Great property spread across the hillside overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed the many pools that were available, some are more private than others. Dinner was great at both restaurants with excellent food. The staff were friendly and we always got assistance when asked. The drive down the hillside to the resort takes some patience and skill but it didn’t affect our vacation. Excellent beach access with restaurant and chairs.

The F Zeen lived up to my expectations, it was a super luxurious escape and all the staff were super helpful and friendly. (Special shout out to Petros for great local restaurant recommendations) The facilities were fantastic, superb gym and spa, great pools and beach service (although I stayed in a room with a private pool so spent most of the time there) Dinner was excellent but booked up quickly so if you want to eat in best to book in advance, when I couldn’t get a reservation the local choices were great too. Breakfast probably more on the standard side but no major complaints. (The wasps at breakfast can be relentless but you’re in nature so not much the hotel can do just be prepared!) Only thing I’d say is for a wellness/fitness resort I found the protein options lacking especially when it came to juices/ smoothies and the room service menu is basic with only salads and sides for food options (No main dishes) but overall great 4.5/5 stay for me. Would definitely go back

Beautiful location, amazing food and wine and a fantastic service. The yoga, meditation and sound healing classes were amazing. The gym had been plenty of machines and equipment do workouts and there were endless classes. We will definitely be back on a regular basis.

This was our 3rd visit to the beautiful island of Kefalonia but our first of hopefully many more to this wonderful hotel … nothing was too much trouble for the staff, and everything was done with a smile .. the facilities were excellent and worth every penny. Thank you for a wonderful holiday !

2nd time here because we love this hotel, service and facilities very much! So many choices of classes and I was in heaven doing yoga, pilates, mediation, sound bath and breathwork! In addition, the different areas for a gym workout were great - you really cannot be bored here if you are into your health and wellbeing Food was great - as a vegan, the choices were not as great as last year in the Selini restaurant - all decision were aubergine and potatoes so didn't give me much of a range for dinner which meant we ate out in other restaurants this time Breakfast service in Selini was great and friendly Dinner service in Selini was not as good as last year when there was a sommelier who would always make the effort to talk and explain the wine as well as the menu in great detail Lunch in Gaia has much improved and the service there was super friendly - even walking through the restaurant we always got a smile and a friendly hello Reception service was really wonderful, especially the manager who took the time to listen and ask for feedback Driver service was wonderful this year and last and lovely that he remembered us too! Overall, I still give this hotel a 5 star

Loved this place. Quiet, discreet, relaxed luxury. The staff were absolutely amazing and the property is beautifully maintained. The fitness facilities are great, as are the classes and activities. Couldn’t find anything to fault it.

It’s a really great setting, with wonderful staff and superb breakfasts. The views around the property are amazing and the classes available are great. Slight signs of wear and tear around the pool decking and the jacuzzi section (not working) of the lower pool. Staff were first class especially Kostas at the breakfast in the main reception restaurant and Yanis the bell boy. Breakfast on the whole was superb, and helped by its setting. We ate lunch on the first day but found the food to be better just in the town. Not just on quality but price - Hemingway’s and Klamatis (avoid Lorraine’s) - the price of a beer/cocktail is exceptionally better too €3/4 va FZeen €6/8

The property and its grounds are beautiful. Breakfast is amazing, so much to choose from and so fresh. The pools are great. The best part is all the staff - so friendly and welcoming. The classes were all great from yoga to Pilates to hiit and the food was delicious too. We had a wonderful week stay here. The ability to use the sups and kayaks was a bonus too and good gym that wasn’t busy, not any fractional plates for the squat rack though!

One of the best hotels in Greece. Ultimate privacy, rooms and Villas disappear in the lush greenery, beach is a nice walk (3min) away and well served, staff is incredible and food is amazing. Adults only and attracts a rather quiet crowd of people

This hotel is one of a kind. Tranquil, lush surroundings and well maintained. The staff are attentive and friendly, particularly Alexis and Jeti! The food at the property is lovely but expensive. There is plenty of choice for tavernas and restaurants just outside the hotel. We were very sad to leave but will be back next year!

Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal in diesem außergewöhnlich tollen Hotel. Der Ort ist mit seinem Strand einfsch herrlich. Das Hotel ist modern, frisch und in einer weitläufigen Anlage. Die Möglichkeiten zum Sport/Gym zu gehen sind wunderbar, mit Blick übers Wasser! Das Personal ist immer freundlich, entspannt aber dennoch professionell. Sauberkeit sehr gut in allen Bereichen, toller Service Alles in allem, ist dieses Hotel einfach nur empfehlenswert!

