Hotel & Spa Lotus (Adult Only)

Ma chambre initiale lors de mon arrivée avez un problème de téléviseur donc on m'a sur classé avec une très grande chambre de 80m avec 2 jacuzzi intérieur et extérieur, hamam et sauna donc je ne peux pas être déçu c'était royal, personnel très agréable. L'hôtel fait un peu comme ceux de Las Vegas du bling bling tap à l'oeil artificiellement mais ça passe . Situé dans une zone entourée du même genre d'hôtel immense à 10min d'une gare qui désert le centre de Kyoto à 15min, autour pas grand chose mise à part une station service avec boutique qui vous dépanne si nécessaire sinon obligé de prendre les transports pour ce rendre dans le centre

I didn't realise this was a love hotel before booking, and probably wouldn't have booked it if we'd known. What a mistake that would have been apart from the talking point back home. I'm sure there are some seedy ones, but love hotels are quite common in Japan for those that live with parents etc. There was nothing seedy that we saw in the 6 days we were there. The room was enormous, the bed was enormous, the bathroom was enormous and the double jacuzzi bath was amazing. The decor was a bit tired in places and the breakfasts (both Japanese style and Western) were not the best but edible. We had a fridge, massage chair, massive TV, projector and screen, sofa, eating area, and it's up to you if you want to use the vibrator or something from the vending machine. I would quite happily stay here again and recommend it to anybody who's open-minded. We also had free and ample parking and about a 10/15-minute walk to the local train station. Multiple convenience stores around and albeit not too many restaurants, there were many on the walk to the train station.
