Each interaction I had with a staff member was pleasant. The front desk allowed us to check in a bit early as we were merely inquiring about leaving our luggage with them. They explained everything thoroughly about the Wifi, breakfast times, and information on the mini-store and adjacent bar. The room was clean, large, and comfortable. The breakfast spread was very nice. The adjacent restaurant has really good food and drinks. My family member went to the casino, on the same premises, and won some money. I love the fact that they have a mini kitchen where you can order some hot food versus ordering out. I wish my stay was longer. When I am in Puerto Rico again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Great accommodation, front desk staff was very welcoming, attentive and friendly. Room was clean just a little dusty in some areas but nothing major. Beds were comfortable and a/c pretty cold. Breakfast was fantastic the offering was top notch eggs, bacon, oatmeal and more everything was very nice.

I booked and paid thru Hotels.com show the guy the receipt yet he still charged me a second time. He told us not to worry, He will take care of it. Went back home and found the charge on my credit card bill

Ok but facilities and furniture needs replacement in areas. Lobby is one place tha it does not present as well as it should. The hurricane was years ago. Cracked and ton should not be present when people pay upwards of 4k for their stay. Mattresses lumpy and place a bit run down. But it’s ok. Pool and view are best items
