This place is a dump. Couldn't use the toilet seat because it was 'furry' with old peeling paint. TV did not work. My wife would not crawl into the stained sheets, so had to do buy a cheap new set from Target. Lamp didn't even have a shade on it. Kids made a 'Horror' video from all the scary looking things around the hotel. Really...a Liquor Store in the lobby? Would have left if there were any other rooms available in town.

Super dirty hallways and room, pool out of service, people sitting on the stairs and hallways, bathroom fan broken and wide open didn’t feel safe. Only 2 towels had to go to the front office to ask for more and waited an hour.

The information regarding this hotel was blatantly false. Specifically, they claimed to have a pool, restaurant, and bar but had none. The pool was drained except for a couple feet of green, algae coated water and was chained closed. There was no restaurant, no lounge, no breakfast. The morning amenities included a small thermos of old coffee sitting on a dirty microwave stand accompanied by meager condiments and no cups, stirrers, or spoons. We stayed a single night as we arrived too late to make other arrangements and were unaware of most of the deficiencies until the morning. After discovering we only had cold water in the shower, the shower head exploded off the wall, entirely flooding the bathroom. As we made our way to the front desk we became aware of the condition of the place. The property was overgrown and untended. The facilities were in a sad state of disrepair and numerous half-completed repairs had been obviously abandoned. One of the concrete benches in the "courtyard" was actually missing an entire leg, just waiting for some unexpecting guest (who didn't mind getting filthy on a moss covered bench) to sit and tumble a heavy concrete bench directly onto the ragged brick patio. It wasn't just disappointing, it was hazardous. The only bright spot was the day receptionist who happily cancelled the rest of our reservation, stating "she has told the owners about the probs many times" and Expedia's prompt refund for the nights we cancelled. Just don't go.

Towels and pillows sub-par. No shelves in small shower for soap, shampoo etc. No ironing board. Coffee maker still had water in it which means it was NOT cleaned out. Floor was filthy - clearly not mopped before occupancy. No real furniture in common area except a small couch. Needed coffee table, cushioned chairs. A/C on balcony leaked water. Property overall was a mess. Visible repairs needed on roof, gutter, fountains without water and empty pool. Overgrown courtyard and very unsightly. Upstairs/loft AC unit blows directly onto bed occupant from barely 2 feet away. No luggage rack.

This is an older property, and is in need of some upkeep. But overall the rooms were acceptable, the staff was extremely friendly, and it has a fun little lounge right on the lobby. For a parent visit in Tallahassee over parents weekend, it was a great place to come back to relax and enjoy having fun with other parents and karaoke

Staff was nice but the hotel was run down, pool closed down which was not disclosed. Non working fountains which is a health hazard, non working ice machines and grounds overgrown like an abandoned house. We should get a refund, not worth 250 a night!

This was a last-minute booking because Hurricane Milton was scheduled to hit home on the day we had planned to return. This hotel's only good point is its easy access to I-10. The bedside lamps had been removed, the only room light was dim, the pool was closed, the bathroom faucet could not be fully turned off, the TV had only a few channels operating. This might have been a nice hotel many years ago, but no longer. Glad we needed to stay only one night.

Property under construction. Bugs in room. Dirty towels. Advertised with kitchenette… no sink, no microwave . People fighting outside room at 1am! Pool under construction. So much mildew in room we couldn’t breathe the next day. Only Two channels on TV were able to be seen without looking grainy

The parking lot filled with junk. The grass wasn’t cut. The pool was empty with very little green water. The inside floor must’ve never been mop. The bathroom door never been clean and there was dust everywhere. we had three people in our room and we only had two towels. I had to ask for another one and they never came in the next day to give us new towels.

Room was not clean. Also, it had cockroaches. Hand sink water fixture was inoperable. Air conditioning didn’t use it. Parking was well lit. Staff was friendly. I guess they had to be with so many things being out of sync.

Air conditioning was fine. Room was roach infested. I have pictures to prove my claim. Room was advertised to have kitchen….Where sink was suppose to be was empty spot. Hot water barely worked. Was told at front desk to let water run for 5 minutes before temp of water would change. Ice Machine was dirty and look liked it hadn’t been sanitized and cleaned in years!!!! Very disappointed. I’ve should received some sort of discount or a free night in future.

Horribly dirty, like don’t touch any dirty. I arrive to 2 ladies screaming at the top of their lungs into their phone at the front desk, needle wrappers outside my door, bugs in corners, dirty sheets, the smell of the room and ac made me sick to my actual stomach and I was woken up at 4:30am to someone coughing up a lung in the hallway. I’ve stayed in hotels half this price that weren’t half the filth, sketched out and unease that this place caused. If I was doing anything other than stopping for the night at 11pm on a long trip I would have turned right around and walked out. Utterly disgusting.

