Excellent hotel and very friendly and helpful staff! The hotel breakfast was excellent as was the entire stay! Good location (20-24 min walk to Old Town), underground parking was only 7 EUR. Highly recommend!

Had the most wonderful time. Rooms are a great size and very clean. The staff were super throughout and went the extra mile for my girlfriends birthday. The gym could be better, but it has a an amazing rooftop pool with incredible views. We had breakfast included which is buffet style and again couldn’t fault it. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel was very clean and all the staff are very polite. The spa is amazing and is a must! The pool area is very clean and enough sun loungers, the infinity pool with the views was stunning. The breakfast was also good with lots of variety. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely come back to this hotel.

Gorgeous property. Phenomenal staff (especially Ali in the spa). The sauna and steam rooms are gorgeous! Breakfast was delicious and varied. Location was an easy 20-minute walk to the Old Town. My only complaint is that the bed was not at all comfortable. There was zero padding on the mattress, so it was much too hard for me.

Mooi nieuw hotel op loopafstand van Budva strand. Rustige locatie, zeer vriendelijke medewerkers. Mooie infinity pool op de 9e etage met mooi uitzicht over de stad. Jammer dat de handdoeken niet bij het zwembad inbegrepen zijn. Ontbijt en avondeten uitgebreid en elke dag wel variatie, waardoor nooit hetzelfde. I strongly urge guests not to stay at this hotel. It is dated, poorly maintained, and absolutely not 5-star standard. There were no basic amenities in the room, no staff to help with luggage at check-in or check-out, and service was consistently disappointing. Our shower leaked across the bathroom floor and was never fixed despite daily complaints. I slipped twice. We had to call staff after every shower to clean it—once waiting 3 hours. We also found blood stains on our bedding and were asked if we wanted to change it ourselves as no staff were available. Breakfast was terrible—stale buffet, limited variety, and burnt omelettes daily. We ate at the hotel restaurant on our first night; the food took over an hour to arrive, and my dietary requests (no pork, dressing on the side) were completely ignored. We had booked 4 rooms for 4 nights to celebrate my mum’s 60th, and multiple anniversaries. Despite informing guest relations in advance, nothing was acknowledged. The guest relations team were dismissive, and the assistant manager was rude at checkout—rolling her eyes and threatening to call the police when I said I’d like to record our conversation due to how I was being treated. This trip was meant to be special, but it ended on a deeply upsetting note, it was stressful, unsafe, and upsetting. We will be formally raising a complaint. This was not an acceptable experience.

We had two rooms and both of them smell like sewage. When you go to the restroom smells worse. The front desk was rude and they charged me $200 for my 4 year old and she sleeps in our bed. I would not recommend staying in this hotel.

Aircondition på hotellet taklet ikke det varme vært (mellom 30 og 35 grader). Det var derfor ikke mulig å få det kjøligere enn 22 grader på rommet. Luftfuktigheten var ganske høy, noe som også påvirket luften inne på hotellet og hotellrommene. Det var varierende hvor godt engelsk personellet snakket, dermed var det til tider vanskelig å kommunisere. Styr unna maten på hotellet!! Frokosten er helt ok, men ikke noe å skryte av. Middagsbuffet er ikke verdt å betale for - veldig dårlig utvalg av mat. Det var heller ikke merket hva de ulike rettene var.. Servitørene er treige med å ta drikkebestilling, noe som medfører at man rekker å spise middag før man får drikke. Bassengområdet og poolbar er veldig bra! Servitørene her står på og jobber hardt fort at alle skal ha det bra. Bassenget er rent og pluss for at det er mange solsenger og dusj om man vil skylle av seg etter bad.

Great service, friendly staff, good location. We booked a king bed and got 2 twins put together with individual sheets, not great. Central A/C-Heater, so you can’t change the temperature in your room. Overall was good, but they should invest in modernizing cooling/heating infrastructure.

