The bathrom needed to be clean better. It's not the level.l would expect in a hotel. The bathroom had hair on the wall of the shower and also the whashand basin hole could have done with a better cleaning, since there were hair also trapped in there. I didn't notice in the picture at the time of booking that the room had no window at all, it helped that there was a fan but l would have expected the fact that there was no window to be mentioned explicitely, because it wasn't a nice surprice. A part from that that for someone might no be so important, the furniture of the room was ok and the location central for an affordable stay.

Good for the price, does the job for a short stay in Manchester. One thing to note is that: if you're staying at the front of the pub, there are outside speakers that you will hear during the day. If you plan on doing some work from your room, you might be better off somewhere quieter (maybe even the pub downstairs...).

Great location close to shops and the flixbus station and trams. Surprisingly excellent. Room was a good size, warm, clean, comfy and in good condition. We weren't expecting much with the rooms being over the pub but it was brilliant. Lovely helpful staff showed us to the room. Easy to access with a key fob. The pub is great too, would definitely stay again, great value.
