Pague dos camas y no sirve el a/c y me cambiaron a otro cuarto de una cama y peor , no servia el A/C y no tenia microondas

Estaba muy limpio y descente. Por el precio que pague demasiado bien.

Very dirty and not maintained and full off seedy characters. I left without staying

Not sure if it was a computer issue or something else but my reservation was either not received or lost. So I ended up having to get a different room all together which was more expensive. It appeared that it was very short staffed, at least when I checked in. There was no one at the counter just a sign saying they were helping someone else. One gentleman sounded like he was running all over the place trying to do some housekeeping. When the person at the desk returned she tried to help as much as she could. The casino and restaurant said they were closed for renovations. The hallway carpet was in desperate need of cleaning and probably replacing or repairs.The room itself was pretty big though not very clean. The floor in the room needed to be mopped badly. The TV, Microwave and Fridge were stacked. From the look of it the TV plug cord wasn't long enough to reach the outlet so it was balanced on the the microwave. The shower appeared to have mold and there were roaches in the bathroom. The sheets were clean which was good. The TV, Internet, and cable worked well. The heater/AC worked well. The rooms all say no smoking but it definitely smelled like weed in the hallway. There is a huge gap under the door so you can hear and smell everything. The hotel looks like it has a lot of potential and could be a really nice place it just needs a lot of help.
