Très petit appartement propre et à proximité de tout. Le lit est très comfortable mais le seul point négatif c'est le divan; avis aux dos fragiles!! Notre séjour a été très agreable.

Il faudrait une tv et une cafetière filtre ou à cup. Aussi du papier de toilette et essuie tout, des ustensiles. Appartement bien situé près des restaurants

This place is very convenient to all of the tourist area in the lower part of Coimbra; the squares are literally steps from the front door. The apartment has an oven, stove, good-sized fridge, and washing machine. There are some basic cooking dishes as well. There is a portable heater that was nice to take off the chill and also help with drying laundry. There is a long flight of stairs to access the apartment, and on 3 of the 5 nights I stayed there was quite a lot of noise in the tiny alley between the building next door and this one. A light sleeper would find this problematic (loud dragging of metal noises and motion-sensor lights going off and on). Overall a perfect spot to explore the city!

Apartment is in a walkable ONLY area. Absolutely NO free parking/Only 24hr parking garage/3 blocks away 24 euros daily. Very inconvenient for moving luggage grocery items from car to apartment.NO A/C in this apartment, only 1 fan. Two windows face nearby buildings.NO heating system. 1 space heater- enough for bedroom only.SMALLEST water heater ever seen-maximum 1 shower.Difficult connecting with hosts-required a form fill out at time of checking- said they'd asked for it when booked-but we never received their form/had no clarity about where "free parking" was, running out of phone charge.Checked in 4 hrs late due to hosts 'last minute' form questions; carrying suitcases 3 blocks/raining on us/upon check in bedroom window wide opencold in apt. Used space heater- left upon awakening - just not worth the aggravation. Only certain times of year is the weather suitable for this place- and never good to have bags/groceries to drag thru winding narrow walkways to the door without car access. Disappointing stay.

Excellent location, close to the train station and all the sights in Coimbra!
