La piscine et dans un état catastrophique nous avons était dedans que un jour louant que des hébergements avec piscine car un enfant en bas âge, c’était inadmissible, j’ai pris des photos et je l’ai même montré aux personnels de l’hôtel, l’hôtel est loin de tout dans une grande montée, aucun restaurant, ni commerce, ni épicerie, à moins de 20 minutes de marche Et niveau personnel, il y avait que deux personnes de vraiment bien à l’accueil, la dame Qui, je pense est la gérante est exécrable, l’employé à qui nous avons rendu les clés à la fin de notre séjour et qui nous a rendu. La caution était lui vraiment très bien à l’écoute, serviable, souriant, s’il y aurait que lui qui travaillerait là-bas ça ce serait très bien et mieux gérer

Check in was a mess as we brought 20 people and they got couples in rooms with two twin beds and single people who are sharing a room into rooms with a king size bed plus there were several rooms with no working air conditioning and one of the rooms had a very strong sewer smell

This property is built on a steep incline without a single elevator. Two of our group are elderly and one of us is battling cancer. Just to go between rooms or get to the lobby or pool one must call for a golf cart ride. There is literally nowhere to walk in, around or out of the hotel. We were shocked at arrival to discover this, as there was no mention that we could find in the Expedia listing. We knew we had to get out as soon as possible so we let the hotel and Expedia know on the first of our five days stay we would have to leave early. We finally got out with two days left on our reservation. The hotel never once responded to us regarding a refund, but they did respond to Expedia and let them know there would be no refund for the unused days even though we gave several days' notice and a valid reason for leaving. Stay here only if you want to be trapped on the side of a mountain.
