the pool also the breakfast but both rooms were dirty but yes I did settle due to not having anymore available rooms.

Only compliant is you had to hold the toilet lid up while taking a piss, extremely affordable, free parking, beautiful modern clean room, gated.

The entrance is not handicapped accessible, if I would have brought my electric scooter I wouldn’t have been able to get up on the block to come up to even get in the door. They have a hand seat blocking the way to get in the doors if you have a medical device. They don’t have an elevator to get to the second floor nor do they specify that they have a second floor and the only way to access it is walking up some stairs. They put me in a room on the first floor however I will not be able to open and close the door on my own. I will have to keep running to the office to have someone unlock my room very unprofessional. I told them I needed to work out in the morning at five in the morning. The gym should not be on the second floor, especially if you don’t have an elevator for people to get up there. It’s basically fine Handicap people aren’t allowed to work out . The room wouldn’t open. It took over 10 minutes to try to get the door to open. And I never received my $50 from the deposit. The woman at the front desk knew before she gave me the room that the card key wouldn’t open the door and was rude about it. There was a hard time to even get my walker pass the front desk to even get to the room. They had to keep sending for housekeeping to unlock the door for me every time I had to leave the room.

I liked that the property is gated.

It was a good adventure, hotel was nice but did not a microwave nor laundry room or smoking rooms.

The sheets were supposed to be white but were yellow, the cushions in the furniture was soiled and had food and dark spot spills. If I could upload pictures it would make your flesh crawl. Very nasty property. Staff was friendly.

I didn't like when you stay in the room twice they don't come in clean it they just don't think you need towels or make up your bed or nothing that's what I did not like

Well first I'd like to say when we got there to check in the young girl at the front desk was very polite she was excellent we had already had long day and she was very quick to get us into our room. That was the good we get to our room and the door's been left ajar. I'm thinking it's because they probably got done cleaning it. When we got in there the room was dirty beds were made but the sheets and blankets were all dirty it's white bedding so you can see all the stains left behind by previous guests. There was fruit flies flying around and tons of ants in the sink and on the counter in the bathroom. It was already late so we couldn't get another hotel so we had to spend the night. For safety precautions we always check the closets under the beds and so forth because the door was left open and looking underneath the beds there was dirt like a half inch thick there was leftover stuff from other people it's like the room has never been swept. Needless to say we barely slept because you didn't want to sleep in the dirty beds and there's nobody at reception after a certain time.. never mind wanting to shower and we had to wait because the shower was disgusting. We checked out immediately the next morning and got a beautiful Inn on Charles Street. Unfortunately I already paid ahead and there's no refunds so I lost out on over $300. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

Nobody ever came to clean the room or bring clean towels

First thing I notice walking into our room is a disgusting peeling ceiling. Then a cobweb in the corner of the wall over the sink. Then I went to use the bathroom, a dead bug on the floor and a live spider in the shower… Killed both of those and tried to ignore what’s been wrong so far, the TV remote didn’t even work and I turn around to face the bed; I see a cockroach walking on the wall above! Killed that one and see another in the bathroom floor by the sink, and another discovered on the wall by the TV. THIS PLACE IS FULL OF THEM like how?!?! I should’ve done better looking into this place because the pictures did a great justice hiding the flaws. I have my bags away from the floor and the walls at this point. This place is so disturbing. AND NOT THE WIFI DOESN’T WORK. Pay for what you get but this is far below bare minimum.

Our pillow had black mold. Ac unit was full of mold.

The room was not very clean. The floor was sticky and my socks were black on the bottom due to that. The bathroom was also not very clean at all and I had to use my own cleaning product to wipe it down.

The bed was uncomfortable I don’t know if it was broken or not. The sink was clogged and the shower was dirty. There were a lot of items under the bed. Front desk was nice and helpful. Outside was clean and quiet. Room could’ve been a lot more cleaner. Overall it was a decent stay next I will book downtown.

Not a horrible place, but it was noisy.

Hotel had a good location. Many stores near by. Including a Wal-Mart, Gas station, and plenty of Restaurants. The Downtown area is about 20m away. The room was clean but lacked in P.m's (Prevented Maintenance). The toilet leaked. The walls had water and Dry wall damage. The beds where uncomfortable to sleep on. But the water in the shower was hot. Np's with the sinks, HAVC, or Tv. Room door was secure. With cameras just about everywhere. The staff was nice. But wasn't very attentive. Overall.... Good location. Not bad if ur planning on just needing a place to rest for ur visit and not spending much time in the room. I'd stay again. But definitely would like a better room. More comfortable bed. Better plumbing. Nicer and cleaner walls. Also a microwave would be nice too.

Check in went really smooth. (Shanda?) Was pleasant and informed us about the amenities to include gated parking. The floors in the room were tiled/laminate. The water for the shower was extremely hot, but no noticeable cold.

The staff was pleasant, the facilities were decent, the bed was comfortable and the mini fridge was convenient. The breakfast was decent, and it was a 30 min bus ride into the french quarter. The TV did not work, the room was cleaned up but not clean, and the phone wasnt plugged into a phone line.

Key would not work on door. Had to go to the rest every time we wanted to go in our room. After doing that for a whole day the finally switched out room and after one day it happened again on the new door

Down Town about 15 mins from bourbon street hotel needs to be update but not bad for the price.

Happy Mardi Gras !!! The staff were very friendly , large and clean rooms. Great value and location. Breakfast was great. Tressa the manager was very accommodating. I will be back next year.

