I especially appreciated the outreach prior to arrival and accommodating my room request. The room, bed, dining, customer service are all excellent. The weakest link in the stay is the front desk. It's not the fault of the clerks; they're doing the best they can. After check-in, my key didn't work, but they had sent a helper to bring me a new one before I even had to go back to the front desk. That key stopped working after 2 days, and the line at the reception desk made getting a new one quite inconvenient. The check out process also takes too long, but it seems due to how they have it set up. There aren't enough agents, so that forms lines and makes people wait. That does not give a good first impression or leave a positive final experience.

Staff are not professional to deal with any kind of a small problem. I had a very important business meeting and asked them to open the business room for me to have a quiet environment and the staff refused to facilitate that to me. I had to run to JW Marriott Mirage city to do my business meeting. Also they allowed people to use the swimming pool with regular clothes with materials not suitable for the swimming pool. All the other staff were bagging to take tips or money every time they saw me. Terrible experience for me as a Canadian visiting Egypt to do business. I will rather to use JW Marriott next Visit.
