Activities were excellent

The hotel was generally good, but some signs of aging were noticeable, such as the water slide being out of operation. The staff were very attentive and responded sincerely to our questions. Since the hotel offers a variety of services, I felt it would be helpful to research or inquire in advance to make the most of your stay. In other words, without prior preparation, you might miss out on some of the services provided, which could be a bit of a waste. If that happens, checking with the staff on-site may make things go more smoothly. As it is all-inclusive, the meals featured a variety of different menus for each meal, making it enjoyable for a two- or three-day stay. For longer stays, however, the options might feel repetitive, so it could be a good idea to plan to explore some restaurants in town. We used the hotel’s shuttle service, but for groups of several people, taxis would certainly be more cost-effective, which was slightly disappointing. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience. The property is unique and definitely caters to the Asian visitors. Beautiful room, spacious. Cons: sewer smell on ground floor near restaurant, front desk told us it would be less expensive to purchase meals through them than at the dining places onsite. This was not true- it was MORE expensive. I told them this at checkout and no offer to make anything right. Pool was nice and view extraordinary.

Everthing is visitor friendly. So clean. All staff are so nice . I would like to stay again next time

Great but there aren’t many things to do near by hotel. Staff were kind, rooms are clean.
