Arrived to our “ocean view” room and it was not. No balcony no windows. Credit to the guy at the front desk I. I complained and he switched us 20 minutes. Place was quiet for sleeping and AC worked great. The best perk of this hotel is you get to use all the amenities at the Santa Clara which is absolutely beautiful. If we ever come back we will stay here again

The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, the staff courteous and helpful, the location convenient, and most of all access to the Sofitel Hotel amenities and included breakfast the wow factor for this location. Highly recommend.
