The ac/fan did not work at all. It was too late when I discovered the issue to tell anyone as my wife was already asleep. The shower did not drain. Mold/accumulated brown dust located on the wall near the shower head. Breakfast was just ok. The only cereal was fruit loops and Frosted Flakes…really? Could not pay me to stay there again.

We have stayed here multiple times. Rooms are a nice size and we appreciate the full size refrigerator that we had. Staff has been friendly and helpful at check in. This was a pet-friendly hotel and our two dachshunds did fine there. Our son enjoyed swimming and using the hot tub. Location is near interstate and a little bit removed from the rest of the town so maybe quieter area because of that. There is a grocery store nearby that we have made use of a couple times. Complimentary breakfast is available and was ok.

Das Hotel ist sehr neu und in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand. Wir hatten ein sehr grosses Zimmer mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche, und selbst ein Zustellbett hatte problemlos Platz. Besonders gefallen haben uns der schöne Pool sowie das gute Frühstück. Es gibt jedoch ein paar kleinere Punkte, die verbessert werden könnten. So waren Kaffee und Wasser nicht immer verfügbar, und koffeinfreien Kaffee gab es gar nicht. Zudem wurde unser Zimmer an einem Tag nicht gereinigt, obwohl wir erst gegen 16 Uhr zurückkehrten. Ausserdem war das von uns im Voraus bestellte und bezahlte Zustellbett bei unserer Ankunft noch nicht im Zimmer und musste zuerst organisiert werden. Das sind insgesamt eher Kleinigkeiten, die sich mit wenig Aufwand verbessern liessen. Für den Preis, den wir bezahlt haben, war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut. Hätten wir jedoch den regulären Hotelpreis bezahlt, hätten wir das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis deutlich weniger überzeugend gefunden.

Everything was excellent except for the bathroom counter - too small. Otherwise, large rooms with plenty of space. Nice, newer furniture! Staff was great! Once you push the button, staff is there immediately!
