When I booked this room I was expecting a pool and free breakfast. I booked online and headed to the hotel just for the pool. I got there and pool was closed and no free breakfast. There was a no refund on this room so I stayed anyway. The manager was accommodating

It was roaches everywhere and on my things not olny that I had to sleep in my car and not only that I booked it for 3 days and I only stayed one and I couldn't get my money back for the last 2 days toilet stool is loose shower knob was broke

Air conditioning is not working properly. Hair on the floor and sink, found mouse droppings on floor near sink area. The Non-smoking room reeks of stale cigarette smoke. Water pressure in shower is nonexistent. I would not recommend this hotel even for the low price.

First, they charge a $50 deposit on non-smoking rooms, but it is not listed anywhere on their site or Expedia. Then was charged an extra $20 on top of that for no reason. The sink was disgusting and the floor was sticky. Just didn't feel very clean and the area around felt unsafe.

I booked a room and received a call saying that payment didn’t go through. I called them and he said that’s ok I could just pay when we got there. I told him it would be late and he assured me it would be ok. When we got there at 11pm they didn’t have the room. We had to find a room at a different hotel that was absolutely disgusting.
