The underground parking was a good feature because I’m on my motorcycle. Restaurant and bar on the property and right downtown for easy access to other amenities. Good price.

Classic hotel for a nice weekend ride. It is just fitting to stay here when out riding. And they cater to bikers which is awesome. Love the covered parking and the bike cleaning station. Then chill in the bar and listen to good music and watch some mermaids

This was just an excellent stay. Our room was recently retro-vated, very comfortable and full of mid century charm. Food at their restaurant, Clark & Lewie's was quite good (recommend the rib eye).... and their bar has mermaids. Staff was all nice too. Just great.

The hotel was clean. All of the employees were super friendly. We loved having the parking garage since it was quite frigid. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was a nice perk. We were really hoping to see the mermaids but the pool pump was broken or something. But we loved the tiki bar decor and the bartender was great.

The Inn was a great throw back stay. Tiki bar with mermaid was awesome. Staff was very friendly and food in the restaurant was delicious. Free breakfast was sit down and order!

Great location and affordable price Excellent food there and adding the free small breakfast in the morning if you stay is perfect. The only issue is in the lounge where the mermaids are I gets very hot with all the people. Maybe a little better circulation of air threw there would help

Very motorcycle friendly. Secured garage with wash station and cleaning supplies. Property in process of restoration to its original 1960’s look. Good food at the restaurant and mermaids in the pool you can view from the bar. It’s a must to stay here when you visiting great falls, Montana.

Super fun vibe but locals take over and we werent able to enjoy any amenities. The doors to the rooms are unsafe if you have babies. We less then 5 mins to shower and the water went cold. I wush there was more space so the people who pay to stay at the hotel can enjoy the activities. But to many locals in lounge and bar coulndt even check it out. No access to swimming pool.

This O’haire is excellent value. Great location on the edge of downtown. It’s retro but very clean and kept in great shape. We’ve stayed there multiple times and will stay there again.

Pool said was open by 8am, but had to go to the front desk to ask for it unlocked after the posted open time... Once they refused to open it because at 11am because it closes at noon. Food from an event was left in a haul dumbwaiter for 6 hours after a breakdown event.... Stuck out in the haul and walked by it 3-4 times late morning to early afternoon.

Kitschy and fun is one thing but problems with plumbing is another. While checking in a wo A came down to explain her rooms toilet was not flushing right. Got to to our room and noticed the tub hadn’t drained properly. We moved to another room where the tub drained slowly. Heard another couple discussing similar situation with the tub in their room. Things were clean but smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

The facilities were clean and it was very quiet. The bathroom fixtures are somewhat dated and inconveniently arranged. There is no rack for the hand towel at the sink, so where does one put it after hand drying? The stiffness friendly and helpful. The attached restaurant had a light menu as well as regular food. The hot apple crisp was delicious!

This place is not what it used to be. I remember staying here in the past and I was always impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. That appears to have gone by the wayside now. The rooms are poorly furnished and depressing, and not very clean. The area around the hotel isn't great, I was fine by myself but I wouldn't take a family there. The only thing this place has going for it is the Sip and Dip Lounge. Go for that, but do not stay in the hotel.

I liked that it had a quaint nostalgic feeling. The staff was very friendly and acommidating. Everything was very clean and I felt very comfortable. Only wish my stay could have been longer.

The property is quite dated and in need of renovations. We finally shut the refrigerator off because of the noise. There are very few electrical outlets to charge phone’s etc.. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful.

Staff & check in were fantastic. Parking secure and easy. Beds were comfy and had nice bedding. Room was a bit dated (unfortunately didn't get one of the newly "retrovated" rooms) & the heating system didn't work properly. We had to leave the windows open the entire time to keep the temp below 80.

The fan in 116 is loud kept me up all night. Rooms are very out of date for the price you change. Shower drain did not drain properly. Will never stay here again.

Cool theme hotel. Loved the restaurant and the lounge. Bed was good pillows were a little too soft. Rooms were kind of empty no chairs to sit on only the bed.

Last stayed in 2020. Nice to see some upgrades being done. Stayed 2 nights. Room was comfy other than the heating system you have no control of, blasting hot air into the room even when you turn the stat down. Instructions on the table. Solution is to turn it off and open the window. Sip N Dip was good, strange service with ordering food and drinks from separate people. Minor food order errors but it was busy and food servers did their best. We weren’t in a hurry. Entertainment was decent. Downtown on a Saturday, some businesses close a bit early. Mall is mostly deserted, other than Scheels and Hobby World, JC Penny is also not what it used to be. Still a nice weekend away.

