RIMBA by AYANA Bali

아야나는 객실보단 외부조경이나 체험프로그램이 특화되어 있어 보였고, 아침식사는 적당히 먹을 만한 편이였습니다. 저희는 아이동반이였는데 아야나앱을 통해 체험 프로그래을 예약하고자 신청하였으나 전부 풀북이였는지 신청불가 안내를 받았던 것이 큰 아쉬움으로 남습니다.

Too crowded with guest, insufficient stuff to handle check in & check out. we waited for an hour for them to bring our luggage to the room, when we called the reception, they said they have delivered allready. (we were in the room all the time and didnt' receive the luggages) After 15mins more, the luggages finally arrive our room.....

Budi from After Rock and Rock bar was amazing, and such lovely hospitality, we were always entertained by him. Aditha from RIMBA front desk was also really lovely and kind, provided a warm welcome, very professional. Would totally recommend staying here. They are great personalities to keep for the business.

Great service

Great place. Lots of play area for little ones. Close to the airport. Restaurants are very good. Would definitely come back.
