Waterfront Cebu City Hotel & Casino

Lobby and ballrooms are incredible, sadly the rooms are indeed outdated. Otherwise great location, fair price, and excellent staff.

Ok hotel, but get a bit old that every thing cost money

My second stay in a waterfront hotel in Cebu, and I must admit that both stays were very disappointing. The hotels are rundown and dark. The carpeting is old and dirty and the rooms look like they were made for a Martin Scorsese film set depicting a rundown casino hotel. The icing on the cake is the lack of trust the management imposes on their employees. From the call to remind me to check out well before checkout time to the double checking of our minibar consumption, the lack of trust in the clients is disturbing. Despite the friendly staff smiles, I will be avoiding the waterfront establishments in the future.

From the moment we exit the taxi the staff was great! Friendly, helpful, and professional. The bellboy, front desk, and maids we waved to in the halls. The breakfast was fresh and good with many varieties for American and Filipino to enjoy. Staff for breakfast was great as well. 2nd time staying and we will be back again!