Hotel muito bom, jantar e café da manhã ótimos. Quarto enorme, renovado, muito confortável. O único problema foi a janela, que não tem bom isolamento acústico e nem um black out eficiente. Houve uma festa num alojamento de estudantes na frente que foi até as 5 da manhã e não se dormia com o barulho. As 6 horas ficou claro com o sol e também não se dormia com a claridade…

A lovely, new hotel with large, beautifully decorated rooms. Front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. Top floor pool and restaurant are nice. The hotel is on a busy street, so sitting on the balcony was not suitable, but with the doors closed, there is no noise.

Ich war auf der Durchreise drei Nächte im Hotel Slavija. Die Strandpromenade ist fußläufig in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel verfügt über eine [kostenlose] Tiefgarage. Ein Pool ist auch vorhanden, der allerdings um 20 Uhr schließt. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Ich kann das Hotel absolut weiter empfehlen.

Your breakfast was not so good, quality of food was almost bad! I been in most big chain hotels like Hilton, Mariott, Sheraton, Sofitel, Four Seasons and this was a weakest! Omelle station was nice. Also in room, there is nothing extra, not even a paper and pen! Also bathroom just have towels. I know you want to be paper and plastic free company, but it feel you just to save money! Also they charge my room, when check in? If this is Iberostar this was my first and last stay.

We had a nice stay at Iberostar. Staff was very friendly, rooms were spacious, everything was in working order. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Drinks were good. Rooftop restaurant had good food. View from the rooftop was great.

Limited breakfast option as per me in respect of 5 star hotel in buffet ( machine coffe, live counter preparing only egg dishes no scramble egg when i ask) No water in swimming pool though advertised the property with swimming pool in november end) Stuffs were helpful and friendly. room was spacious. Didnt get an iron even within 30 mints, was assuming should have bern wothin the room always

I strongly urge guests not to stay at this hotel. It is dated, poorly maintained, and absolutely not 5-star standard. There were no basic amenities in the room, no staff to help with luggage at check-in or check-out, and service was consistently disappointing. Our shower leaked across the bathroom floor and was never fixed despite daily complaints. I slipped twice. We had to call staff after every shower to clean it—once waiting 3 hours. We also found blood stains on our bedding and were asked if we wanted to change it ourselves as no staff were available. Breakfast was terrible—stale buffet, limited variety, and burnt omelettes daily. We ate at the hotel restaurant on our first night; the food took over an hour to arrive, and my dietary requests (no pork, dressing on the side) were completely ignored. We had booked 4 rooms for 4 nights to celebrate my mum’s 60th, and multiple anniversaries. Despite informing guest relations in advance, nothing was acknowledged. The guest relations team were dismissive, and the assistant manager was rude at checkout—rolling her eyes and threatening to call the police when I said I’d like to record our conversation due to how I was being treated. This trip was meant to be special, but it ended on a deeply upsetting note, it was stressful, unsafe, and upsetting. We will be formally raising a complaint. This was not an acceptable experience.

Aircondition på hotellet taklet ikke det varme vært (mellom 30 og 35 grader). Det var derfor ikke mulig å få det kjøligere enn 22 grader på rommet. Luftfuktigheten var ganske høy, noe som også påvirket luften inne på hotellet og hotellrommene. Det var varierende hvor godt engelsk personellet snakket, dermed var det til tider vanskelig å kommunisere. Styr unna maten på hotellet!! Frokosten er helt ok, men ikke noe å skryte av. Middagsbuffet er ikke verdt å betale for - veldig dårlig utvalg av mat. Det var heller ikke merket hva de ulike rettene var.. Servitørene er treige med å ta drikkebestilling, noe som medfører at man rekker å spise middag før man får drikke. Bassengområdet og poolbar er veldig bra! Servitørene her står på og jobber hardt fort at alle skal ha det bra. Bassenget er rent og pluss for at det er mange solsenger og dusj om man vil skylle av seg etter bad.

Amazing hotel, beautiful inside and extremely modern. The pool at the top of the property is 10/10 with perfect views. Staff couldn’t do enough for you with a smile on their faces. Overall perfect stay with lovely food also form the hotel.

Sehr schöne Dachterrasse mit wunderschönem Pool, nicht weit vom Meer, ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss zur Altstadt. Insgesamt sehr schöner Aufenthalt, würde wieder buchen, allerdings ohne Buffet am Abend.
