Overall, the property was not as advertised. The shower encasement in our room was riddled with BLACK MOLD!! It stated there was laundry on site - which there was not. It stated there was air conditioning - which we did not have and the hotel had to put oscillating fans in our room as the temperatures were over 90 F degrees. It stated there was a restaurant- which the front desk mentioned they closed during Covid - which was 4 years ago!! And there wasn’t breakfast as there wasn’t a restaurant open on-site. Oh and when we arrived the elevator was not working so we had to bring 5 large suitcases and carry-ons up the flights of stairs. The only saving grace to this property was the front desk staff. They were incredibly helpful.

Very clean. Very quiet. A simple and basic hotel room. If you are looking for a hotel close to the Metro, you cannot beat the location! This is not the hotel if you are looking for room service or luxury. Hotel room does tea kettle, refrigerator and safe. The staff is very friendly and are happy to arramge a car service to airport.

The enhance of the hotel is on the first floor but the front desk of the hotel is on the second floor. It took us a long time to figure out where the hotel enhance is. The door is locked and the guest needs to click a button (not easy to find) on the wall to call front desk to unlock the door. It is not user friendly for a guest has not been checked in. Once you get the room badge, it is not a big deal.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Islam helped us with directions, recommending restaurants, and arranging our taxi back to the airport. Location is within walking distance to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. Interesting museum and crypt next door. Metro station is just feet from the front door. Room was clean and comfortable. There is no complimentary breakfast offered, but there's a bistro just down the street.

Çok merkezi. Girişe geldikten sonra sağdaki zile basarak kapıyı açtırabilirsiniz. Oda servisi çok güzel temizleyip toparladı odaları. Odalar epeyce geniş.temiz. Yataklar ve yastıklar çok rahattı. Bina da şehrin dokusuna uygun otantik bir bina. Akşamları görev yapan resepsiyon görevlisi beyefendi her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Yeme, içme, gezme, ulaşım tavsiyeleri nokta atışıydı. Gerçekten çok merkezi Trevi çeşmesine yürüyerek 3-5 dk. Sessiz. Kendi kahvaltısı yok ancak karşı cafeyle anlaşmaları var. Kupon alıp uygun fiyata cappucino cornetto ile kahvaltı edebiliriz.

Very very clean. Staff were nice, not always available. Location was excellent. The room was basic, quiet, no luxury…extremely clean…but you are paying for the location. Not inexpensive for what you get, In comparison to alternatives for the dates we went, the prices were fair. (But not an “great deal” And the location was really really walkable to most of Rome highlights, and if not walkable, then public transit. Great coffee/breakfast spot across the street. Magnificent coffee.

The bed was good, the room was small but clean. The WIFI was stable but not secure. No restaurant on site but 4 were available within a block. Less than a block to the Metro but the Metro is not handicap accessible. Three blocks to a tour bus.

Clean place to stay and I was happy we stayed there for our longer stretch in Rome. Other than the city taxes which had to be paid in cash we loved it there. Everything was a close walk no matter where you wanted to go. Parking garage close by but hard to get back to with all of your luggage as it is uphill.

The afternoon concierge was wonderful!! He gave us a map around town, told us where a few things were located along with how far away in walking distance. The day we were checking out was a different concierge in the morning with a different personality he shouldn't have come to work that day. It was if we were bothering him, as soon as we walked up told us to leave hotel key on counter and that was it. We mentioned to him we were told we could store our luggage after check out so he then pointed over to a closet for us to place our luggage. He definitely should not be working in a hospitality industry because he doesn't have any. Very rude!!! We stayed at this location because it states they have A/C, the thermostat says 19 degrees Celsius which it didn't feel that way. It felt more along the lines of 23 or 24 degrees Celsius. Also, in our shower there was mildew towards the top of the walls. There were only 2 plug outlets in entire room, 1 in main room area and 1 in the bathroom makes it slightly challenging with 4 people needing to charge items. Location was within good walking distance. Subway/train access across the street .

The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. The staff are helpful, as well. However, the shower drainage is too slow so water is clogged while you shower.

This was a great location walking distance to many attractions. Our room was clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Definitely a great place to rest after a day of touring. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

2024년 1월26일~1월29일까지 숙박진행했습니다. 체크인도 원활했고, 방에 들어갔을때 깔끔함이 느껴졌습니다. 특히 화장실이 매우 청결했고 방바닥도 청결했습니다. 매일 청소를 진행해주셨고 매일 첫날처럼 느껴졌습니다. 다음에도 이탈리아를 방문한다면 이숙소를 이용하고싶습니다. 고맙습니다.

The property is in perfect location, everything is close by walking distance. Staff was amazing and very friendly and helpful. What I didn’t like was offering taxi service for €80 if there is a flat rate €55 from the airport to the hotel. Additionally, the floor could be cleaner (we had our socks very dirty from it), but they do offer flip flops, but our toddler couldn’t use them anyway. Overall, our stay was pleasant

Starting off, the hotel was very clean. The host who checked us in was very accommodating as well. I am astounded that I can access almost any point of Rome from our hotel. There was a bus stop right in front of the property and a few steps from it. Access to the Metro subway was also right there. Anything else, most of our itinerary was just a walking distance. My only complaints were the beds. It was creaking every time you turn. The electricity cut-off was a little bit of a hassle as well. We couldn't leave the room if we need our devices charged or to keep some drinks cold in the fridge. Other than that, I would recommend this property to others for the access convenience to everywhere.

