The White Horse Motel

I tried to talk to them for over a week before writing this review but that was pointless. I tried talking to a manager, who is never there and has never called me back after leaving my information. While on the surface it may look like a cheap, ok place to lay your head, it’s not. Don’t end up like me with dozens of bites from bed bugs. Spending money on cleaning all of my items and medication for the reactions to said bites. They said there were none after they “checked”, but I have photos from 4:30am and enough marks on me to sink a ship. We left right then and there to go home as we weren’t staying another minute. If you read reviews on Google you’ll find they have numerous complaints of cockroaches too. I didn’t see those myself. What I found was far too much already.

Good spot, reasonably priced, room had fridge, stove, and microwave

Welcoming receptionist, room were clean and airy, comfy bed very good for a budget motel would stay here again . Good shower , good TV channels. Safe location and can walk to pub and cows ice cream.

It is a very OUTDATED place, feels like you are in the 70s. The road is a one-way, so you have to drive into Charlottetown to go the opposite way. Parking was a joke, you have to park in front of your room door otherwise you get told. I arrived, parked in a spot (it was empty all around), went in the office, got my room key, walked to my room and got a knock on my door to move my car, I was accidently parked in someone's spot (all this in a span of 5 mins)

Great motel.