Where do we begin stains of dryed food on floor. Killed 2 roaches on the floor and told staff and they just looked at us thank God i brought bug spray with us. No tissues or table in the room to eat at no place to put suitcase on wouldn't put on the dirty floor. Had to wait 10 minutes for hot water to work. Again asked the front desk about hot water and that's the answer we got let it run for at least 10 minutes. No clock in room. No frig or microwave. Lot of stange activity outside with people coming and going in the parking lot, door frame had a gap at the bottom of door threshold because it was all bent. If you are attending a college football game and are drunk a great place to stay. We have never ever stayed in such a hotel before.

I'll start by saying the lady at check-in was very nice and helpful for my wife and I but that's about where it ends. When we saw the room and the facility as a whole we were extremely disappointed and disgusted. The room floor was extremely dirty and darkened our feet, the bathroom had mold around the floor and wall edges. We prepaid for the room so we had no recourse. There was a group of people living in the hallways in the back of the hotel where I think they were maybe doing a remodel. We were never given new towels. We had to ask each day we stayed and aside from our last day it seemed like asking for new towels was unacceptable by the front desk receptionist. Won't be staying there again

Room renovations are wonderful. Spaciously clean room! Small hole was in bed cover. Shower floor didn’t look clean. Overall it’s cost effective & decently high quality! Mind your business and other people mind theirs.

Upon arrival, three desk staff all sitting on their phones. The suite was huge, but very little worked. Two electrical outlets did not work and there were only 4 in the suite. Missing carpet in places on stairs, found one bug on floor, the remote did not have batteries, the kitchen sink did not work at all, the coffee machine was broken..... the worst was the two air conditioning units did not work. Slept the first night in humidity and heat..... towels would not dry, etc. Complained and they came in and fixed one but couldn't fix the other. Second night ended up with decent temp.

All the AC and the amenities and everything was fine. It was their service and the fact that I had a room book through till Friday. They, for some reason entered my room on Thursday claimed that I moved a bunch of furniture around when I didn't. I left my room squared away for work. That morning and came back to all my stuff sitting by the trash.

Literally the worse place I’ve ever stayed. Customer service was terrible, no hot water, sheets were stained and the housekeeper refused to clean anything, towels don’t get changed for 3 days, you have to request a remote for the television. I mean the list can go forever but if this is your last resort, sleep in your car!!!!

On check-in I was asked to pay extra for room upgrade. Unfriendly staff. After denying to pay more than the pre-paid price. I was given a room that urgently needs more than just simple maintenance. I haven‘t stayed in such a rocked down place for many years. I could only take a cold water shower, there was no hot water at sink or shower. Floor and sink were broken (see pics). Dirty towels and dirty and old (very loud) Air Con. No toilet paper or tissues in the room, had to get own paper tissues from my car. No plastic bag for the dirty ice bucket, so could only fill the cup I brought myself to that place. Next morning friendly and understanding staff at front desk. She wanted to clarify with the manager about reimbursement. No reaction from hotel side afterwards. Filed complain at general Motel 6 customer line. Got offered a 10% discount for next booking. This is a joke and I will not book Motel 6 for some time now. Complain to expedia as booking operator filed to at best take this hotel off the offering. Service coucher from expedia received. We all make mistakes or have bad days, but if a hotel get‘s the chance to solve the problem and just didn‘t care at all to find a solution, this is the really important message. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION

I'll start by saying the lady at check-in was very nice and helpful for my wife and I but that's about where it ends. When we saw the room and the facility as a whole we were extremely disappointed and disgusted. The room floor was extremely dirty and darkened our feet, the bathroom had mold around the floor and wall edges. We prepaid for the room so we had no recourse. There was a group of people living in the hallways in the back of the hotel where I think they were maybe doing a remodel. We were never given new towels. We had to ask each day we stayed and aside from our last day it seemed like asking for new towels was unacceptable by the front desk receptionist. Won't be staying there again

When looking at pictures, this property looked decent. When arriving it was clearly a carefully selected group of photos not showing some of the building in rough shape, some rooms had holes in it from where the ACs used to be, and the sketchiness of the area between random people just standing around with bottles of beer in hand. Just felt unsafe the night we were there and found a bug crawling around in the room, but that wasn’t an issue for us as it may be for someone else. Read reviews before booking at places.

