Hotelanlage war sehr sauber. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer klein aber dass war uns vorher bekannt. Poolanlage sehr schön gestaltet mit ausreichend Liegen. Zimmerreinigung top! Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert und war digital einstellbar. Balkon sehr klein. Frühstück war ok, alles vorhanden, es gab sogar warme Gerichte. Der Frühstücksraum hatte bißchen Kantinencharakter, allerdings konnte man auch im Freien sitzen. Alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen. Die Lage des Hotels fanden wir sehr gut. Es ist ruhig, dennoch ist man innerhalb ein paar Gehminuten im Getümmel.

Family hotel. Lots of families with small children. Quite new. Small room, but everything worked. Nice bed. Booked a sea view deluxe. But tiny balcony with only partial ocean view. No room to sit, but useful to dry swimwear after a long day on beach/around pool.Breakfast buffet ok. Lunch menu quite good, not expensive. Good location. Not really suitable for couples during high season. Good value for money. Worth noting that noisy building works currently being carried out in pool area.

Excellent family friendly resort, clean pristine beach shallow for first 20 metres so perfect for children. Staff were attentive and would serve you by the pool or on the beach. Lots of sunbeds, varied breakfast

Zimmer eher klein, aber modern eingerichtet und mit Blick auf den Pool und das Meer. Personal herausragend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksangebot standardmäßig mit lokalen und internationalen Speisen. Direkter Strandzugang mit kostenfreien Liegen. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und entspannte Atmosphäre für Paare und Familien mit Kindern.

Was terrible the hotel is under construction. The pool is not open.. They didn’t say anything in advance, and they refuse to give me money back. The rooms are really small. No muni bar, no room service Very very simple hotel

Sehr gutes Gesamtergebnis. Sauberkeit, Unterhalt, direkter Strandzugang, Essen, Bar und nicht zuletzt das Personal! Alles top.

Hotel was over het algemeen schoon en prachtig. Strand ligt direct aan het hotel. Personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Echt hele lieve mensen! Bij klachten staan ze meteen voor je klaar om het probleem op te lossen. Ook de luchthaven shuttle is heel snel en goed geregeld. Veel eetgelegenheden en massages in de buurt, allemaal op loopafstand. Persoonlijk zien wij dit hotel eerder als een drie sterren hotel in plaats van een vier sterren. Vergeleken met andere vier sterren hotels missen wij toch het een en ander in dit hotel en vonden wij de kamers te klein. Er waren bijvoorbeeld geen slippers en tandenborstels op de kamer aanwezig. Ook waren er geen veganistische opties bij het ontbijt. Wel als je het de avond van tevoren boekte maar dat was niet zo duidelijk. En dan nog krijg je bij zo'n bestelling 1 gerecht en kan je daarna bijna niets meer van het normale buffet eten. Van een vier sterren hotel verwacht ik dat ze hier standaard rekening mee houden. Ook waren de kastjes in de badkamer niet heel schoon (gele vlekken) en onze televisie werkte tijdens ons verblijf niet. Het personeel heeft wel geprobeerd de televisie te repareren maar dit is niet gelukt. De volgende dag zou weer iemand komen kijken maar die is helaas niet meer komen opdagen. Tot slot gebruikte de housekeeping een bepaalde spray tijdens het schoonmaken. Dit had een veel te sterke geur waardoor de kamer heel sterk rook wat onaangenaam was. Al met al was het prima met een aantal mankementen.

Really welcoming. On first look room was lovely. However on closer inspection and use, the room standard was not very good. The shower leaked onto the floor. Cabinet very shabby. States it had a balcony. It does but about 1 foot by three foot. You were unable to sit out on it. Transport to and from airport was 500bht. Each way. There was things on in the hotel but not advertise very well. Overall it was ok

Wir waren vier Nächte im OZO und waren begeistert. Die Anlage ist direkt am Strand, welcher wunderschön ist. Pool, Zimmer und alles andere waren super sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Feühstück bietet eine große Auswahl. Vieles ist zu Fuß oder mit Roller/Taxi erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

A very good hotel in a prime location on Chaweng beach. Top service, great quality of drinks and food. Very clean room. Restaurants and supermarkets as well as the party mile are easily accessible on foot.

