Die Zimmer sind einfach und oft kompakt, mit schmalen Duschen und einer Basisausstattung; dünne Wände und Straßenlärm sind wiederkehrende Probleme, das WLAN kann in den Zimmern schwach sein, und einige Gäste berichteten von schwacher Klimaanlage, obwohl einige größere Zimmer hatten. Wonderful staff, convenient location. No frills, but clean and accommodating. The self serve laundromat advertised on the website didn’t exist, but staff volunteered to take our laundry and do it for us (which we didn’t want to do). Would have liked to have a full length mirror (or any mirror) in the bedroom, towel racks in the bathroom, and a mat in the shower (which was very slippery). Even without these amenities, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there in the future.

This is in an excellent location - metres from the Pantheon and the restaurants and bars around it. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet - the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Plenty of places nearby to find breakfast.

Great location near Pantheon. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. Walkable to Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Long but doable walk to Vatican or take a taxi for 10-15 Euros. Facilities are not luxurious and have only the basics, but if you’re only planning to sleep there, like we did, it suited our needs just fine, and location was really key. Great for one night.

Lo único que tiene de bueno es la ubicación - tienen 1 sola plancha para todo el hotel si quieres planchar tienen que andarla pidiendo de cuarto en cuarto - el segundo día el elevador no servía - no cuenta con desayuno - nosotros nos quedamos por el echo de ser “hotel” pero no hay personal de 10pm a 7am en recepción por si necesitas algo

The location of this property was extremely convenient. Outside of that, we would not recommend. The property condition was not the best (very hot rooms/weak air conditioner, tiny shower with flimsy walls and weak water pressure, missing bathroom flooring tiles, scuffed up walls, etc) If you would like towels more than every three days, you have to pay. Most of this would have been fine to deal with for the location convenience, but the biggest deal breaker for us was the extremely thin walls. We could hear every word of the fighting couple next door, as well as everything on the street below (cars, pedestrian conversations, etc late into the night). This made sleeping tough, so we were left disappointed in this property.

Todo el personal fue muy amable y atento con nuestra familia, nos vamos muy contentos de Roma y sin duda volveriamos a mimosa. Todo estaba muy cerca a pie (15 min aproximadamente) incluso al Vaticano fuimos caminando. Las condiciones del hotel dan comodidad, el aire acondicionado tan necesario con la temperatura de la ciudad. El único inconveniente es el wifi que la señal casi no llega al cuarto pero todo lo demás fue excelente.

Todo el personal fue muy amable y atento con nuestra familia, nos vamos muy contentos de Roma y sin duda volveriamos a mimosa. Todo estaba muy cerca a pie (15 min aproximadamente) incluso al Vaticano fuimos caminando. The location is amazing, staff is friendly and the room was clean. However, the layout of our particular room was very challenging for four people. The room had a weird shape and is not pictured in any of the photos on the website! There was no place to put anything because the one table was shoved into a dead corner that you couldn’t even really get to. There was no place to hang four towels and the bathroom is so tight that only one person could be in it at a time. Not a bad hotel but our particular room was challenging for four people and we were glad we only stayed two nights.

GREAT location. Would absolutely stay again. Room felt spacious when compared to many of the more affordable places in Europe. Staff did a great job with cleaning. I liked that I could pretty much walk to all the typical tourist spots I was planning on visiting. So many good restaurants in the area. Only warning is that if wifi is essential to you then this is not the place. Wifi was pretty much non existent for me except in reception area and I know I wasn't the only one with the issue. Mattress could have been better, but I was definitely able to sleep fine.

