Motel photos listed online looked nice! Definitely not nice! Staff was helpful and nice. Looked like live motel or by hour!

This property was the worse I’ve ever been in , there’s trash all on the walk ways then it was roaches along the steps .The room gave no sense of cleanliness the peep whole was stuffed with tissue , the floor was slick as if it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks.The walls had stains on them along with mold on the ceiling. The shower had mold an grime all over ,the shower head sprayed everywhere. I was very dissatisfied with the room.

Too cold for a pool. I did not see one. We have stayed there in the past. It is an older hotel so it could use some tlc. The water pressure was great, it was already a perfect temperature in the room, & I really liked the bed setting as high as it was.

I was worried there were bedbugs and checked out immediately. The pictures on Hotels.com were extremely misleading, they had to have been taken when the hotel initially opened. The young man at the front desk did a fine job and I cannot blame him for the unkept building he works in.

Old. Need of repair. Did not feel safe. You know you are in trouble when they have free condums at the front desk. You know what they say. You get whst you pay for.

Roach was on table when I walked in. No soap or shampoo. No outlet covers . Police was there. Door lock broken smelled of cigarette.pool not open as pictured.i couldn’t get refund so i paid and then left

Absolutely disgusting. I woke up with BITES! Poop stains on the toilet, shower didnt drain, strong cigarette smell, paint pealing off the walls. Literal dirt & crumb in the bed. DONT STAY HERE better off sleeping in your car!

I was worried there were bedbugs and checked out immediately. The pictures on Hotels.com were extremely misleading, they had to have been taken when the hotel initially opened. The young man at the front desk did a fine job and I cannot blame him for the unkept building he works in.

The room was less than clean, the shower was broken. The staff was fine

It was nasty. Had roaches in the rooms and in the fridge. Was not clean inside or out. We left and went somewhere else.

Bed had not been cleaned in weeks. Overall cleanliness was lacking. Just not a good experience.

TV was not working and the room did not meet my expectations.

I was only in the room for a few hours each of the 2 nights I was there, but it was quiet and had everything that I needed for my stay. Will definitely go back again when I need a room.

The mattress is old and terrible unfirm.

i booked a room with a kitchen net, thought it included a stove top, fridge, sink, microwave.. true enough it had everything except the stove top. then i was suprised to accually be charged a deposit when paying with a card. the room only had 1 hard chair in it. there.was holes in the bathroom door, the towel rack in the kitchen was falling off the wall, the security bolt that goes at the top of the door was off there. poor water pressure. ive been taking alot of vacations over the last 3-4 years and this is the most disappointing one yet. i will never book at one of these places again.. i wouldnf ever recommended this place to anyone.

The staff were hands down some of the friendliest and most genuine people to conduct business with of any place I have ever stayed. The staff were amazing, but the room could have been better with a little more effort. Unfortunately, the king-sized bed looked lonely in this rather large room with a fridge, microwave, table, 1 chair, TV, 1 small dresser, and 2 nightstands with drawers that appeared clean at first glance, but upon further investigation, I discovered that the cleaning crew could use some serious lessons in deep cleaning where it really counts, especially the bathroom and sink areas. The towels were thin and not very absorbent. The shower and toilet were not cleaned well at all. I actually bought bathroom cleaner and disinfected the shower before using it. Also, the floor needed the use of a clean mop and clean soapy water. Surprisingly, the dorm-style refrigerator w/freezer was immaculate and a decent size. The microwave was small, but very clean as well. The bedding was also clean, but the pillows were small atop an uncomfortable and lumpy king mattress. Although there were a few cleanliness hiccups, it was overall a budget-friendly and pleasantly quiet night's stay at a hotel located right next to the main expressway that runs through Evansville.

The pictures advertised do not reflect the current state of the facility. The property is very ran done, the front desk staff not helpful with directions for local restaurants and such. I was also required to pay a $50 deposit after checking in on top of my room fee. Was told after heck out the deposit would be restored to my credit card within 24 to 48 hours. There was no mention of this in the description listed nor on the facilities website. I was not planning on having a extra $50 dollar hold in my card. It does not sound like much to some people but the inconvenience of checking to make sure it is returned to my account is very aggravating. I would NOT recommend this hotel and expedia should consider removing it from their list. I book my travels through expedia and trust that the hotels on their list are reputable. Unfortunately l learned otherwise today.

They required a 60 dollar deposit which I paid in cash. The room was not cleaned there was black finger prints on the chair. When we checked out they refused our deposit back due to black dirt by drain saying we smoked in room when the room reeked of cigarette smoke when we got there we didn’t even smoke lol trashy place don’t recommend

This one on Green river Road was better, cleaner and friendlier than the one off 41! I prefer this one over that dump one in hwy 41 anytime!!!

no hand soap, no dish soap, empty shampoo and conditioner containers, dirty and sticky fridge, spiders on floor, stained shower curtain, holes in bathroom door (looks like it was kicked in) and unsafe as it backs up to a strip club and the stairwells to go to the upstairs suites aren’t well lit and had cockroaches running across the concrete… Wished I never bought… left after an hour bc room was too unclean to shower in.

The place was dirty and the unit was nothjng like the oictures, very neglected. Human faeces and urin smells outsude and generally in bad condition. The only good part was the check in guy was friendly but thats it

This is an aged motel that intermingles weekly renters with short term guests. Many of the weekly renters are down on their luck and struggling. The interiors are in severe need of refurbishment. I think mixing overnight stayers with weekly renters is a mistake. We overheard a domestic argument in the early morning hours that woke us up.
