I got in late. And went straight to bed. The following morning, I uncovered myself to find that there was blood a woman who had her period in the bed. I received no apologies. Just a new room. I have pictures that I’ll share. Even the new room had dirty sheets. Stained. This is the first time at 100 Hotel states that I’ve ever made a complaint. They won’t let you leave the hotel until you receive a ticket. They wouldn’t give us a ticket because we ordered room service and we’re told by the kitchen to pay cash and the person who brought the food to us just pocketed the money. So it took us 30 minutes to get them to take the charge off our room. This was one of the worst experiences that I’ve ever gone through with a hotel. It’s very dangerous to lay on top of somebody else’s blood. And very disgusting. We receive no apologies or no manager talk to us. They gave us no room credit or nothing. No swimming pool or spa so I don’t know how this is a 5-star hotel. They absolutely put my health at risk. You can catch hepatitis this way. Zero apologies. Never order room service either was terrible. Uncooked steak. And then try to rip me off because the person who delivered it took my money. Very shameful.

Breakfast variety was great! Rooms were clean amenities were great.

Everything was great and clean. Breakfast could be better.