Great location. Good beach and pool area. Buffet breakfast with options. Comfortable beds! Rooms are small but we were only in the rooms to sleep. Second visit to this resort. Will return again.

Vi hadde et veldig bra opphold. Eneste minuset var at balkongen var liten og ikke mulig å oppholde seg på.

The property itself is very nice. Beachfront..amenities..activities . Staff were very friendly and helpful. However the room we got was a little bit rundown. i.e...the shower was backed up. Fridge was noisy..coffee maker not working

Small rooms

Facilities (pool and beach access) are pretty nice. Bedrooms (even the most expensive option) were a letdown. On the small side and more like a 2 stars hotel than a 4 stars. But they were clean and hot shower so that was ok. Location is great. Close to the Main Street but still quiet. The biggest deception came from the breakfast buffet. Bread and pastries were awful. Worst pancakes and waffle I ever had in a 4 star hotel. Asian selection didn’t look appetizing at all.

Small rooms, very small closet, but was living in most expensive room, so no upgrade... Very good hotel.

Stayed 10 nights with my family of 4 and we were very happy with our stay. Especially the super friendly and helpful staff was a big part of our positive experience. Nice hotel, good facilities, but slightly small rooms for our preference. The location is very central to reach everything you want easily. Also, great access to beach and plenty of sunbeds(!). We would absolutely recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again if we get the chance to go back to wonderful Koh Samui.

hotellet ligger fint nok og har rigtig fin strand, poolen er kun til børn da den er max 1,2 m dyb og ikke opvarmet, personlet er klædt som i et kinesisk cirkus, værelserne er små og lys virker ikke ordentligt, varmt vand skifter temperatur af sig selv, dårligt med plads, der er ingen room service, der er en del russere på hotellet, det var ikke en god oplevelse vi havde der, så vi kommer aldrig tilbage for det er absolut ikke 4 stjerner og heller ikke den høje pris værd overhovedet.

Great value for the price Very nice staff and great breakfast

The OZO is a serene oasis tucked just away from a bustling street. The service was excellent and the rooms were clean. The hotel staff were always available to help and assisted us with booking and planning a last minute tour of the island. The beach is easily accessed and beautiful. There are plenty of chairs - no need to come early or fight for a space! I highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

The employees make this wonderful property extraordinary. All the staff was excellent, but my favorite is Fern. She always has a bright smile and goes out of her way to be helpful. I would use her as an example of how all employees should be. She should be in a supervisory role or as a trainer of other employees.

Very friendly and they were nice enough to allow me check out at 1 instead of 12 plus they offer me to take shower at 5 prior my flight. I am going to stay in the hotel until I go to the airport at 7 pm. I would come back here Manager name is koy and other employee nik were very nice

The check in was slow. They couldn’t scan the passports, after repeated attempts they were sent off to be photocopied. This is a vip access hotel. There was no recognition of vip status, no upgrade or any other pero were forthcoming. We booked a deluxe room with a king size bed. The room was tiny, with barely any room to sit apart from the bed. The king size bed consisted of two single beds joined together to support a king size mattress. There was no refrigerator, or minibar in the room. The beach access is nice, as is the pool area. But overall this is a poorly maintained and run hotel and is poor value for what it costs. Expedia should really be more discerning in its vip access program. This hotel doesn’t belong.

Really lovely hotel and the service here is fantastic. It’s in a great location and an easy walk down the main street or a couple of steps away from the beach. Highly recommended and the rooms are extremely comfortable.

We loved that it was located on Chaweng Beach. Close to clubs and shopping. The price was amazing.

Nice hotel on the beach but totally overpriced at 6000baht per night considering the size and condition of the rooms and hotel itself. Really small rooms, with tiny balcony. Breakfast was ok but again nothing special considering the price.

Very modern style hotel. Staff were great, breakfast options were expansive. I walked the beachfront where the competing hotels are and OZO looked very good. This is not a tropical setting like other hotels I’ve stayed at on this trip but it would be a great reset for anyone missing a bit of familiarity. Only thing I found missing were some waterspouts options I.e kayaks paddle boarding etc. That said I extended my stay here a couple nights.
