Red Roof Inn PLUS Woodbridge - Carteret

My seven-day stay at this location was highly satisfactory, primarily due to its convenient proximity to the highway, as well as a variety of dining establishments and retail outlets. The accommodations were consistently clean and well-maintained. I would have extended my stay; however, the pricing increased due to the World Cup.

This hotel has gone downhill since the firstbw times ive stayed there...even w staff. Room...DOG HAIR everywhere. WHY do you put guest in rooms that pets hv been in. REFRIGERATOR DIRTY... Bathroom..Hair everywhere. I called front desk because my tub was holding the water while showering,no one ever showed up to fix it after calling 2xs.. All this after changing rooms because they gave me the wrong room the 1st time...I will never stay here again!!

The bathroom was dirty old towels was hanging there

The hallways were were dirty and the room smelled like straight-up mold.

The lobby smelled like cat urine as well as the main stairs The gentleman at the front desk didn’t disclose that the TV was out in the whole building they illegally charge you tax on your deposit and the taxes are not refunded I was placed on the second floor when my wife was visibly unable to walk stairs because she was on crutches when I asked for the accommodation I was refused the room was dirty with pet hair everywhere it was so bad that we did not even complete our stay even after being refused a refund . We stayed one night out of the four and left in the morning and will not be coming back to this establishment The problem is the owner and management and front desk housekeepers are nice but they are very limited in the ability to provide services because of management