Hotel had overbooked at least 20 people without rooms provided no asistance getting additional rooms after waiting nearly 2 hours they had a last minute cancellation I was lucky terrible experience could not get any help from expedia no contact on website

We Drove from Texas for a festival and got to the hotel ready to check in after booking it online. We were told that they didn't have any rooms available. After I tried to showed the lady my confirmation number but she just kept yelling no rooms available. She was so very RUDE. So we had to try and find another hotel at the last minute. With the Stink attitude that girl had I was glad they didn't have any rooms. She was so unprofessional, yelling at everyone that came in the door. So now I just want to make sure that they don't change my credit card for a room we didn't stay in.

I booked and paid for the hotel room a week before my trip. I drove 3 hours just to get there and they tell me they overbooked and didn’t have any more rooms available. It looked like they gave the rooms to the people that showed up first and after they were full told everyone they were overbooked

This horrible looking property had the GREEDY nerve to cancel my reservation so they could book my room for double my reserved rate to take advantage of a Taylor Swift weekend in New Orleans. Don't stay here!

The staff was pleasant. However, when we first arrived we got our room, and it looked like it had not been cleaned. The lampshade was torn, lights did not work, it was missing the bar to hang clothes. We immediately went back to the front desk and they switched our room. The floor was sticky in the second room but other than that the room was ok. The next morning when we went to shower, there was absolutely no cold water, the shower for the knob came off while my friend was trying to turn off the water, and the toilet seat was loose. We were running late for our bus and did not get a chance to inform the front desk before we left. When we arrived back at the hotel, we let them know, they said they would have maintenance take care of it the next day. The next day before we left we reminded them again about the shower and toilet seat, and again was told maintenance would take care of it. When we came back it had not been taken care of. We went back to the front desk the next morning and told them again. Again we were told maintenance would take care of it. This happened for 3 days, before they even offered to switch our room again. By that time, we were checking out the next morning, and we did not want to have to pack our things up and move them to another room. This was already our second room. We just asked if they could fix it. When we arrived back at the hotel that evening it was still not fixed. I have stayed at Ramada's before and never had an experience like this.

Several drivers said the area was crime ridden.

About 12 mins from bourbon street. Parking lot is gated which is needed in that bad area. Very sketchy part of town. I would NOT stay there with a family. Hookers walking around all night outside the hotel. The room was okay. Towels were like using sandpaper. Fan in bathroom didn’t work either. This hotel is nothing but a cheap stay in New Orleans.

Expedia should avoid promoting hotels like this one. This hotel is the worst hotel we have ever booked. It is located in the worst neighborhood in New Orleans. The hotel is surrounded by dirty prostitutes, it is filthy, unsafe, etc. Hotel didn't want to reimburse us the money, Expedia didn't reimburse the money neither help in any way. I ended up opening a dispute claim with my credit card sending proof of this horrible and bad hotel to get our money back.

This hotel was close to the cruise in New Orleans that I am going to on Sunday so the place was perfect for us and the workers were very sweet.

Hotel is old but adequate. No coffee available except for breakfast hours. Breakfast consisted of a waffle and a piece of fruit and coffee. Hotel is in a horrible part of town with a drive to anywhere. No place to eat or do anything within walking distance

Staying here (4 nights) was a great deal compared to staying at a more conventional hotel. It's an urban setting, but at no time did I feel unsafe, and the convenience of the location can't be beat. It is close to the highway, so it was a bit noisy at times. I could have addressed that with earplugs if necessary, but did not and slept fine. The room was pretty basic, but it was clean. The shower was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the staff was courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The property it\'s self was decent. Very modern. However... I\'m so beyond disappointed with my stay. I had a 2-Night reservation. Upon arrival, everything seemed fine... as long as you don\'t mind prostitutes on every corner of Chef Highway on your way in. When I enter the lobby I am not greeted or anything but the clerk at the desk was busy with another guest so I didn\'t think much of it. Eventually, I am finally checked in. When I went to my room (243) and this room was hell... The shower handle/knob thing fell off and I had to use scissors I had in my purse to get it turned off. The mini fridge did not work, I opened it and it filled my room with this rancid odor that took 20 minutes to clear. The bed frame was bent in the middle so the bed wasn\'t caved in slightly, making for an uncomfortable sleep. The wifi did not work, I was told only the rooms closer to the front got a wifi signal. There was blood stains of some sort on the sheets. ONLY the hot water worked in the room. Thank goodness for an ice machine. Otherwise, I would\'ve been drinking hot water for 2 days. Only 1 lamp worked. There\'s other small things like the floor had clearly not been mopped in ages, but I don\'t wish to dwell on this too much. When I notified staff of these issues I was told "Yeah it is what it is, That\'s the only room we got." I will say the pool was nice and clean... I\'m just very displeased that I spent nearly $200 on this experience...

It was clean and smelled well disenfected. The cleaning staff were great and the continental brkfst was an added nice touch but they do run out early.

we didn't have breakfast every day. only in the last. the rest of the days, there was no butter… in short… breakfast, watery coffee, bread, jam and boiled egg. sausage only for some. I asked several days ago and they didn't have it. I kept looking and the frontdesk gave it to anyone who liked it! totally disappointed!!!

It was wonderful, the staff is polite and friendly, helpful, and do their job. Customer service was great. The Person serving breakfast is amazing. One issue I have was the shower have very little water coming out, which make me take a longer time to shower.

Outlets on wall were either broken or plates missing. Did not use for fear of shorting out. Bed needs replaced. Mattress broken. No hot water, barely warm. Breakfast was a joke. Some sausage links that weren't warm, bread to toast, and waffles. You get what you pay for.