FZEEN is fantastic. Every single detail of your experience is well thought out, from arrival to classes to dining. The location is beautiful and the grounds are very special. Rooms are spotlessly clean and well equipped. What makes this place so special is the staff, they are truly magnificent and make your experience that much better. I can’t wait to go back.

Nach einer Woche im Fzeen Resort fällt mein Fazit gemischt aus. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und beeindruckt mit einem vielseitigen Kursangebot. Allerdings ist es für mich schwer nachvollziehbar, warum bei einem Hotel, das 400-500 Euro pro Nacht für ein Standardzimmer verlangt, zusätzliche Gebühren für Kurse erhoben werden. Der Strand ist traumhaft, jedoch gibt es zu wenige Liegen, was dazu führt, dass man oft auf den Pool ausweichen muss. Der Poolbereich oberhalb der Rezeption verfügt auf der linken Seite über Sonnenbetten im Sand, die jedoch leider von Katzen als Toilette genutzt werden, was das Liegen dort unangenehm macht. Das Personal im Restaurant ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück mit der Option zwischen Menü und Buffet finde ich sehr gelungen, allerdings gibt es geschmacklich noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Besonders die veganen und vegetarischen Alternativen wirken unausgereift, und es fehlt an einer größeren Auswahl, insbesondere an herzhaften Gerichten auf der Karte. Das Hotel in dieser Preisklasse gibt sich große Mühe, jedoch fehlen noch einige Feinheiten in der Umsetzung, um wirklich in der obersten Liga mitspielen zu können.

Fantastic location, friendly staff and very well maintained property. Only downside is that we encountered was that the A/C was not strong enough to cool the upstairs of the suite we booked. Was far too warm.

We took three rooms which were towards the end of the resort near the beach. Outside of the rooms had a slight smell of sewage. We complained but nothing was done. This must be a more complicated issue that they are aware of and cannot resolve. The room had air conditioning with a light indicating the temperature which was so large and bright that it kept us up at night. We attended the outside cinema and were excited to eat some popcorn to later hear that they had no more popcorn available - movie and no popcorn?? Finally their loyalty program which they promoted from the onset of our stay to use as a discount for the restaurants and boutique shop turned out to be useless. They initially said we could not use it because we had not booked directly with the hotel and instead through a 3rd party such as Expedia and then when we pushed them harder they said we did not reach the minimum of 10,000 points. They should have explained it better at the onset or just scrap this program entirely as it only frustrated me more when I would have been happy paying what I did not knowing of this supposed program.

Loved this place. Quiet, discreet, relaxed luxury. The staff were absolutely amazing and the property is beautifully maintained. The fitness facilities are great, as are the classes and activities. Couldn’t find anything to fault it.

It’s a really great setting, with wonderful staff and superb breakfasts. The views around the property are amazing and the classes available are great. Slight signs of wear and tear around the pool decking and the jacuzzi section (not working) of the lower pool. Staff were first class especially Kostas at the breakfast in the main reception restaurant and Yanis the bell boy. Breakfast on the whole was superb, and helped by its setting. We ate lunch on the first day but found the food to be better just in the town. Not just on quality but price - Hemingway’s and Klamatis (avoid Lorraine’s) - the price of a beer/cocktail is exceptionally better too €3/4 va FZeen €6/8

We had an amazing stay at this resort. Very friendly staff and very comfortable room and bed. Good AC and ceiling fan really helped on hot days. Delicious dinner with a beautiful view of the ocean. We will definitely return!

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, genuinely wanting guests to have a good experience. The food across both restaurants is excellent too. We had a suite with a private pool overlooking the sea. It was excellent. We would not hesitate to come back.

We have been to many 5 star hotels in our lives, but the FZeen is as disappointing as it could be for a 5-star hotel. Upon arrival at Noon, the room wasn't ready, which is fine and understandable. We therefore left for the day in order to enjoy the beach. As we came back at 6-7PM, we were shown our room, and boy was it disappointing. We took the 2nd most expensive room which was a private raw retreat with a pool. This was almost 1,000 euros a night. When we got into the room, the view was just a joke. We had a view over the gym's roof, and the parking of the hotel's staff. We therefore asked if there was anything else, and we were told no, the hotel is fully booked. We told them we were not satisfied with this, and it was unacceptable. We asked them "There is no one checking tomorrow?" we were told no. Before leaving, the girl, who honestly couldn't care less about us, told us we could get the "100" room, but it would be an upgrade. We told her we wouldn't be paying for an upgrade because what was sold to us was unacceptable. She then proceeded to tell us that the reservation office would call us first thing in the morning to see what could be done. As you would have guest, they never called, and we had to call them. Obviously, we had to repeat everything, which is unacceptable again for a 5-star hotel. We were told that a room could be available, which apparently was not possible the day before. Anyways, as we were not there, we told them that we couldn't see the room, a

Fantastic location, friendly staff and very well maintained property. Only downside is that we encountered was that the A/C was not strong enough to cool the upstairs of the suite we booked. Was far too warm.

