SpringHill Suites by Marriott Winter Park

Most comfortable beds ever! Room layout is exceptional and the staff is very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Half of the parking lot was blocked off which severely limits the amount of parking near the hotel. Staff never mentioned alternate parking when checking in earlier in the day. There was no parking available when we returned from dinner and I had to go back to the desk to ask where to park. Alternate parking is in a lot across the street from the hotel. I think the $15 per day charge for parking is unreasonable given you have to park in the next block. Hotel also charged two extra $20 charges to my credit card after I checked out. We called my bank while the charges were still pending and they never went through. Check your credit card statements.

Everything was great. Pretty new hotel and spotless. Staff could use some awareness of the area ... we asked how far it was to Rollins College, and concierge didn't know. It was a 15 minute walk.

Excellent stay! The hotel was wonderful, clean, and very comfortable, but what truly made the experience outstanding was Rose. She went above and beyond with her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. Her warm attitude made us feel genuinely welcome. An exceptional employee who truly represents the hotel at its best. Highly recommended!