The afternoon concierge was wonderful!! He gave us a map around town, told us where a few things were located along with how far away in walking distance. The day we were checking out was a different concierge in the morning with a different personality he shouldn't have come to work that day. It was if we were bothering him, as soon as we walked up told us to leave hotel key on counter and that was it. We mentioned to him we were told we could store our luggage after check out so he then pointed over to a closet for us to place our luggage. He definitely should not be working in a hospitality industry because he doesn't have any. Very rude!!! We stayed at this location because it states they have A/C, the thermostat says 19 degrees Celsius which it didn't feel that way. It felt more along the lines of 23 or 24 degrees Celsius. Also, in our shower there was mildew towards the top of the walls. There were only 2 plug outlets in entire room, 1 in main room area and 1 in the bathroom makes it slightly challenging with 4 people needing to charge items. Location was within good walking distance. Subway/train access across the street .

The bed was good, the room was small but clean. The WIFI was stable but not secure. No restaurant on site but 4 were available within a block. Less than a block to the Metro but the Metro is not handicap accessible. Three blocks to a tour bus.

At Casa I Cappuccini we had a nice room with three beds for a reasonable price. Rooms in this converted monastery have modern plumbing and wiring. There was a hot water kettle and instant coffee and tea in the room. The location is very good, near the Trevi Fountain and a Metro station, with many shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is adjacent to a small church, and a historic crypt and museum.

Nice little hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. They scheduled airport and cruise terminal transfers for us. They gave us advice on what sights we could see within walking distance. My personal experience of the area is, the street signs are difficult to find. Not the same as where i live. It makes it very confusing to follow the maps. The area was beautiful though.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Islam helped us with directions, recommending restaurants, and arranging our taxi back to the airport. Location is within walking distance to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. Interesting museum and crypt next door. Metro station is just feet from the front door. Room was clean and comfortable. There is no complimentary breakfast offered, but there's a bistro just down the street.

Very very clean. Staff were nice, not always available. Location was excellent. The room was basic, quiet, no luxury…extremely clean…but you are paying for the location. Not inexpensive for what you get, In comparison to alternatives for the dates we went, the prices were fair. (But not an “great deal” And the location was really really walkable to most of Rome highlights, and if not walkable, then public transit. Great coffee/breakfast spot across the street. Magnificent coffee.

Brilliant comms, our flight got in early & we asked if we could leave bags but a room was reasy so let us check in which was a nice surprise. Very clean with everything we needed, front desk staff veey welcoming and happy to advise. Just off a square with a Metro station and a few mins walk to other attractions. Would def stay here again.

We had a great stay at Casa Cappuccini!!! Beds were comfortable, very clean, great shower. The staff was very nice and patient with all our questions. They helped us get a ride to airport.

Starting off, the hotel was very clean. The host who checked us in was very accommodating as well. I am astounded that I can access almost any point of Rome from our hotel. There was a bus stop right in front of the property and a few steps from it. Access to the Metro subway was also right there. Anything else, most of our itinerary was just a walking distance. My only complaints were the beds. It was creaking every time you turn. The electricity cut-off was a little bit of a hassle as well. We couldn't leave the room if we need our devices charged or to keep some drinks cold in the fridge. Other than that, I would recommend this property to others for the access convenience to everywhere.

Great location. Right beside subway station and bus stop. A few steps away from Fontana di Trevi. It’s the type of place to drop your suitcase, spend the whole day wandering around and return to sleep! Helpful staff. Convenient and safe.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet and a great size for our family of 3. The Metro was just a block away, so super convenient for travel around the city. Hotel was walkable to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. We ate at both restaurants acorss the street, and they were were both wonderful.

Brilliant location, a short walk from the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Taxi rank 1 minute walk away. Lovely restaurants nearby. We arrived early, around 12.30 and were allowed to check in early which we really appreciated. The Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Our initial quadruple room was lovely. Lots of room. Great storage. View overlooking courtyard. The big negative, which really affected our stay (during a heat wave) was that the air con never worked properly. It didn’t cool the room. We told Reception and asked for help many times. They checked, pressed some buttons on their computer and every time said it was working. Our first night was too hot. Their solution was for us to move rooms. So we packed all our belongings and moved (not ideal). Our new room was smaller and not as nice, but we thought it would be worth it for working air con. However, the same problem. We continued to mention it. They said someone came to clean the filters and it was now working. It definitely wasn’t. Every time we mentioned it, they pressed some buttons and said it was working. Eventually they gave us an electric fan which helped a lot. But the air con never worked. Upon checking out they gave us vouchers for a free breakfast across the road. Nice gesture and they were friendly throughout, but we’d have preferred working air con!! This truly affected our stay.

위치가 너무 좋아요. 트레비분수까지 500미터, 바티칸 박물관까지 지하철 5정거장이에요 안갈아타고요. 그리고 우리방만 그랬는지 모르겠지만 진짜 조용해서 잠도 잘 잤어요 객실이랑 화장실도 생각보다 크고 엘리베이터 있어요 에어컨 엄청 시원!! 로마 폭염에 낮시간대에는 숙소에서 진짜 잘 쉬었습니다. 냉장고는 있지만 안시원해요 티비에서 유튜브 나옵니다.