Incredible experience. The superior raw retreat room was completely private, including its yard and pool. The team was very polite and helpful with any requests we had and stayed on top of offering us transportation/any other thing we may need. Petros from the reception was especially kind to us and made us feel very welcomed. The only thing not matching the excellence of the hotel was the food and drinks. Nothing on the menu was terrible, but it was not nearly as memorable as the experience/layout of the hotel.

One of the best hotels in Greece. Ultimate privacy, rooms and Villas disappear in the lush greenery, beach is a nice walk (3min) away and well served, staff is incredible and food is amazing. Adults only and attracts a rather quiet crowd of people

This hotel is one of a kind. Tranquil, lush surroundings and well maintained. The staff are attentive and friendly, particularly Alexis and Jeti! The food at the property is lovely but expensive. There is plenty of choice for tavernas and restaurants just outside the hotel. We were very sad to leave but will be back next year!

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at F ZEEN. It completely exceeded any [great] expectations we already had. Staff at the hotel were absolutely brilliant, always so welcoming, always attentive and always going out of their way to ensure our stay was an enjoyable/comfortable one. It made our first visit to Kefalonia an even more enjoyable one and I would absolutely recommend F ZEEN to anyone visiting this beautiful island. Thank you to everyone at the hotel who made a our visit a very special one. We will be back, for sure.

This was our 3rd visit to the beautiful island of Kefalonia but our first of hopefully many more to this wonderful hotel … nothing was too much trouble for the staff, and everything was done with a smile .. the facilities were excellent and worth every penny. Thank you for a wonderful holiday !

2nd time here because we love this hotel, service and facilities very much! So many choices of classes and I was in heaven doing yoga, pilates, mediation, sound bath and breathwork! In addition, the different areas for a gym workout were great - you really cannot be bored here if you are into your health and wellbeing Food was great - as a vegan, the choices were not as great as last year in the Selini restaurant - all decision were aubergine and potatoes so didn't give me much of a range for dinner which meant we ate out in other restaurants this time Breakfast service in Selini was great and friendly Dinner service in Selini was not as good as last year when there was a sommelier who would always make the effort to talk and explain the wine as well as the menu in great detail Lunch in Gaia has much improved and the service there was super friendly - even walking through the restaurant we always got a smile and a friendly hello Reception service was really wonderful, especially the manager who took the time to listen and ask for feedback Driver service was wonderful this year and last and lovely that he remembered us too! Overall, I still give this hotel a 5 star

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself is in a stunning location overlooking the beachfront and has many restaurants surrounded by it giving more options for trying local food spots. We went in May so the hotel wasn’t too busy but even when it started to get busy, staff were still very attentive to every detail, especially when it came to breakfast!

Great property spread across the hillside overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed the many pools that were available, some are more private than others. Dinner was great at both restaurants with excellent food. The staff were friendly and we always got assistance when asked. The drive down the hillside to the resort takes some patience and skill but it didn’t affect our vacation. Excellent beach access with restaurant and chairs.

FZEEN is fantastic. Every single detail of your experience is well thought out, from arrival to classes to dining. The location is beautiful and the grounds are very special. Rooms are spotlessly clean and well equipped. What makes this place so special is the staff, they are truly magnificent and make your experience that much better. I can’t wait to go back.

Excellent choice. Exceeded our expectations. Suite and dining excellent. Had a great time. Hotel has a very good location. The only downside if we can mention one is that you cannot park on the property but across the street. Will definitely go back when we return to Kefalonia

The fzeen is definitely one to return to. The hotel is stunning the staff are amazing and so many classes to keep the family occupied along with lots of tavernas just outside the hotel to give you a change of scenery. We absolutely loved hotel Fzeen

The F Zeen is one of the best places I have stayed at. Not only the Staff is super nice and friendly, but the entire place is like a dream. The atmosphere is so relaxed and peaceful. So many things to be done around the resort and in close proximity.

This hotel is one of a kind. Tranquil, lush surroundings and well maintained. The staff are attentive and friendly, particularly Alexis and Jeti! The food at the property is lovely but expensive. There is plenty of choice for tavernas and restaurants just outside the hotel. We were very sad to leave but will be back next year!

