We booked the King Suite and I must say this was the grossest hotel room I’ve ever seen. There were burn marks everywhere including the bedding, the mattress, both nightstands were covered in cigarette burns. The bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in a time or 2. The TV broken and there was no WIFI. I asked for clean bedding since ours had burn marks, was told to wait til tomorrow. Asked for a new room and was told they were full. Not helpful at all. Disgusting Room. Avoid this place!

It took half a hour to check in because the person didn't know how to handle an orbitz reservation, even though I showed him my receipt. He didn't know if he should run my credit card again or not, I said no obviously. But it took so long for him to even figure out what to do it's disappointing. He was very courteous throughout the whole ordeal, but nobody behind the desk should be that incompetent if they're left in charge.

I've just checked in about 20 minutes. I wanted to take a bath after a long hot day. I turned on bathroom faucet and out burst the dirtiest brown water. I thought to give it time maybe it will clear up. After a few minutes there was no change. I took out my phone and started recording. I then walked to the office to tell them the problem and the clerk with a defensive attitude said give it time. I recorded the conversation along with recording of this awful bad smells room . How can Expedia associate themselves with this business that just dont care about health standards and worse customer service. I want my full refund plus an apology for this kind of service.
