L’hôtel est très agréable, bien situé. Les chambres sont confortables, au calme et bien décorées. Le parking dans la cour est très appréciable. Nous recommandons.

L emplacement et le cadre sont parfait mais les chambres demanderaient une grosse renovation. Douche minuscule, wc quifuit, poignet qui restedans les mains, les rideaux qui laissent entrer la lumiere. Decevant

Don't believe the hype about this hotel. I am currently traveling for business with equipment and was put on the 3rd floor in this hotel without an elevator. When I asked to move to the 1st floor I was told there was nothing available. I then said I would cancel my reservation and suddenly a room on the first floor opened up. I was being lied to and it only got worse from there. In addition to not having an elevator which to be fair, many European hotels do not have, the rooms are tiny and smell bad. They then moved me twice for some reason I did not understand and I had to leave the hotel for 3 hours so they could make up the new room. it was the same sad conditions in both rooms. I also have to endure back to back weddings which go on till midnight and tomorrow it will be 9:30 which is fine I guess, but the staff should have mentioned this. finally it's a hotel resting on its reputation in Lodz and needs a serious upgrade. I would recommend NOT staying here until that upgrade happens and this hotel improves.