We had an amazing stay at this resort. Very friendly staff and very comfortable room and bed. Good AC and ceiling fan really helped on hot days. Delicious dinner with a beautiful view of the ocean. We will definitely return!

Great property spread across the hillside overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed the many pools that were available, some are more private than others. Dinner was great at both restaurants with excellent food. The staff were friendly and we always got assistance when asked. The drive down the hillside to the resort takes some patience and skill but it didn’t affect our vacation. Excellent beach access with restaurant and chairs.

The F Zeen lived up to my expectations, it was a super luxurious escape and all the staff were super helpful and friendly. (Special shout out to Petros for great local restaurant recommendations) The facilities were fantastic, superb gym and spa, great pools and beach service (although I stayed in a room with a private pool so spent most of the time there) Dinner was excellent but booked up quickly so if you want to eat in best to book in advance, when I couldn’t get a reservation the local choices were great too. Breakfast probably more on the standard side but no major complaints. (The wasps at breakfast can be relentless but you’re in nature so not much the hotel can do just be prepared!) Only thing I’d say is for a wellness/fitness resort I found the protein options lacking especially when it came to juices/ smoothies and the room service menu is basic with only salads and sides for food options (No main dishes) but overall great 4.5/5 stay for me. Would definitely go back

2nd time here because we love this hotel, service and facilities very much! So many choices of classes and I was in heaven doing yoga, pilates, mediation, sound bath and breathwork! In addition, the different areas for a gym workout were great - you really cannot be bored here if you are into your health and wellbeing Food was great - as a vegan, the choices were not as great as last year in the Selini restaurant - all decision were aubergine and potatoes so didn't give me much of a range for dinner which meant we ate out in other restaurants this time Breakfast service in Selini was great and friendly Dinner service in Selini was not as good as last year when there was a sommelier who would always make the effort to talk and explain the wine as well as the menu in great detail Lunch in Gaia has much improved and the service there was super friendly - even walking through the restaurant we always got a smile and a friendly hello Reception service was really wonderful, especially the manager who took the time to listen and ask for feedback Driver service was wonderful this year and last and lovely that he remembered us too! Overall, I still give this hotel a 5 star

Incredible experience. The superior raw retreat room was completely private, including its yard and pool. The team was very polite and helpful with any requests we had and stayed on top of offering us transportation/any other thing we may need. Petros from the reception was especially kind to us and made us feel very welcomed. The only thing not matching the excellence of the hotel was the food and drinks. Nothing on the menu was terrible, but it was not nearly as memorable as the experience/layout of the hotel.

It’s a really great setting, with wonderful staff and superb breakfasts. The views around the property are amazing and the classes available are great. Slight signs of wear and tear around the pool decking and the jacuzzi section (not working) of the lower pool. Staff were first class especially Kostas at the breakfast in the main reception restaurant and Yanis the bell boy. Breakfast on the whole was superb, and helped by its setting. We ate lunch on the first day but found the food to be better just in the town. Not just on quality but price - Hemingway’s and Klamatis (avoid Lorraine’s) - the price of a beer/cocktail is exceptionally better too €3/4 va FZeen €6/8

Super hôtel : magnifique site, plusieurs piscines, équipements de premier choix, service exceptionnel (beach, petit déjeuner…). La plage est top. Une semaine de rêve. L’hôtel est très beau et le site magnifique.

This was our third trip to this hotel, and it is a lovely place to stay, but I was disappointed this time in the villa we were given. Both times before we have had villa 85, which suits us perfectly, but in spite of booking over a year ago and requesting the same villa again, we were given another one which simply wasn't as good. The bedroom was darker, patio area not as good, there was noise from a main walkway outside our door and not such a good view. Very disappointed, especially as I contacted the hotel twice during the year asking if we had villa 85. I did not get a reply to one enquiry and the other merely replied with blah blah. On arrival I was given the limp excuse that maybe someone else had booked that villa before me. 13 months ago? I doubt it. The restaurant/breakfast staff were excellent, especially Athina who was charming, but the housekeeping was a bit hit and miss. In spite of repeated requests to have the teabags replenished every day as I drink a lot of tea they weren't, meaning I had to keep asking at reception. The water wasn't refilled every day either. The classes we did were very good, with friendly and expert instructors. The breakfast buffet was superb, especially the fruit buffet. About the best I've ever had. All in all we enjoyed our holiday, but although we would like to come back next year we won't unless we get the villa we requested so long ago. It's an expensive holiday and we wanted it to be as perfect as the two previous visits.
