A really nice and convenient place to stay. Don’t worry about the street and the position near the train station, once yoûre in this B and B it’s a little gem with a magnificent terrasse and a nice vue on the city. Besides the staff is very friendly and it’s spotless!

The people were so nice, like family. It is on the 6 floor of an office building and there are 5 steps to the elevator. It is above a Conad supermarket and a half block from the train station. Convenient to walk everywhere in town. The room was large. There was an outdoor patio, as an extension of the breakfast room, with spectacular views of the city. Great value.

Abbiamo viaggiato in auto con la nostra cagnolina per visitare Arezzo. La struttura ci ha proposto dei parcheggi convenzionati e abbiamo scelto Central Parking. L’accoglienza è stata molto positiva e chiara, la signora alla reception ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie per soggiornare, ma anche per viverci appieno la città. Durante il soggiorno non abbiamo avuto alcun problema e, essendo abituata, abbiamo potuto lasciare la nostra cagnolina in stanza a riposare qualche ora. La struttura ha camere sia al quarto piano e al sesto piano, dove abbiamo soggiornato noi. Camera molto spaziosa e pulita, colazione equilibrata per il numero di ospiti (personalmente odio gli sprechi), a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti c’è inoltre sempre la cucina per essere autonomi nei pasti, quando per esempio non si vuole andare a mangiare fuori. È possibile inoltre accedere a un ampio terrazzo da condividere con tutti gli ospiti. All’interno dell’edificio e delle stanze c’è il riscaldamento centralizzato che quando viene messo in funzione, essendo abbastanza datato immagino, fa un rumore ripetuto che potrebbe infastidire gli ospiti. Al check out ci è poi stata regalata una piantina grassa, un gesto molto gradito per ricordarci dell’esperienza ad Arezzo anche a casa.

Hotel is conveniently located near train station and near centre. It has a very nice deck which overlooks centre of the city. The Hotel Hostess is very helpful and kind. It is a very homelike atmosphere.

Loved this place. Very clean and quiet. Close to the train station so it was so very convenient. The staff was very helpful and kind. They helped us find transportation to La Verna which is not an easy task especially during the summer months. Planning to visit Arezzo again soon and will most definitely stay here again

Il B&B è molto carino e pulito. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, ci siamo sentite a casa. Siamo state qui per il weekend dell'8 dicembre, per vedere i mercatini. Ottima posizione, in 10 minuti a piedi si è in centro. Le camere molto semplici, senza pretese. Molto carini gli omaggi dell'oste.

Estuvo todo muy bien! La ubicación nos pareció excelente, la habitación estaba limpia y era cómoda. En desayuno estaba muy bien. Lo único “negativo” es que había como un olor feo en el edificio, pero no creo que la gente del hospedaje pudiera hacer mucho al respecto, de todas formas en la habitación no se sentía así que todo ok

This reminded us of a hostel. The room was very plain and old. Too much money for what it was. The reception closed at 7pm, which the website did not say. The hotel smelled terrible. Would never stay again.

The reception usually closes at 7.00 p.m. Our train did not get there until 8.00 p.m. and they kept reception open for us. The only negative we have is that we did not receive clear instructions on the location. There are two exits to the train station. It would help to know which one to take. While I had a street and number, very few buildings have numbers. Even though we asked for directions several times, we were sent the wrong direction three times, before we finally found it. In the dark it is really difficult to find.

Worked for our purposes: covenient to the train station for our less-than-24-hour transition to a group cycling trip. It was tricky to find reception from the street. Better instructions prior to check-in would be great! We felt like we were experiencing an escape room and eventually won. Luckily it was daylight!

A stone's throw away from the main train station in Arezzo, very convenient for foot travelers. The property is in close walking distance to many pretty sights in this lovely town with a lot of art, and with an interesting musical heritage. Thank you Ettore for all your help - he even packaged a special plate of bread for me the night before my departure because I had to take a super-early train!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had good options. The view from the terrace was beautiful. The room was very basic, closet had a weird smell, you could hear everything going on in the rooms nearby.

Hotel is conveniently located near train station and near centre. It has a very nice deck which overlooks centre of the city. The Hotel Hostess is very helpful and kind. It is a very homelike atmosphere.

Il B&B è molto carino e pulito. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, ci siamo sentite a casa. Siamo state qui per il weekend dell'8 dicembre, per vedere i mercatini. Ottima posizione, in 10 minuti a piedi si è in centro. Le camere molto semplici, senza pretese. Molto carini gli omaggi dell'oste.

Staff was so accommodating and friendly! Don't miss this hidden gem. This is a small hotel with just a few rooms and a rooftop terrace with a view. If you are taking the train, it is across the street for easy access. It is next door to a grocery store. Highly recommend.

The reception usually closes at 7.00 p.m. Our train did not get there until 8.00 p.m. and they kept reception open for us. The only negative we have is that we did not receive clear instructions on the location. There are two exits to the train station. It would help to know which one to take. While I had a street and number, very few buildings have numbers. Even though we asked for directions several times, we were sent the wrong direction three times, before we finally found it. In the dark it is really difficult to find.

Easy to miss, no big sign out front but go by the address number and find the hotel name on the buzzer.Easy walk to trains and all the shops, restaurants and historic sites. Basic double room with twin beds and clean private bathroom. Continental breakfast has many choices including fresh pastries, yogurt ham and cheese. We had a nice little balcony with a view over city to hills. Affordable, simple B&B run by nice people.

The people were so nice, like family. It is on the 6 floor of an office building and there are 5 steps to the elevator. It is above a Conad supermarket and a half block from the train station. Convenient to walk everywhere in town. The room was large. There was an outdoor patio, as an extension of the breakfast room, with spectacular views of the city. Great value.

A very fine stay, all in all. Very neat, tidy, well organized. Some issue with noise from the room next to us, but they finally settled down. Breakfast is sufficient.

Estuvo todo muy bien! La ubicación nos pareció excelente, la habitación estaba limpia y era cómoda. En desayuno estaba muy bien. Lo único “negativo” es que había como un olor feo en el edificio, pero no creo que la gente del hospedaje pudiera hacer mucho al respecto, de todas formas en la habitación no se sentía así que todo ok

Let's start with the pros: This property is a ~5 minute walk from the Arezzo train station, so it is potentially very convenient to use if you are visiting other towns by train each day. The place was adequately cleaned and maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. As mentioned by others, the AC worked well in our unit, even though it blew directly on our faces as we slept (not comfortable). Breakfast was ok considering the price, and they had some light kitchen facilities if you wanted to make something or reheat something. There is a decent Conad City grocery store immediately next door to the property -- very nice!! Breakfast on the terrace was really nice, too. Cons: The major drawback to this property was the shower: it would not maintain water temperature or pressure, to the point of being dangerously unsafe. The water temperature would spike without warning to 60-70 deg C. Each one of us were burned multiple times while trying to shower. It was tricky to get out of the shower without tripping over the toilet for one of the older members of our party. This is hard for them to fix, but folks need to be aware of the safety hazard. The bedroom was dark and drab (no color or art). Overall, the stay was "ok", but there may be nicer places to stay if you're going to be in Arezzo for multiple days. Plus, Arezzo may not be the best "home base" choice, but that's a different story.
