Had to check out the first night as the room condition was filthy, the sheets were stained, torn and were not clean. No one was there to help me. The hotel would not respond to my messages or hotels.com messages and neither party refunded me. Very poor service on the hotel and hotels.com.

予約が入っていないと言われ、確認時にスタッフの態度が悪く、冷蔵庫の中は、カビだらけ。タオル類は、古い。部屋の掃除の時も、シーツ交換は、ない。部屋は、広く、ドライヤーもある。照明は、暗い。レストランがあるとか ホテルの写真は、別のホテルだと思う。部屋の入り口の電気もつかず、夜、帰って来るとき怖かった。バスターミナル、ナイトマーケットは、まあまあ近い。
