Amazing place to stay , close to the Kelowna airport, very clean room , free shuttle to and from the airport outstanding restaurant on the property very friendly and helpful staff 10/10 for sure ., will be definitely staying here again

One of the elevators wasn't working for our entire stay, and we were on a higher floor, so going back to our room was always a waiting game. When I checked out, was offered two free coffees for their cafe as compensation, and I was heading back home so this felt like a throwaway so I declined. Was given a bit of a runaround at the beginning - was told that I had to use the indigo app to handle my parking even though I registered my plate with the front desk. Came back to the front desk (one working elevator) when I found that the app charged more than double the advertised rate for parking online. Was told that it was already registered and I didn't need to worry. Felt my time was wasted. The bed is horribly uncomfortable, and the pillows are worse. Gave my wife and I discomfort in the morning and poor sleeps. So happy to return to our bed at home. A suggestion by other travellers was to travel with and attach my own showerhead because hotels have such poor showers, and that was such an amazing idea. Shower was much better as a result. We've stayed here maybe 8 times, but this time made me think that it's time to finally try another hotel.