This was a last-minute booking because Hurricane Milton was scheduled to hit home on the day we had planned to return. This hotel's only good point is its easy access to I-10. The bedside lamps had been removed, the only room light was dim, the pool was closed, the bathroom faucet could not be fully turned off, the TV had only a few channels operating. This might have been a nice hotel many years ago, but no longer. Glad we needed to stay only one night.

Where do I start? Walked into my room with dirty bed sheets. Dirty shower which by the way gets brick cold mid shower. Gotta love that. It wreaks of mildew. I asked for more towels and got questioned why; never had that happen before at any place I stayed. So very weird. The girl up front could smile a bit more especially when someone is friendly to her. People are fighting and yelling all hours of the night and the property owners do nothing about it. The only good thing I can honestly say is that the renovations seems to be coming along but could definitely use a lot more TLC to make it amazing! The motel is near everything; another perk so can’t be mad at that. But over all, if you need a cheap place to stay for 1-2 days, this is the spot for that. Anything more than that, you will feel like something is constantly crawling on you

The building is a great concept but the hotel said it had breakfast no it didn’t. No ice machine working. Dirt on floor hairs in bathroom. There wasn’t a garbage can, the water had a hard time getting and staying hot. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean. The building needed attention. But the room was big and had bare minimum in it so that was nice. Location was great, busy but right in the middle of everything. The rooms were quiet, very quiet. We have found when you book your hotel stay call the hotel proper to see what they really offer. These sights only tell you what sounds good not always the whole truth.

I did not feel safe at this hotel. The room was really dirty, mainly the walls, there was also a hole in the bathroom wall that made me feel somewhat uneasy. The surround area was not a good area at all. I saved 50 bucks to be completely uncomfortable, but it was tolerable enough for just one night. It creeped me out to have a knock on the door at 2am. Next time I will spend a little extra and go to somewhere quite nicer. The property itself was pretty and has some serious potential to be a beautiful hotel. In person, however…not the case at all. You couldn’t pay me to return. The pool was green. It was just disgusting. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.

The website should not promote this property. Drug addicts going on and out of rooms no lighting in the room. The property was filthy. Police was out there the whole time I was checking in to address the same issue. Expedia should not let them through with this false advertisement. I had to ask for a refund and they kept part of the refund and said the other portion goes back to Expedia. Not sure why with this property. Should close this down.

This place is a dump. Couldn't use the toilet seat because it was 'furry' with old peeling paint. TV did not work. My wife would not crawl into the stained sheets, so had to do buy a cheap new set from Target. Lamp didn't even have a shade on it. Kids made a 'Horror' video from all the scary looking things around the hotel. Really...a Liquor Store in the lobby? Would have left if there were any other rooms available in town.

The information regarding this hotel was blatantly false. Specifically, they claimed to have a pool, restaurant, and bar but had none. The pool was drained except for a couple feet of green, algae coated water and was chained closed. There was no restaurant, no lounge, no breakfast. The morning amenities included a small thermos of old coffee sitting on a dirty microwave stand accompanied by meager condiments and no cups, stirrers, or spoons. We stayed a single night as we arrived too late to make other arrangements and were unaware of most of the deficiencies until the morning. After discovering we only had cold water in the shower, the shower head exploded off the wall, entirely flooding the bathroom. As we made our way to the front desk we became aware of the condition of the place. The property was overgrown and untended. The facilities were in a sad state of disrepair and numerous half-completed repairs had been obviously abandoned. One of the concrete benches in the "courtyard" was actually missing an entire leg, just waiting for some unexpecting guest (who didn't mind getting filthy on a moss covered bench) to sit and tumble a heavy concrete bench directly onto the ragged brick patio. It wasn't just disappointing, it was hazardous. The only bright spot was the day receptionist who happily cancelled the rest of our reservation, stating "she has told the owners about the probs many times" and Expedia's prompt refund for the nights we cancelled. Just don't go.

This is an older property, and is in need of some upkeep. But overall the rooms were acceptable, the staff was extremely friendly, and it has a fun little lounge right on the lobby. For a parent visit in Tallahassee over parents weekend, it was a great place to come back to relax and enjoy having fun with other parents and karaoke

The room was huge…cool layout with the bedroom up in a loft. The usual bathroom items were really sparse (only one towel and one hand towel per bathroom…no wash cloths). Only a small bar of soap…no shampoo, lotion, etc. Several outlets didn’t work making charging phones interesting. My biggest issue was all the people hanging out in the stairs smoking…. It comes right in the AC so we ended up smelling like cigarettes. 😷
