The parking lot in front of the inn was a mess of cracks and potholes. The amenities were few to none. "We don't distribute soap," for example. The place is falling apart on the exterior. Last time I'll ever stay at a Quality Inn. But the poor woman behind the desk was lovely and tried very hard. Oh and you call that breakfast? Ugh.

No elevator to second floor. Didn’t clean my room on Sunday. Limited breakfast items. No vending for snacks. Staff difficult to understand. Lobby had bad odor. When tried to call front desk several times, nobody picked up. Will not use again.

Whole entrance to hotel was torn up being repaved. Had to drive over rough surfaces to get to hotel check in. Outside of hotel looked very shabby.

The room and bathroom were spotless and more than adequately appointed. The problem was the heater in my room: very noisy when it cycled on…woke me up every time, unfortunately. The breakfast was fine, though I was sad to see there were no plastic lids to take coffee to go.

Great value for the money. Check-in took a bit longer than other hotels. The room was small but perfect for one or two people. Bathroom was clean and the shower great…the bath towels was the thickest I’ve ever experienced. Breakfast was adequate. Pretty much what worked for me. The immediate area had only fast food places ( and one Mexican restaurant)…for something better had to go less than 5 miles (a guess). This, too, worked for me.

Positives: 1 - Easy to find 2 - Check in was simple and efficient 3 - The facility seems to be located in a safe neighborhood 4 - Room was clean Negatives: 1 - After check in, we went into our room and the bed was partially stripped down. There were sheets on the bed, but no blanket or bedspread. Soon afterwards, the front desk called me and asked me to come by the office and pick up the missing items. 2 - Water pressure in the shower was weak 3 - Heating unit was loud and noisy 4 - Railroad located nearby; train horns disturbed sleep

Fire alarm went off two mornings in a row.My handle on toilet didn't work good, so toilet woudn't flush good (it did get fixed).They could not find reservations when I got there.Which had been made since August.Had to call Expedia and get it fixed after traveling 12 hours.The bed and bathroom where clean.That was a plus.

No hot water in sink. No water at all in the bath/ shower. We arrived late at night and didn't realize until the morning. They would not answer the phone from the room. When i checked out, they offered to let us change rooms, but at this point, I was just ready to get back on the interstate. Bonus: dirty duvet and spider in bathroom. Honestly, if you need a place that let's you smoke in the room and a place to park your bucket truck, this is probably the place for you!

Do not stay here, I paid for 3 nights Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, I called Friday to let them know I’m paying for Friday but I will not be checking in til Saturday morning, the girl on the phone said that was fine and she would make a note, I drove 11 hours from Michigan got to the hotel at 8am the lady at the front gave me my room key and people stuff was all in there, so they gave away my room mind you check in is at 3pm so they gave away my room Friday even after I called to tell them I am still coming, then we had to wait til she found a new room and have it cleaned! The manager was very rude blaming me because I wasn’t there at 7am, I said when I spoke to the lady she never told me I had to be there at a certain time or I would of been there, regardless if I was there at 7am yall gave away my room on Friday, she told us to get out she was very rude unprofessional I would not recommend staying here at all!

The stay was good staff was very helpful, room (suite) was spacious and clean as well. The area is quite as well and multiple gas stations near by as well. There are some food options near by in the morning/day at night a few stay open such as cookout, waffle House and any place with a 24hr drive through. Overall satisfied stay for a weekend trip. Breakfast options at the hotel are a few items but still good for a quick bite in the morning.

Great value for the money. Check-in took a bit longer than other hotels. The room was small but perfect for one or two people. Bathroom was clean and the shower great…the bath towels was the thickest I’ve ever experienced. Breakfast was adequate. Pretty much what worked for me. The immediate area had only fast food places ( and one Mexican restaurant)…for something better had to go less than 5 miles (a guess). This, too, worked for me.

Positives: 1 - Easy to find 2 - Check in was simple and efficient 3 - The facility seems to be located in a safe neighborhood 4 - Room was clean Negatives: 1 - After check in, we went into our room and the bed was partially stripped down. There were sheets on the bed, but no blanket or bedspread. Soon afterwards, the front desk called me and asked me to come by the office and pick up the missing items. 2 - Water pressure in the shower was weak 3 - Heating unit was loud and noisy 4 - Railroad located nearby; train horns disturbed sleep

We didn’t get our room cleaned even after we requested it.The breakfast was cold I didn’t understand why they had a sign saying fresh and hot if the eggs sausage and biscuits were frozen, they didn’t have any butter for the toast or the waffles.tables were dirty and bathroom was never cleaned the front guy was always on his phone with ear phones on just bad service

The parking lot in front of the inn was a mess of cracks and potholes. The amenities were few to none. "We don't distribute soap," for example. The place is falling apart on the exterior. Last time I'll ever stay at a Quality Inn. But the poor woman behind the desk was lovely and tried very hard. Oh and you call that breakfast? Ugh.

It was good for one night. Overall it was ok. Pillows were tiny little squares..fridge never really gets cold snd hair dryer did not work. Breakfast is offered but very limited

My stay was OK, so I want to note that I got what I paid for. I didn't expect a lot of amenities, but when I got to breakfast, there was very little available. I asked for more danishes and the staff member put out 5 more, but the cereal was empty, the fridge was almost empty (no yogurt and only a few juices), and the pancake batter was low. There was no protein on the breakfast (expectations were low, but still). I went to refill my coffee and there was none left. The room was fairly clean, but the white towels had faint stains and so did the comforter on the bed. The TV channel options were good and the beds were comfy. The parking lot had standing water. Overall, it wasn't bad, but I would prefer a little better, even for the price I paid.

Would not recommend this property. The room was not clean, the frig was leaking (making the carpet wet), hair in the bathtub, smell (probably from lack of air conditioning in room and warm outside temps), curtains didn’t close all the way, tv remote didn’t work and room as a whole was very dated and in bad shape. The mattress was also very sunken in, very uncomfortable.
