Berlin Hotel

This is a very basic accommodation, but I still want to give them a good review because of the hospitality and professionalism of Amal and Mohamed. For instance, I told Amal I would have a very early pick up for a tour next day. Mohamed knocked on my door 6am almost on the dot, despite the fact that they serve breakfast starting from 7am. The building is not fancy but it’s in a good area. Also I could use their simple kitchenette, which was a huge plus because I don’t like eating out all the time. I felt really well cared for. Their service was better than that of many five star hotels.

The hotel has seen better times, but in a way that actually adds to its charm. Staying here feels a bit like time travel, thanks to the historic building and atmosphere. It offers very good value for money: the rooms are simple but nice and clean. Most importantly, the owner/manager is extremely kind and helpful and does his best to assist guests — I even received an extra early check-in free of charge due to my early flight.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Hotel ist renovierungsbedürftig. Preis - Leistungsverhältnis top. Die Lage ist super, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
