Personale og service. Fik fra starten tildelt værelse mod nord. Det var mørkt og fugtigt. "Heldigvis" gik vores dørlås i stykker. Blev hurtigt og med stor hjælpsomhed fra personale flyttet til værelse mod syd. Dette var af væsentlig bedre kvalitet end det mod nord.
