Solea Seaview Resort

Disappointed. Best of 3 restaurants supposed to be open every day was closed Monday to Friday. Main restaurant had disappointing food. Rooftop restaurant had great view, good pizza and pasta aglio oleo. Main water park pool closed Monday for cleaning but nobody was cleaning it. 2 other pools closed. Water slides in main pool have running water but slide surface damaged and can injure kids. Farm/zoo closed , no animals Rooms very old with shower in bathtub with 30” side, dangerous for senior person Some Front desk staff are uninformed and untrained. They are all very nice and friendly. Dining area staff extremely friendly and respectful. Water park and inflatable park good for teenagers. Pricey for what you get. TV station selection and quality very poor.

Pools!

I was honestly disappointed with our stay. They hotels are nothing like the pictures on the websites. Including Expedia. The buildings are older. I was especially disappointed with the pools. There was debris floating in some of the pools. The stay was great. They buffet was also nice and had a nice selection of food. I paid for the room in full on the Expedia website, but you're forced to put a 4,000 Philippine peso deposit down, which is returned when you check out. The beach was okay, but it's low tide until late in the afternoon.

Everything stands out.
