Place has security , you can’t park inside without a parking pass so I don’t think you can have any visitors, non smoking room was clean but staff wasn’t too welcoming, great place if you need a spot for the night .

Desk service was horrible; rude, unaccommodating and clearly disinterested in any positive customer service. Facilities outside are in poor condition. Two ice machines of which neither worked. When asked where the closest store was to get ice i was reluctantly given directions a few miles away. Upon return to motel I found store on the next block from motel. I was misguided for some unknown reason. Ridiculous! Room was ok as far as bed. No coffee, no shampoo and a piece of soap that was the smallest piece I had ever seen. Ghetto lights outside were on imminent invasion strength ans illuminated the room. This property and its management should be a true embarrassment to the brand.

The chrckin was very easy. Staff are super nice. The room are clean. I was expecting there will be microwave but there isn't but not a big deal for a night stay. Will recommend. There's a complimentary coffee in the morning too.

Neither of the ice machines were working in August in Southern California. The staff refused to provide me with ice, although the website claimed to have ice. They directed me to a 7 Eleven and refused to get it themselves of pay for it.

Pretty much as expected. Adequate bedroom and bathroom. No extra charge for pets. Room clean, moderate wear of porcelain. Bed firm, pillows good. Very well lit parking with security guard on site at night. Motel 6 is not a resort, but ut wss fune for a night's skeep when traveling.

Hotel was decent for a motel 6. Room was clean and spacious. Parking was safe and lighted . Check in was quick and easy. Needed a place to sleep after a soccer game . This was perfect without spending a lot . Would stay again.

Located on the corner of a busy intersection and right off the freeway. Sound of emergency sirens were frequent. Towels and sheets were stained. Floor was dirty. House cleaning was a nuisance. Room key card was faulty, required 3 trips to the office at one time, until a newer one was finally issued.

I know you get what you pay for, but usually when I stay here, I have no complaints, but this time when I checked in, it was blood on the pillow and pee in the toilet when I went to the office to go let them know. I have only stayed on this property a couple times recently. I would definitely not recommend because I ended up getting bedbugs. It had to be from this hotel. It’s the only place that I stayed. The last time I stayed there there was a couple arguing and fighting almost all night. To make things worse they didn’t even have an ice machine and in the room, there was no microwave or refrigerator. I will not stay here unless you’re desperate and willing to take a risk with the bedbugs.

Was surprised to find that they didn't have WiFi at all. Otherwise it was a nice room. We were in a handicap accessible room it was ok one of the mattresses needs to be replaced it had a huge dip in the mattress.

I have stayed at this facility multiple times over the years. And in the last 12 months the conditions have steadily declined. Shortly after check in I attempted to connect to the internet only to get a message stating there was no internet present. When I went to the front desk to ask about this the Clerk on duty told me, "everything in his office was working". And he it would be checked out. This obviously did not happen. The following morning I questioned the clerk about the internet and was told it was down and had been. So much for honest answers. For the last 3 days I have attempted to ask the Mgr. what the issue is with NO return calls.

I arrived at 10 pm and tried to warm the room but the forced air heater only blew out cool air. Nice, comfortable bed but needed another top blanket because the heater didn’t work, but for the price, it was still a good value, similar to tourist quality European hotel.

Found roaches in the room and the mattresses were horrible. This is the worst sleep we have had in a hotel. Mattress was on just the springs and indented/tilted to one side.

I made and pre-paid for my stay there, yet I wasn’t allowed to check in!!! I was there for a sport event and my teammate, who wasn’t named on the reservation got there first, was allowed to check in. I showed up to check in but that night clerk would NOT allow it. I had my gov’t ID, my credit card used to pay for the stay and my name in the system, yet he refused me to check in and get my room key. It wasn’t until after 15 mins of arguing, that my roommate showed up that he finally gave me the room key.

The key machine didn’t work so doors had to be left unlocked if you needed to leave your room. I left my fire stick in the TV and called them. Was told they couldn’t check due to lack of staff. Called again the next afternoon and put on hold for 20 minutes. Hung up. Called again. Hold for 20 minutes. They checked someone in the room and never checked for the fire stick and the girl at the desk said “So what’re you wanting us to do?” Just wanted my property back but staff attitude and laziness created a hostile atmosphere. Floors in the bathroom are bubbling up due to water damage. Hairs left in “clean” towels. Will not return

I called a few hours before arriving and Daniella was friendly answering my questions, professional assuring me that the room would be available when we arrived late. It was and the motel was sold out. Brandon did a stellar job at the front desk with a 100% score on the check-in and the security guard was nice and friendly not questioning us with the Sold Out Tonight sign having reservations. Great job! It was quiet and we slept in late! Thanks!

So their key machine was down, which probably just thrilled the staff to death. However, they were on top of making sure I had access to my room. No inconvenience at all. Great job by everyone to deal with an annoying situation beyond their control

Front desk girl was rude. She refused to give us the room. Because we booked through Hotels.com. She wanted me to pay extra. I called many times customer service to handle the situation. We were waiting outside for long. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

We only used the room to sleep while we were waiting for an event to end. The room was decent for what we were using it for, however there seemed to be a lot of people roaming around, living out of their cars, it just didn't look safe. We slept for for about 3 hours then left.

We only used the room to sleep while we were waiting for an event to end. The room was decent for what we were using it for, however there seemed to be a lot of people roaming around, living out of their cars, it just didn't look safe. We slept for for about 3 hours then left.

Door was bent so did not close properly, I stuffed towels to cover the gaps. Room was not too dirty but smelt weird. The area is sketchy and not very much parking

This is an older property. It is clean and staff seem pretty involved and not complacent like some places. Easy freeway access and plenty of local restaurants and about 25 minutes from downtown San Diego and other San Diego attraction. The room was bigger than expected.

Room was clean, bedding was clean. Ice makers were not working. Parking had security; which seemed needed as there were sketchy looking people lurking and homeless camps nexts door .

All of the staff have excellent customer service skills. they are fast, friendly n accommodating.I feel very safe and Kim and some of the others call me by my first name n morning coffee is very good.

The chrckin was very easy. Staff are super nice. The room are clean. I was expecting there will be microwave but there isn't but not a big deal for a night stay. Will recommend. There's a complimentary coffee in the morning too.

If you're traveling from out of town do not come here people were outside our door all night long keeping up noise. The door didn't even align correctly and there was a gap where air and noise was coming through it all night long. We got up and left at 5:00 in the morning and just said forget about it we had had enough. Very disappointed was not offered a discount was not offered a refund or anything staff said he noted it down but no one has contacted me since. A waste of $150 but at last minute I had to take the room to get shelter for the night because most places in the area were sold out.

The Good: The A/C worked real well, staff was nice. The Bad: Room was tiny and had cockroaches in the bath tub. The bed was uncomfortable and lumpy. TV was real small, but so was the room so I guess it fit. Ice machine was empty half the time. The Ugly: Hotel was full of sketchy, dangerous looking guests. Not a safe place at all.

You have a few customers who think because they live here in the hotel which it is a hotel not an apartment complex they act like they own the place. They treat other hotel guests like they’re garbage and they’re horrible and they make your visit miserable, but they keep getting away with it. I’m getting to the point where this will probably be closer to last time ever staying here.
