Very near with the temples and the old city as well as night market. All are walking distance. Easy to catch grab as well. The room is new just no chair inside the room. The hotel is quaint and small. Misleading in terms of the words “resort” since no swimming pool etc. But all staff are super friendly and welcoming. Price is very reasonable too. Got an open air pub just in front which made noise until 11pm. But other than that it’s really a quiet place.

Staff was outstanding and incredibly helpful. Booked me tours and drivers and massages all almost instantly. Location is great, you just walk across the street to the Old City park. Courtyard is lovely especially in the evening.

We hadden kamer 6 met een matras op de grond en douche en toilet in 1 ruimte. Je maakt dus altijd je hele badkamer nat als je een douche neemt. De airco was goed en nodig. De persoon aan de receptie was vriendelijk, maar zijn engels was zeer beperkt zodat we alles via een veratler app moetsen regelen.. Hébergement bien situé à proximité des sites touristiques dans un cadre agréable. Prestation un peu chère malgré tout, pour ce prix il manque la piscine et un petit déjeuner qui pourrait être plus varié et plus copieux.

Der Name Resort&Spa ist irreführend, es handelt sich um ein kleines Familienhotel, das ein wenig Auffrischung gebrauchen könnte. Servicewünsche verhallen ungehört, Wlan etwas wackelig. Allerdings ist die Lage gut, die Betten ok, schöner Garten.

look… fine for the price. right next to a few ruins, pretty place with relaxing courtyard. A/C works great, WiFi is fast. but also had a lot of trouble organising activities and communicating issues with the staff, who speak very little english (a problem for us, maybe not for others) and often can’t even be found. Despite this they were always friendly, besides the manager who was always abrupt and tried to concinve me I didn’t have a booking. Lots of mosquitos in the room, hot water was temperamental, beds were very, very firm. Its a fairly long and arduous walk into town for food (and to a travel agent to organise tours/trips). Maybe the strangest part of our stay was the fact that you’ve got to lock the front gate each time you enter and exit with a padlock, which if done at night makes an inordinate amount of noise. Fine for a night or two, wouldn’t linger past that.

Un emplacement proche du parc et donc très pratique pour cet établissement. Lit d’un confort correct, salle de bain un peu vieillotte. Nous avons été bien accueilli mais on nous a demandé plusieurs fois de faire moins de bruits, alors que nous ne faisions que de marcher dans la chambre mais le sol en parquet craque beaucoup et on a essayé de faire très attention…sinon l’accueil était très sympathique.

Thr place was not the best, the towels were not nice and the batgroom was not really all that clean, we booked.a garden view room but could only see carpark. And local bar was a little noisy from room.

We had a triple garden room and it was a bit dated and really requires an upgrade. However it was spotlessly clean, the staff are welcoming, freindly and helpful and the location for Ayutthaya sightseeing is perfect. We will return.

Changement de chambre . On avait demandé vue sur parc on a vu sur jardin. En contrepartie petit dej offert mais celui ci est quasiment inexistant. Seul avantage , près du monument principal. Les employés ne sont pas des plus sympas...

I really like this hotel. The location cannot be bettered. Only complaint would be that the TV didnt work and there needs to be consideration for some channels in foreign languages to suit the guests.

Un hotel tres joli, un superbe accueil, les chambres sont spacieuses et tres bien décorées. Le jardin magnifique. Je recommande vivement. La patronne nous a réservé un restaurant magnifique. Merci a cet établissement.

I called to ask about massage service and ask about the reservation. We booked 2 rooms in the courtyard.The owner said she gave my room to another client because they called in first. I said I booked these 2 rooms together. She said that she will give us 1 courtyard room and another room on the 2nd floor. She also said that if you are not happy, you can cancel that reservation but of course no refund because we booked with Expedia app.unexceptabe.We booked and paid for these rooms well in advance. She simply gave one of or rooms to a walk in . Very very rude. Not recommended at all. Expedia should take this one out of the system. The owner was so rude , not the staff. Sad to see.

We hadden kamer 6 met een matras op de grond en douche en toilet in 1 ruimte. Je maakt dus altijd je hele badkamer nat als je een douche neemt. De airco was goed en nodig. De persoon aan de receptie was vriendelijk, maar zijn engels was zeer beperkt zodat we alles via een veratler app moetsen regelen.. Der Name Resort&Spa ist irreführend, es handelt sich um ein kleines Familienhotel, das ein wenig Auffrischung gebrauchen könnte. Servicewünsche verhallen ungehört, Wlan etwas wackelig. Allerdings ist die Lage gut, die Betten ok, schöner Garten.

We had a triple garden room and it was a bit dated and really requires an upgrade. However it was spotlessly clean, the staff are welcoming, freindly and helpful and the location for Ayutthaya sightseeing is perfect. We will return.

Very near with the temples and the old city as well as night market. All are walking distance. Easy to catch grab as well. The room is new just no chair inside the room. The hotel is quaint and small. Misleading in terms of the words “resort” since no swimming pool etc. But all staff are super friendly and welcoming. Price is very reasonable too. Got an open air pub just in front which made noise until 11pm. But other than that it’s really a quiet place.

Unfortunately we wouldn’t recommend this stay. Upon arrival we thought it was wonderful, but things changed rapidly. Our room was mouldy, full of mosquitoes, looked nothing like the photos, the aircon didn’t work properly, the curtains were to thin allowing light in, and the bed was too hard/uncomfortable to sit or lay on. Within 15 minutes of being in the room we were covered in bites from the mosquitoes. The breakfast and coffee were not on due to sickness among staff. There was a sign to rent a motorbike but they were unable to help. While sitting outside we saw a member of their team had a kitten (only maybe a week old) we asked where the kitten was from and they said it was a stray that had been abandoned. We thought ok this is good they’re looking after it. We then left for the day and in the evening we met a female mother cat, she was distressed and in their courtyard. We put two and two together that she must be the kittens mum so helped her search due to her discomfort and crying. We discovered the kitten being held hostage by one of the staff. We were informed the manager doesn’t allow cats and that she would not allow the kitten back to its mother. The mother cat howled all night, we could hear her through earplugs. This was heartbreaking and cruel. The following day we checked out, due to all of the above. Ultimately this ruined what should’ve been a 5 night stay and this was unfortunate due to the location of the hotel being great.