Also the lady that checked me in told me I was not allowed to have my service dog in the lounge because food is served there. It is 100 % illegal to deny my ADA federally registered service animal access to ANY where and then to tell me i am not able to go enjoy dinner in the lounge or restaurant because my SERVICE animal is not allowed!!! Feeling like her people are going to be getting a call from my people pretty soon. Familiarize yourselves with the laws that pertaine to ADA and ESA and the differences between the 2. In conclusion... after my stay i am cold tired and famished beyond belief. I would call this place a joke and not worthy of the notereiety its been given in recent years but this place is NOT funny , not funny at all.

The young man who checked us in did not tell us of the Sip and Dip, so we missed our only chance to go up there. Also, it was very difficult getting the luggage cart to our room. We actually could not get it there. Otherwise, the stay was great.

Excellent staff at the hotel and very helpful. The restaurant next door had excellent food and the service was great. The servers at the bar wear also very friendly. I would highly recommend this place!!

Bartender and bar staff were amazing! Super friendly and fun, front seat not so much. They would not help us or call maintenance to fix issue with room, just kept telling us to go back to room and try and fix it ourselves.

Bartender and bar staff were amazing! Super friendly and fun, front seat not so much. They would not help us or call maintenance to fix issue with room, just kept telling us to go back to room and try and fix it ourselves.

It started at the front desk and I had reserved 3 rooms and she said "oh our staff is new and they only set you up for 1 room." 5 adults is not going to work in one room. Called the manager and got two more rooms like I reserved. All the rooms were outdated, heat was on in all of them. Around 80 degrees. With the windows open. One of the rooms the toilet ran all night. Got it fixed in the morning. 2nd night was fine. Breakfast was good. Coffee was only in the lobby or if you sat to have breakfast in the diner. All and all it wasnt a bad place to stay.

The room was clean. Came with a tv & fridge. No microwave was the only downfall. Convenient location. Walking distance to downtown. Restaurant in the inn was great. Food was delicious.

This O’haire is excellent value. Great location on the edge of downtown. It’s retro but very clean and kept in great shape. We’ve stayed there multiple times and will stay there again.

Pros: super friendly and helpful staff, good price, good location (driving wise), clean, quiet, and breakfast was good, too bad it was closed on holidays. Cons: bed was uncomfortable, location seemed unsafe for walking (mainly night), and minor con was no usb port in room, had to buy an expensive charge block (just a note to those planning to book—bring one from home) Would definitely go again.

Stay for the mermaids and don’t forget to tip!!! Walking distance to downtown. Easy parking and safe. It’s outdated but you’re here for the mermaids. Free breakfast was good but small. Real restaurant so you’re competing w the locals for a table. Also go eat at Howard’s pizza. And a cocktail at magpie.

Enjoyed the Sip n Dip and the patio. They upgraded our room for us and it was great. Only downside was the bathtub didn’t drain and there was no knob on the timer for the ironing board.

Hotel was clean but has the retro vibe which was fun. The Sip'n Dip is a fun bar where the mermaids show on certain nights and has a singer that plays piano or guitar. Very talented. The restaurant has amazing food and service. We had a great experience and will be back.

Restaurant and Sip & Dip bar are the main attraction! So much history & charm in this retro hotel. I always stay here when visiting Great Falls. Clean, reasonable room rates and convenient parking and location. Friendly staff and great made to order free breakfast for guests!

This was just an excellent stay. Our room was recently retro-vated, very comfortable and full of mid century charm. Food at their restaurant, Clark & Lewie's was quite good (recommend the rib eye).... and their bar has mermaids. Staff was all nice too. Just great.

The Inn was a great throw back stay. Tiki bar with mermaid was awesome. Staff was very friendly and food in the restaurant was delicious. Free breakfast was sit down and order!

Convenient for overnight stay, unfortunately the restaurant and sip and dip were closed as staff were given the long weekend off. Bath had a drip, inn is dated yet comfortable, safe parking and friendly front desk.

The property is one of a kind. Historic. Well kept. Clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The restaurant has excellent food. You get free breakfast! A REAL breakfast, not one of those continental breakfasts with fake eggs and greasy sausages. Mermaids! That's a plus.

Loved it!!!! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great food and drinks at both the restaurant and tiki lounge. This was our top spot to visit on our vacation bucket list and it was amazing!! Mermaids were fun to watch. Excellent time. Thank you

Fun experience. Small bed, shower head old style did not spray well. Dinner was nice but pricey. Clumsy waitress split HOT garlic butter sauce on my right arm and only wiped the greasy mess into my arm more, would not fond a replacement short. Meanwhile I did sustain a slight burn to my elbow region. The mermaid exhibit was fun to look at but I stopped stay the night no reason to go back.

We recently spent a night as part of an overnight trip to Great Falls. Our room was small but clean. I thought that the toilet seat needed replacing, but the other than that the room was well maintained. The Sip and Dip is always fun, and we really enjoyed the onsite breakfast for both dinner and breakfast. This was my third visit at this hotel, and I am sure it won’t be my last.