Very noisy! Walls very tin! Could hear everything. A lot of Noise and traffic. No English speaking TV stations. Would have been handy for the juniors at night. Staff where very nice a pleasant and advised on areas to see etc

This hotel was in the perfect location right behind the Pantheon. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Check in was super easy. My only complaint were the walls were thin so could hear our neighbors when they arrived back. Would stay here again.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful!! Hotel is very conveniently located a couple blocks from the Pantheon and within reasonable walking distance to the other must-see spots. My only ‘complaint’ would be that the bathroom shower is a narrow fit getting in and out and it was quite noisy all throughout the night. Nothing earplugs couldn’t largely fix. Would definitely stay here again and we appreciate the hotel for having us!!

The hotel is in a great location, we walked everywhere from it. The staff are very kind and welcoming. There is not 24/7 staff on site but we had no issues with that. We felt safe in the area even in the evening.

Amazing little hotel. Daniel was brillaint waited for us even though it was almost 10pm and so friendly and helpfull. If you want somewhere to stay in Rome this has it all. Convenient to everything and if you want to venture further the bus and taxi stops are 2 mins away. Based really close to the Pantheon the night life is amazing and food was great with all the restaurants really well priced. I cant praise this venue and staff high enough me and my daughter stayed here for 3 nights and really couldnt as for more. 5 star 🌟 Thanks again for a lovely stay..

Location, location! This property is walkable to all the amazing sites of Rome. It was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The front desk is not 24 hours. The rooms were adequate and towels only changed every 3 days. Overall would definitely stay again.

This hotel was in the perfect location right behind the Pantheon. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Check in was super easy. My only complaint were the walls were thin so could hear our neighbors when they arrived back. Would stay here again.

Todo el personal fue muy amable y atento con nuestra familia, nos vamos muy contentos de Roma y sin duda volveriamos a mimosa. Todo estaba muy cerca a pie (15 min aproximadamente) incluso al Vaticano fuimos caminando. Las condiciones del hotel dan comodidad, el aire acondicionado tan necesario con la temperatura de la ciudad. El único inconveniente es el wifi que la señal casi no llega al cuarto pero todo lo demás fue excelente.

Great location near Pantheon. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. Walkable to Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Long but doable walk to Vatican or take a taxi for 10-15 Euros. Facilities are not luxurious and have only the basics, but if you’re only planning to sleep there, like we did, it suited our needs just fine, and location was really key. Great for one night.

Very convenient location steps away from the Pantheon. Lots of great restaurants and gelato/tiramisu places with a few minutes walk. Staff is very helpful, all Daniels are friendly 😁 and speak English very well. There’s is an elevator and door is secured with pass code at all time. We feel safe with a family of five. The Grand room is spacious and there is a kitchen area with microwave and lots of table and chairs if you want to order food in. Air conditioning works and shower water pressure is pretty good, no issues. Recommend bring your own shampoo/conditioner and ear plugs as it could be a bit noisy at night due to proximity to roof top bars and regular restaurants. Both items helped us! We definitely come back here if we go to Rome again. Thank you staff! VB

The location of this hotel is the reason to stay here. While it is a bit of a walk to the Colosseum, the Pantheon is a 2 minute walk away, as are many restaurants and places for gelato. The Trevi Fountain is a bit farther of a walk but doable. We stayed here as a family of four with two teenagers for 4 nights in the midst of a heat dome in July of 2026. The air conditioner had a hard time keeping up with the heat outside; while it provided reprieve from the heat, it worked constantly and never cooled the room, keeping the room around 26 degrees. Staff upon check in where helpful providing a map and a list of restaurants in the area, though we didn't attend any of them as we did our own research to find restaurants with more vegetarian options, which wasn't a total challenge. The rooms are definitely not sound proof, on the weekend we could hear yelling in the streets below as there were bars in the area - this yelling continued throughout the night until about 430 in the morning. There is a small lift so that you do not need to take your luggage up two flights of stairs to where the hotel is located. We also never received a code before check-in in order to access the building to get to the hotel on the 2nd floor, we were lucky enough that someone else was going in at the same time, or I am not sure how we would have gained access. The beds were somewhat comfortable. It is a bare minimum hotel with a good location.
