The staff was very friendly and helpful, even though she didn't speak any English. The cleaner is also very helpful as well. The room smells very nice during after the 2nd clean up as I like the smell. Room space is more than adequate for me as I am only 1 person inside a double bedroom. Overall i had enjoyed my stay and will likely be back if the price is right.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful with a very early check in. It's downtown Bogota and it's extremely cheap. The streets are not the responsibility of the hotel. Good for the price. Don't

The neighbourhood aren't the nicest. Nothing bad happend to me and for me it was no problem to stay there but if you easily get scared of people that have more difficult in life, I recommend to stay somewhere else. Staff didn't speak English and I don't speak Spanish but they did their best to make me understand and were very helpful and nice,

I have stayed at this hotel several times. I like the location. The hotel is very clean. I feel safe in the area around the hotel. I would recommending staying at the Hotel Los Cerros de Bogotá.
