It wasn’t a clean or well cared for place and I chose to stay elsewhere

Ok all in all we won’t be stopping in this community again. None of it was good really. Taco Bell has no meat and crappy customer service. Wendy’s didn’t give us our whole order and what they gave us was COLD. But the room…the room has a stink that kept sweeping by and we couldn’t find it. A bad Nasty feet/butt funk stink. Air didn’t get cool enough for me to sleep good. Now bear with me on this one…we aren’t ones to usually express or experience things like this, but when we woke up my husband and I both had a weird feeling and he said “If I didn’t think or would sound crazy I think that hotel was haunted.” I was thinking that too but had not said. The Wendy’s bag was rustling so loud it woke us up and when he sat up it stopped. No it wasn’t a mouse or anything like that. We leave the bathroom light on and the tv so we can see. I also Had dreams about people I’ve lost. I woke with a migraine. So can I say it was terrible? No. But all in all it was a long Night for both of us and we won’t be returning. I didn't think to take pictures. We just wanted to leave. Forgive me but it was a strange night.

Es war einfach nur ein Raum mit einem Bett, 2 3 Möbelstücke die schon bessere Zeiten hatten. Der Badbereich lässt Wünsche offen. Zum Frühstück möchte ich mich lieber nicht äußern. Unser Zimmer lag zum Innenhof und es war recht laut da dort lange und laut Musik gespielt wurde. Ein zweiter Besuch, eher nicht.

I absolutely love this place. Every time I go visit Pecos it always been a pleasure staying there. Any issue I have ever had has been resolved immediately by the lovely lady who runs the front desk usually. She is an absolute delight. They clean the room every day if you’d like when you step out of the hotel for while. I usually ask for a do not disturb sign because I prefer for them to clean it once I leave and they absolutely respect the sign and do not go into the room. My only complaint I will say is recently they have gotten super busy which is amazing I love supporting small businesses instead of chains hotels but the parking lot at night is horrendous sometimes it’s like survival of the fittest for a parking space at night. The lines in the parking lot are super faded and I think that’s why causes people to park however they want. Overall I recommend this place to anyone who visits as often as I do. They are super affordable and the breakfast is delicious too.
