Great location and staff. Warm welcome from the front desk who helped us with a dinner reservation. Great sized clean room. Had dinner at the restaurant and tried the lamb, very good. The included breakfast was nice to have. Would book again.

There are not many dining options around the property. But they have an in-property restaurant. The staff was friendly and were really flexible to help with the late check-in. The breakfast was really good. The entire property was really clean. Would stay again!

We had stayed for one night. The hotel is located in a village, very quiet place just off the highway. The hotel is nice & clean, the team is friendly. The breakfast was good, although they could offer more options. If you plan to have a dinner, consider contacting the hotel ahead of time. The restaurant is not very big, and I think that guests from other hotels might use it as well.

Adventure Hotel Hof was great! The hotel was lovely and set in a picturesque location. Check in was easy, and we were able to park right outside our room to make it easier to bring in our luggage (as there was no elevator). We chose to dine at the hotel and were not disappointed! The food was lovely and the service impeccable. In fact, all of the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast the following morning was also very well stocked so you won’t go hungry!

Adventure Hotel Hof was great! The hotel was lovely and set in a picturesque location. If you have kids - request a room on the top floor - the footsteps of people overhead were loud. Luckily everyone goes to bed by 10 pm

For the amount of money we paid this was shockingly expensive! Breakfast was good and the staff was nice. The room was located in a container, and to pay 50.000 isk for one night in this hotel was ridicoulus! We also paid 3000kr extra for our pet for the night. Beds were uncomfy(also had hair in it), no tv and, little “trashy” and small space. Would not go again sry😕

Excellent service, overall clean rooms except for the bathroom smelled very musty. The restaurant was really good for dinner and the continental breakfast was great too. The rooms were very small and there were a few things that were a bit rundown or needed repair (the window wouldn't open, one light fixture was broken, and pillows were extremely flat). The mountain view from the rooms is beautiful and you can see/hear sheep in the fields all evening. Overall good stay and with a little bit of TLC this hotel could be amazing!

Their pictures do not do justice. We loved this hotel!!! The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, modern, and the sheets so soft. They had a restaurant and bar. Close to the Skaftafell National Park, and breakfast was amazing, lots of selections.

This place is very expensive for what you get. The room was clean but very small. There was no tv in the room and only a fridge, which is much less than what you get in most rooms in Iceland. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was included but not that great.

Rooms had ample space, and staff was so friendly. They even notified us that the Auroras were abundant outside! Such a great perk! Hotel was very convenient to our glacial hike the next morning with Troll (4 minutes down the highway!). Would have loved the option for a quad room rather than than requiring 2 rooms and splitting the family up. Dinner was pricey, but veggie pasta and dessert were yummy!

Very good location to see golden circle attractions. There is a petrol station metres away where you can fill up with fuel and quick snacks (although like the rest of Iceland it’s overpriced) Staff were very helpful an patient in providing service and tips for what to do and see

I would give this place 10 stars if i could!! Clean, comfy accommodations, beautiful views, a wonderful restaurant, and friendly staff. I woke up to discover I had a flat tire on my vehicle, and the front desk staff was able to assist me with getting help when my rental car company was falling short. I highly recommend adding this stop to your travel plans!

Location is close to the nearby glacier related activities making it a desirable option for an overnight stay. Room allotted was much smaller in size than anticipated making it very challenging to navigate within the room. Even the bathroom had extremely limited space for all of the bathroom related activities. Included breakfast had more than adequate items. There is no overnight staff at the hotel and no contact numbers were given, for any overnight problems that could potentially arise within the room. Staff was bland and did not go out of the way to be friendly or courteous. This hotel is a practical option to stay while visiting the nearby glaciers as there are not that many options in the vicinity but be prepared for smaller room and bland service.

The one best thing about this hotel is obviously the location. Unbeatable location at the center between Skaftafell and Jökulsárlón. Staffs were extremely professional and very flexible and they would help you as it fits to your need. They also include breakfast and they were all good! You have to pay separately for dinner and it tasted good! I loved and enojyed the scent and various flavours this hotel gives. Only thing that bothered me was ventilation. Not sure if this is Icelandic cultural thing but hot moisture from the shower gets stuck in the room and it didn't help at all with air circulation. Except that everything else was perfect and it's worth every money!

Warm welcome, friendly and helpful staff, great location and amazing view! We were fortunate to watch the Northern Lights dance from our window 💚 Terrific restaurant! Small menu executed superbly Loved it!

Located on the edge of a tiny village, this hotel has a swanky vibe. As with nearly all the hotels we stayed in Iceland, our room was in a long narrow annex. While decorated nicely, the walls in these annexes are not sound-proof, so neighbor noise can be a problem. Good shower and ample breakfast (included in room rate). We had dinner at the hotel as well: meal was delicious, but very small portions; friendly service.

Great location and staff. Warm welcome from the front desk who helped us with a dinner reservation. Great sized clean room. Had dinner at the restaurant and tried the lamb, very good. The included breakfast was nice to have. Would book again.

Price quality is not bad, the dinner is quite expensive, just to say that it costs more to dinner there than a night in a hotel, the night was about 15,000 kr for two people and dinner 28,000 kr, crazy and the breakfast is quite poor

There are not many dining options around the property. But they have an in-property restaurant. The staff was friendly and were really flexible to help with the late check-in. The breakfast was really good. The entire property was really clean. Would stay again!

We had stayed for one night. The hotel is located in a village, very quiet place just off the highway. The hotel is nice & clean, the team is friendly. The breakfast was good, although they could offer more options. If you plan to have a dinner, consider contacting the hotel ahead of time. The restaurant is not very big, and I think that guests from other hotels might use it as well.

Pretty ok hotel which I would say feels more like a hostel though. Shape of it is decent, and the breakfest was also pretty good. However the pricing felt on the higher side, compared to other places in the area.

We had a corner room with windows on 2 sides that looked out on sheep fields and striking cliffs. Gorgeous view! The room was well appointed and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, and very responsive to messages. We very much enjoyed this hotel and would recommend it. We ate at the hotel, for dinner and breakfast, so cannot speak to what other restaurants are nearby. For adventures on the glacier, this is a great location.
