Rummet var väldigt fuktigt, kläderna och väskorna blev fuktiga.

Rent ja , personalen är ok , luftkonditioneringen är ok. Men att de låste trädgården kl 11 och det inte finns någonstans att ta en cigarett förutom på gatan , så man måste ta sig ut på gatan och stå utanför på gatan är väldigt dumt och det kan även vara farligt i vissa kvarter här i Catania.

Where to start? - The bathrooms were not up to scratch. The showers flooded incredibly quickly, the sink taps were broken in one of the bathrooms, and in the other bathroom the toilet was blocked. - The room was dirty and there was dust and hairs in the drawers - At check out time, no one is available at reception and the cleaning staff that were around were rude and unhelpful. They tried to rush us out our room before check out time. - On the up side, the place is in a good location.

The facilities are very good, the rooms and bathrooms are nice. There's air conditioning, sheets, and pillowcases, but the service is brusque and rude. You can't use anything, not even the bathroom, before check-in at 1:30 PM or after check-out at 10:30 AM. I'd even say they're ill-mannered. I only returned to check in after 6:30 PM when it was a different person than the one who had rudely attended to me in the morning. But also in the same tone, they replied that I couldn't use anything after check-out when I asked if I could shower. It was quite curious to reply not rudely and then jokingly say that showering was allowed before 10:30 AM. It wasn't even 10:30 AM yet, and when I arrived at the room, my things had already been removed from the bed to change the sheets. I complained that my time using the space wasn't up yet, and the person was rude. I complained because it was more than 5 minutes before 10:30 and I put my things back on the bed. She didn't like it and kept arguing. It seems she doesn't understand the guest's needs and doesn't respect them. Furthermore, I must mention that on the night of 2026-09-04 while using the kitchen, I noticed a cockroach on the stove. I called the receptionist and asked her to look at it. She saw it and gave me some leaves to kill the insect. She said she would inform her boss. But in the morning, nothing was explained to me, nor was there any apology. On the contrary, she even threw my things off the bed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
